Do not deposit to betvip

I think betvip is insolvent , your deposits never will be credited to you account and  your withdrawals never will be processed

i am not a noob, as you can see in my history,  bitcoinlivebets was the first bitcoin book that steal 30 BTC from me with a fake bet, they of course disappeared some months later as i predicted

On their deposit page :

"Please send a confirmation email to support@betvip.com with your transaction details as we are experiencing temporary deposit delays and we will instantly credit your account. "

read the story from the bottom ,
they did not reply to my last 2 emails, in which i gave them the correct btc amount and asked them to send back my deposit , that was 4 and 6 hours ago

Hi,

Send back ASAP my 1st deposit 1 BTC  to this address :  XXX that is still not credited to my account but more than 1-3 hours left (which is only a database set value, that should take only 1-5 minutes)

if i do not get it within  1 hour  i will write into your bitcointalkorg topic and other forums that you  are inslovent

have a nide day

all necesserley info see below

They credited my account within 5 minutes after i wrote this post (in their topic )  and emailed them my post link

I replied that it is too late and send my btc back to my address as i asked 5 hours earlier , no answer  (it was 1 hour ago)

On their site there is NO WITHDRAWAL OPTION, so nobody can withdraw anythink

They put their account option list above the sport menu, same color same size etc,  so i never noticed it until ...

If they answered to my emails then probably i never claim that they have no withdrawal option , (I wrote them first , but they never replied )

so now after 8 +4 hours they credited my account i will try to withdraw it

I don't really think BetVIP did something wrong. I never played there, but yesterdays blockchain freeze affected deposits almost on all sites.
If you haven't got withdrawal yet, then it is the problem of BetVIP. If you need any help, drop me a PM.

P.S. I am not related to BetVIP.

Hi everyone,

This is complete SLANDER. We have been in constant contact with this member and have even given him a full 1 BTC bonus for the deposit issues. Our customer care team have been awake all weekend dealing with clients.

Please could you stop slandering us with these ridiculous allegations. We have done everything possible to correct the deposit issues. Businesses encounter problems all the time, we have dealt with this in a professional and courteous manner and yet you still continue to slander us at every turn.

ALL deposits have been credited to ALL clients. We apologise that you did not get a response within a given timeline, even our employees have to sleep at some point!

These forums are supposed to be a Bitcoin community where constructive conversations happen. It is slander and allegations such as these that cause people to lose faith in the Bitcoin industry. Please could you refrain from further comments.

Regards,
BetVIP

This shows how much some clients hope to take advantages of casino's mistakes and hoping the casino holder doesn't notice a post about them.

Thanks FanEagle  Smiley

Its unfortunate that there are some people who only seek to discredit legitimate businesses. Behavior like this serves only to cast a shadow on this industry when we should only be promoting confidence in it!

Thanks again,
BetVIP Team

Although the OP stated that there wasn't a withdrawal page, BetVIP did have a withdrawal page up for all players. Some of what the OP posted is incorrect. The OP also stated the BetVIP was insolvent.

It was just a misunderstanding as clarified by betvip due to a glitch caused by either what ndnhc explained above or for any other reason. But I don't think OP's reason to post this topic was just to slander. If I deposited 1 Btc in any casino and it didn't show up in my account, I'd be very worried as well and would think I was scammed. That's what I think happened in this case, OP tried to contact the casino, the problem wasn't resolved and then he chose to report it here. So I don't think Casino or OP should be blamed here.

OP should mark this as solved and close this topic now.

The problem I had with the OP is that he stated he would only wait one hour and then go to posting boards and state that BetVIP was insolvent. He posted in multiple threads that BetVIP was insolvent. He waited less than one hour. I feel that is irresponsible.

He waited for 4-6 hrs before making this topic. Again I am not taking sides, I am just saying that it was caused by an error but the depositor did not receive a satisfactory response to his emails, after which he decided to post this topic. I think anyone in this situation would have done the same thing.

Hi guys,

Just to clear up the confusion here. The user did not wait 4-6 hours as claimed, we were in contact with him continuously and did everything we could to correct the issue. Our staff went out of their way to not only correct this but to then provide the user with a free bonus of 1 BTC.

We do not believe it is fair or warranted to slander a business with claims that are false, that is not the intention of these forums.

Regards,
BetVIP

If this is true and OP was lying about waiting 4-6 hours then he owes an apology to you guys. The fact that he hasn't been online since then does make me a little suspicious about his intentions.

Post in Scam Accusations.

Edit: With proof! Looks like BetVIP replied and gave their side, right now it's your word vs theirs', and their side looks more credible.

Hi all,

This issue was reported to the administrators as it was slanderous scam allegations, nothing more.

It would be great if this community all banded together to stop this type of malicious behavior from some members!  Smiley
