I will send  you the info (email and password) to create new account on your console, and then download the game from PSN to your console.

This is a game download from PSN, so you will need to have good (fast) internet connection.

The info should be used only once to download the game. After download starts it will be automatically put in background. At this point you are able to log out, and then log in with your personal account on console. Once the download is finished, you can use game and all its contents including trophies with your own account (no need to be logged in with new account)
Do NOT change the password or use the wallet funds.
You should not use new account (from which game was downloaded), and you should NOT delete that account from your console after the download. These are only two restrictions.
*The accounts may include more games.

What keeps you from changing the passwords after a month or so? I'm not accusing you of anything, but I think it's a risk if we aren't allowed to change the passwords.

There is no point to change the passwords, once you receive the account information you log in with it and install the games, after that you just log out of that account and play with the games.

I suggest you send a vouch copy to somebody who has positive trust in his/her account. I'm not saying Monetize can't be trusted but you'll convince more people if a trusted user vouches for you.

You can sell on payivy and here too. Trust me, you'll get a 20 times more the amount of sales you'll get on payivy. It's safer for the buyer to purchase the account. Always do it at the customer's convenience and safety.
