After quarrying tens of millions of stone as one of if not the largest commercial entity in the game, Smooth QC is liquidating at the conclusion of the ancient era. This is a great opportunity to acquire prime assets in the game prior to the (expected to be soon) opening of the online playable version and the listing of CKG on a major crypto exchange.

The auction will commence immediately with delivery in 0-2 game years (assets/characters which are still in use at the quarry site will be delayed until quarrying is complete in 2 game years; other assets will be delivered immediately upon sale). 1 game year = 1 real day. and delivery is immediate upon closing of bids and payment.

Please read the rules of the auction carefully.  Items will be sold individually by lot. Minimum bids will decline by 25% of the original price on all assets at every 24 hour interval after this post. If an offer is received, a best-price auction period will commence, during which the highest offer posted within two hours of the previous high offer will prevail. Offers must increase the price by a minimum of 3% of the previous bid price. Prices are stated in and payment to be made using in-game "moneritos", or may be made using out-of-game BTC or XMR which will be be converted to in-game at 5% service charge. 1 XMR = 1 million moneratos. For the noob, could you please instruct where in the CK City Map & Building Database these spots can be found? I could be interested in bidding but unfortunately the mapping system can be rather confusing to begin with.

I'll use 2-NW-K8 as an example, the mapping process is the same for both. The first number is the borough. So for borough 2, click tab OV-2 on the map. The second part is the chapelry. For NW, look to the upper left of the map. The final component is the grid coordinates. Once you look to those coordinates on the map you will see the 12 quadrat property is labeled as Smooth HQ. Other information about it can be found on the LAND REG, BLDG REG tabs of the map, and the LOT tab of the character DB.

Lot 2 is unfortunately withdrawn for the moment as the land records are incomplete. The necessary transition from version one of the quarry game was never completed and I don't want to transfer that complication to a buyer, so I will hold on to that building for now. It may be auctioned at a later date once the records are correct.

The similar Lot 4 is properly recorded and remains available.
