I went ahead and placed my bet. I'm not sure I like the rake of BetsofBitco.in, but since I had some BTC in there I went ahead and bet on the agree side anyway (to help hedge my mining losses from an increased difficulty).

I think it will depend on price of bit coin-USD to a large extent.
at this point i dont think price will matter. Block reward halving and ASICs shipping soon....bitcoins will become scarce really quickly...watch...there will be a buying panic...  |

Not so sure on the ASICs happening anytime soon. If you go by order numbers and average orders, even by forum members it doesn't look like Butterfly Labs has raised anywhere close to $1 million yet. |
