There's no problem, that's what the network difficulty is. Per your screen shot you are hashing to difficulty 32, pool difficulty, every hash you hash that results in a solution with difficulty greater than 32 should be accepted. You're using a way out dated version of cgminer. 4.9.1 is current, try a new version maybe?

I downloaded the version you said, but when I double click on start-BTC it disapear quickly I tried the "--scrypt" thing it didn't work so I clicked on cgminer directly now I have a cmd window with "Stratum from pool 0 detected new block", is that normal even my dashboard on the pool websites isn't showing anything?

That screen shot doesn't show any active mining. Don't double click, cgminer is a command line application. Do you have the right command line options in your bat file? See the readme for command line options for your supported device.
FWIW, I had to use 4.9.0 to get my U3 to work, 4.9.1 wouldn't recognize it. YMMV

Scrypt support was removed from the official cgminer so you won't get any help for it in this thread.

The file start-BTC launch and close very fast, this is the command line I use : " cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://eu-stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u yassassin_1 -p 123 --gridseed-options=baud=115200,freq=750,chips=5,modules=1,usefifo=0,btc=64 --hotplug=2 " I don't know which file "readme" you talk about. Thanks

Read the README.txt and ASIC-README.txt in the cgminer directory, they list all the command line options for cgminer. --gridseed-options is not a valid option.

This is the forum thread for the official cgminer only which does not support those. Try the altcoin mining subsection of the forum.
