if you got no fund for your parking ticket, i doubt you got the fund to return this loan , and there isnt one willing to take the risk to lend you without any valid collateral edit : buying trust is forbidden here, just use your own money to pay for that |

With -8 trust, you shouldn't bother trying to get a loan without explicit collateral.
If you remember, this is the reason you got negative trust in the first place.
