May I offer a solution that I see from magicaldice at the moment?

They halted any new posts and are counting right now. They pay those posts with the old rate and once that has been handled, the new period starts with the new rate.

I understand funds are scarce, but people have been posting four days with the impression of earning a specific amount, and that is now suddenly changed.

It was unavoidable to change the rates, but current way is not the way to do it.

Reducing rates for posts already made is nothing but a fraud.
You're responsible for maintaining spreadsheet and it's up to you whether you put correct, agreed rates (0.0014 for Heroes) or whether you want to be a part of the fraud.

Can you imagine reversed situation, when BTC price goes down and participants demand higher rates?

And that's somewhat acceptable way. Still not OK to change the rules during the on-going period, but at least they pay correctly for the post already made.

But is the campaign organisers' responsibility to make sure they have sufficient funds before each period starts.

Otherwise they could just pay you whatever they feel like each week.

Good decision. I look forward to receiving the payment for posts made up until removing myself from the Campaign, as covered in my earlier post.

As others have said it is completely unacceptable to change the rate for the current Campaign period. Also do not understand why you cannot afford to Pay? Surely you have bought BTC ahead to cover costs and the Coinuit Exchange that is paying for this Campaign is denominated in BTC, so the Dollar exchange rate is irrelevant.


This will also be my last post carrying the Coinuit Signature.

I think you would be wise to make payments at the Rates in Play at the start of this period, otherwise I can see you picking up a lot of Negative Trust and people will be calling in the Escrow for the balance of payment.

Hi guys, due to the recent price changes, we just changed our rate. Last weeks' payment will be done soon.

While I understand some adjustment may be required with current price change, it is very strange to adjust the rates in the middle of a running campaign week.

I fully expect the rates to change only after this weeks end and start from next week on.

The new rate starts from the moment he posted the rate change.

When posts are counted, a part gets paid old rate and a part gets paid the new rate.
