Gebbit.com was scammed by the user Small as already detailed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=986642.0

Because he was angry at being caught he decided to lower my trust rating. What exactly do I need to do to fix my trust rating?

The only thing you can do is contact him and get him to remove or change your trust rating. Trust ratings aren't moderated and nobody can change them (except the person who rated of course).

dont worry , his trust feedback is untrusted and it wont really affect your reputation aslong as you present up evidence against his claim which you did from the thread here , alt hough im in no position to judge his work, but due rest assure that a little untrusted trust feedback isnt the end of your world, it is just basically a guide for someone to trust the guy in a deal

thanks for letting me know that. However, I think a lot of people don't understand how it works and just see the red text and it throws them off.

FWIW, people won't see any red text as long as he's not in the "default trust" or has been added to the trust list of a given individual.

I can tell you that for me your trust shows up as "0: -0 / +0(0)".
