There are several Xaurum investors with deposit issues on C-cex. Could you please get in touch with them to kindly ask them to resolve the issue?

It appears that the CCEX staff falsely relates the "contract address" of a deposit as the "deposit address", which is not the case.

The contract address of a transaction is a different one than the deposit address.

I hope they will sort this out..

ya mine too.... why would they put the wrong deposit addy up for us?   wow thats a pretty dumb mistake...

Another raisin why I try to avoid c-cex at all costs....scammy ICOs, backend messes...couldn't something like this be tested in isolation to prevent issues when going live?  Just curious.

How long does it take to get "Administrative Verification" to get MY tokens out of MY wallet?   It is taking WAY to long.  I have 2FA enabled and do not need the administrators deciding when I can and cannot move my tokens.

1. go to myetherwallet.com, and choose send token
2. Select the format of your private key, i'm choosing Plain Text Private Key
3. Paste your Private Key, you got from first register in myetherwallet.com
4. choose custom
5. fill the form (paste this for the address 0x4DF812F6064def1e5e029f1ca858777CC98D2D81 ; token symbol XAUR ; Decimals 8 )
6. wait until you see your XAUR amount
7. after that select XAUR fill the c-cex address you got from your c-cex account and type the amount you want to send
8. generate transaction and click send transaction
you must have ETH on your myetherwallet account for gas to send XAUR
i have successfull deposit to c-cex with this step, you can try with low amount for first send XAUR
