Can you please provide the detailed info on Ddos protection level

I used the promo code and it won't let me pay as 1 cent in bitcoin is too low to transact. I have contacted customer support and waiting for a reply.
EDIT #2: Support was very helpful! Since you can't transact 1 penny in bitcoin, they gave me my first month of hosting free!

I have gotten a PM from Steady Turtle, they say: one of our client made a citibank phising website because of that our upstream nulled our ip for few hours , we will take all actions againest that client because of him other people are infacted ,
we are really sorry about that and we assure you this will not happen in future .
