Should you have know this, would you have put your money on a last ditch effort from a cash strapped, dying company?, WE DON'T, and if someone comes again with the old "due dligence" cliche, the first to receive that should be HL, if would be HL i would have never get involved in this, knowing what could surely happen, HL seems to be run by a person with some level of consciousness, and works hard to maintain a responsible business, participation in this would put all that at risk.
