Revive the old threads day!

I would never sell ALL of my bitcoin. Instead I would sell what I needed for that month because we all know bitcoin will only go up over time.

Bitcoin is sold for various reasons, or because there is no other income, or because it has lost faith in the fact that Bitcoin can continue to generate revenues in the future.

Well, then you may want to prepare to sell your Bitcoins soon, because I think there’s a good chance that we may, at least for a little while, surpass 2,000$ very soon.

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

I would sell all my bitcoins if I needed the money. We do not sit as Scrooge in the money bags. How we earn money and bitcoins in order to live and not to hoard.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

That is dumb.

Let's say you have 10 bitcoins that you bought at $1,000 each (a $10k investment), but at this point, you feel a bit unsure about whether the bitcoin price is going to go up or going to go down, but if the price goes down to $1,200, you are going to sell all 10 in order to get $2,000 profits, and to recoup your principle and to feel smart... but if the price goes up, you are going to feel a bit uncomfortable having had sold at the bottom of a dip.

If you are so worried about the downside risk, it is better to sell while the price is going up rather when the price is going down.

Even now is not ideal because the price is going down, but in the hypothetical that I describe, at the current price you could sell  6BTC and get back most of your principle, and still have some bitcoins - but instead, you have some kind of strange idea about protecting your investment by selling if the price goes below a certain threshold.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Hmmmm.
I'd sell about a third of mine if they hit $10k.
The rest at $100k
:-) Why not?

If you sell them all at $100k then where you going to put it?   Just spend it?  Keep it in fiat?

I can sell bitcoin only if I very urgently need money or its price drops below 1000 and there will be a huge probability of collapse.
