What is going on here? The payments were supposed to be sent to escrow and the new campaign was supposed to start "very soon". It's been 18 hours since you posted that and still no payment and no campaign. I refrained from complaining for the first few days, but we're waiting a whole week for something that could be easily done in 6 hours.

Yes, he is still the manager of this campaign and holding the March funds, but he is outline today, maybe he will process the payment once he get online.

The main reason of the delays seems that this campaign is indirectly managed by 3 users(bitstarz,monbux&neotox).why don't the campaign manager neotox to be act as escrow for this so it will speed up the process, he looks like a legit and trusted guy

Monbux seems to be a busy guy who had been here in last two days but didn't respond anything, he is definitely reliable but he is just too busy. It's almost 10th, the payment has been lated for a week so far.Maybe you can change the escrow for next month term.
