i dont get this, why have you removed the instructions for wallet v3? I will put it back later today. Nothing is wrong just want to recompile the wallet with few changes. ok no worries, was just a little confused there lol |

Mandatory Wallet Update for All Swap Holders.Instructions on How to Update your Current XDECoin Wallet v2 to the New Redesign/Rebuilt v3.1- First of all, Backup the "Wallet.dat" of your Current wallet v2 to a Safe Location
2- After the Backup, Close your Wallet v2 (Complete Close), go to your "Windows Username"\Appdata\Roaming and find the Folder "xdecoin" and then Rename the Folder to "xdecoin_v2"
3- Download the New Redesign Wallet v3 - and Copy it to your desired Location. Link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ciaz8hmmz1kad3t/XDECoin-WinWallet-v3mu.zip?dl=0
4- Unzip/Unrar it (to XDECoin-WinWallet-v3), then Run "XDECoin-qt.exe". Wait for it to Full sync. Completely close it when it is Fully Synced.
5- Now go back to your "Windows Username"\Appdata\Roaming - and you will find a New Folder "XDECoin"
6- Open the Folder "XDECoin", and then delete the "Wallet.dat"
7- Now Go back to ....\Roaming - again, and then Copy the File "Wallet.dat" in the Folder "xdecoin_v2"
8- Paste that file into the New Folder "XDECoin".
9- Now Go to your "XDECoin-WinWallet-v3" and Rerun "XDECoin-qt.exe". You should see your Actual XDE balance and everything else.
10- You are all set. If everything went well, you can safely delete the Folder "xdecoin_v2". And Do Forget to Keep your Wallet Running for Staking.
11- Please DO NOT "Solo Mine" - There is No Need to. The Important thing right now is the POS. Just leave your Wallet Running for Staking - it will Help secure the Network.

i think your a bit late, if you didnt participate in the swap, then youve lost ur coins unfortunately. |

There was a month long swap process for v1 users that ended weeks ago where v1 holders got 50% of their holdings transferred to the new blockchain manually by the new dev :/ There is currently an ico for the other 45% and a free giveaway for people who have signatures or post social media about the new release. check my post above for details on the new version of the coin and read back the past 20-30 pages here to see what happened to the old XDE. you can PM Mblados or find him on #xde channel in IRC to see if he'd do anything about your old coins but it may be long gone. |

i think your a bit late, if you didnt participate in the swap, then youve lost ur coins unfortunately. If they're stuck and if you cant do anything about it..don't throw them away. There maybe something new coming up. But try to get them to new XDE by all means. |
