The problem was, I don't think you followed the directions for payment. Your number was 33550, and 4 digits of that number should have been in the payment as the last four digits. That's how the payments were tracked. So it was treated as free money to them. Or your payment of 0.09163283 could have gone to an account with 3283 as the last four.

Do you have the actual transaction ID that shows you made them a payment ending in 3550? If so, then they really did you wrong.

They are only currently paying out dust, and have not been offering any "hashing power" for sale for a long time.

How often do they send this dust cause at this rate it seems it would take years to get your refund back?

Either don't mine or buy ASIC's directly. Never buy cloud mining contracts as most if not all are some degree of a ponzi operation(fractional reserve mining).

Not all CloudMining sites are ponzis (unfortunately, that's become a common misconception due to a number of illegitimate 'mining' services)

A legitimate CloudMining service is https://BIT-X.com, the GH/s is provided by the known ASIC manufacturer BitFury. You can trade GH/s with any supported currency (BTC, LTC, USD, EUR, GBP) all while they mine for you.

Any questions let me know.

Hashnest is another supposedly legitimate provider, I am yet to look into their service though.

I have little doubt that BIT-X has purchased equipment, is mining , and has a partnership with bitfury. The question is can they prove they aren't fractional reserve mining (which is a form of a ponzi)?

Look into these 2 concerns with Bit-x and let me know if you or they have answers to them:

1) No public mining address / no user selectable pool.
A cloud mining company that wont let you direct the hashrate to your pool of choosing and cant prove its actually mining bitcoins itself, is very likely a scam. There is no reason to hide mining address or not sign blocks. None.

4) Open ended IPO / fractional reverse mining risk
Unless the cloud mining is operated by the asic vendor himself, you can not sell an unlimited amount of hashrate. Hardware takes (usually a long) time to order, arrive and deploy. Any company that doesnt limit sales or make public how much hashrate they sold vs what they have (provably) deployed should be considered  suspicious.

Registered office: No. 1 Orchid Garden Street, Belmopan, Belize, C.A.

Non Sequitur

The question is can they reliably prove they aren't fractional reserve mining (which is a form of a ponzi)?

If this cannot be demonstrated than you should avoid them like the plague. It is bad enough that cloud mining further centralizes PoW and adds further counterparty risk in our decentralized project... let alone with dealing with all the scams.

Oh yes, it's realy dead now, so no more dust to us. PB Mining server is gone!

I keep checking if the site is alive, and it is each time. I suspect on the 19th, that fourth contract will pay it's dust. Would anyone care to do a calculation of their total possible payout, based on current earnings, from now until their contract expires?

Seems like today PBmining.com website is down.Calculating the possible payout is just waste of time, let's just call it dust amount of BTC.

It already become scam site & they trying refund their customer money, but looks like refunds aren't going well Sad
I'm sure you won't get your bitcoin back Sad

You better search real cloud mining, mine by yourself or don't mine
you are right they should not mine when they are getting dust..
