It has Medium Priority, so it may take about one hour but it will get confirmed. You don't need to do anything except wait.
Not every transaction needs a TX fee to go through.

It has Medium Priority, so it may take about one hour but it will get confirmed. You don't need to do anything except wait.

its already more than 3-4 hrs

It may not get confirmed because it has no fee. I've had transactions go through with no fees, but other transactions fail to go through when I didn't attach a fee. If it doesn't confirm in 24-36 hours, chances are it won't confirm and will be removed from the unconfirmed queue.

That's strange, but I'm pretty sure it will get confirmed soon.
There are services that can help in this cases by creating a new TX with the same inputs but with a higher fees but I don't think it would be worth in this case for this amount and because it's not low priority but medium.

As EcuaMobi said, you have only to wait. The unique thing you can do (if you really need this bitcoin) is to contact again gebbit and ask them to send again the bitcoin  (but with a min. of 1000 satoshi as fee) and you can make another banner or re-send back the first tx.

Yes, if I remember right that's what happened to me a long time ago. I don't remember the specifics, because it was over a year ago but I remember the transaction didn't go through because I had the fee set at 0 satoshies.

In theory it will eventually confirm within a day or so. The mempool of unconfirmed transaction is roughly 5,000 kb right now so there is a bit of a backlog. It shouldn't take very much to clear most of that backlog of unconfirmed transactions and once it is cleared, your tx will have a greater chance of confirming because there is more available space in each block that the miners find.

This shows the importance of not accepting 0/unconfirmed transactions.

Miners don't usually prioritize txs without fees as they don't make the money from these 0 fees. The money will go through eventually, its stupid to not pay fees as its not even pennies and it justs wasted everyone's time. Lesson learned don't send the product in the future unless you receive the money confirmed.

It appears it has one confirmation now.

Patience is key when low or no fees are used for small transaction amounts or large sizes.

It has been confirmed now, and you need to thank miners for letting your non-fee transaction confirmed, I have one transaction without fee too, it took a week to get confirmed, you're lucky, Anyway, just pay some fee next time.
