I'm holding back on my hash power.   Smiley Since the reward is rising it will be best to hit this hard on the last day of mining... In the mean time I'm strongly considering clearing that entire sell wall right now for under 1btc.....Debating,   All the coins for sale right now or more cloud hash power

We are almost at the halfway point on mining phase. The total coins were estimated with the expectation that PoS blocks would be 35% of all blocks. They are slightly above that right now. http://cryptobe.com/chain/Ascension

So, POW will end early then 8500 blocks??

PoW will still run till block 8500, but about 40% of the blocks will be PoS. This will reduce the total number of coins as anticipated.

Thanks, i keeping on mining then Grin

So how does staking work with this coin?

Is there a minimum amount I need in my wallet?   do the transactions sizes need to be large,   Am i better with Multiple deposits of 5k or or just 1 large deposit of all my coins.    Will i need to re stack after staking?   sorry I usually dont stake coins so its all a bit new to me?

There is no minimum or maximum. 1 large or many small in the wallet doesn't mater, staking will take up multiple inputs if needed.

~5000 blocks will be PoW, the remainder will be PoS. In other words, block 8500 is when PoW ends. But, 3500ish of the 8500 blocks will be PoS, and not give PoW reward. This is because PoS is running concurrently with PoW since block 50.

Okay, this is better. 198 blocks left.
