This is an entertaining variation on the "bitcoinz is too unsafe, SELL!" troll.

My wallet is broken and I lost my password and my neighbour is haxx0ring me. Geez I think if I were you I would SELL!

Your post contains the only two "sell" in this whole thread. Are you sure you're replying to the right thread there, buddy? Smiley It's no problem, we've all had our little blunder moments heh

It's ok if you don't get Roll Eyes

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

What is this, some kind of Revenge Porn?

You hacked his router and stole his 0.04 BTC because he was fucking your sister? LOL...  so much for 0.04 BTC, right?

His sister wasn't worth much if he's so proud of himself. Mr. Troll doesn't like "bullshit bitcoin" and us "retards" but he spent some time to register here and tell us about it. I'm touched.

Don't you think it is a little suspicious that Op started this thread. Cry about his loss and then some time after that we have reply in this thread from 'hacker'? How did hacker knows that Op created topic here about this case?

Apparently they don't find it suspicious at all. I don't know how these kids made it through 4chan tbh Undecided

See the replies above. It is likely not hacked and only a troll thread.

....Where is my popcorn?.... This is turning out to be a spinoff from Jerry Springer.  Wink

I would suggest disabling your wifi and also changing your default router password. To prevent this in future... do not hoard big amounts in online wallets... just push small amounts to cold storage. {Paper wallets}

Create those paper wallets, when you are offline or away from your house. {Looks like you are being stalked for sister humpin}

Hope it was worth it....  Grin Grin Grin

This usually happens when your pc is infected with RAT (remote administration tool). Check bleepingcomputer.com and download the top 10 tools to check your computer, today malware can be also encrypted and invisible to your antivirus.

To be fair he is probably lying his ass of trying to get donations which is fine but should not be wanting to do that to his own community he should go create an account with another forum and give them his love story add a few kisses and he may get the donations.

I am interested with what you had to say though where would these rat viruses infect a phone or computer? Downloads just by visiting certain sites? I know they can become invisible but i don't understand why they would attack such a small market it would have to be in some alt coin wallet if i was to guess.

As far as I know, this type of malware is injected through botnets, emails, cracked executables, and more. If you don't use proper protection for your computer it's easy to be infected. Malware comes to phones too, especially android. People download silly apps infecting their phones, if you have a rooted android phone it's even easier for hackers to enter.

Bitcoin basics 101:

1. If you don't have total control over your private keys, then do NOT own any bitcoin.
2. Do not use Windows. It is not safe.
3. Do not use the cloud. Only God and thieves live in the cloud servers.
4. NEVER download any bitcoin related software that is not open source.
5. Assume that your computer is being watched by a pack of thieves.  Until we get better security tools in a few years, it may well be.

It seems like a security issue with no 2fa setup?

or the common mistake of leaving all bitcoins on a online wallet rather then using a actual desktop based.

Also, if this is the form of trolling us and begging, its not that creative. I`m not saying you are, but some one already pointed it out of boy crys wolf.

This is what everyone should be aware of!
It shows how vulnerable are the private keys of our wallets and might get hacked any time whenever someone wants and tries out to scam.

I`m sorry guys for your lose but its very important to keep a good security.

If you plan to hold larger sums of bitcoins, dont use an online wallet, you might never know what scammers lie around there.

So the best method to use is, an offline cold storage with encrypted hard disk, you can never stay safer than that  Wink

Pretty much this. If you have large amounts to store (as in 5 or more BTC) then I'd look into a hardware wallet to save them on, like a Trezor. I haven't heard of a user's coins being stolen on a Trezor before.

I'm not super sure about Trezor yet. The website you need to use it appears to be something of a weak link, not necessarily for security but usability.
