There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Astro Boy and Speed Racer.
While on a business trip to Kyoto a few years back I saw statues of Astro Boy (actually "Mighty Atom" in Japan) everywhere. For those interested Astro Boy's creator, Osamu Tezuka, is considered the father of Manga.

A lot of Bugs Bunny and Roadrunner. And the Mysterious Cities of Gold (recently out on DVD, and a new series announced) for its golden condor and temple traps. Oh, and Terrahawks. These days it's hard to find good stuff as a parent. Baby Jake is pretty trippy though...

Has anyone been following what he has been doing lately? http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1056985656/john-ks-cans-without-labelsHe is a true innovator and creative force... something exceedingly rare in terms of cartoons these days. You can see modern "animators" ripping off the whole Ren & Stimpy style everywhere you look... I wonder if he could be persuaded to accept bitcoins in donation? |
