When I try to visit SteadyTurtle.com, it says "cannot connect to the database." Is this routine maintenance? Take your time, I just wanted to know if everything is OK. Thanks!

just bringing this thread to people attention.
Why dont you introduce some avtar for the interested people so that it will automatically acts as a known name and you dont have to message and bring the attention of the people. Yes we do give unlimited bandwidth for your website use its not for boting or bandwidth attacking other websites of course, its unlimited for you legal website use does not matter how much you use. |

Hi SteadyTurtle. I have been using SteadyTurtle for a long time now. Today when I tried to access my FTP account via FileZilla - using the same username and password - I keep getting the 530 error code. I tried logging into my FTP via the online FTP client provided by FileZilla (or maybe cPanel) and it works. Could you kindly guide me to solve this problem if this is on the user-side? If not, kindly fix this issue as I prefer to use FileZilla over the online FTP client.
I've also changed my password but it do not work.
Edited: It seem to work after I manually re-enter the FTP detail (host, username and port) again at FileZilla. Normally I just use the history and enter my password.
