I do not think so.  Simple reason they priced very high and rose the price more very quickly.

If they know bitfury and knc are going to drop an amazing amount of hash.
They could have offered an April 9th ship date at 300 usd with free shipping they go poof on April 8th.
We all know that people would have purchased thousands of s-5's at that price point.

Phillip, I just don't think they have any reason to continue to respect/look out for their customer base.  It has been mentioned that they may very well be getting away from the retail market and focus on self-mining and cloud-mining.  Maybe they're just trying to take the piss one last time.  I can't understand any other reason for them to sell over-inflated pre-orders with no chance of ROI at current difficulty levels, let alone in the coming months.

No I think that is smoke and mirrors.  One thing with the price at 431 to my door in NJ, USA

 the avalon 4.1 looks more and more like a better choice.  Still a little more costly  then an s-5 but so very quiet.
