Entry 81 looks familiar, 23 looks most like a lock/bank vault door (but I think logos shouldn't need text with them), and 68 is only good insofar as it is textless - if you think about it hard, you can see that it is lock-like, but it's not as obvious as 23. And 49 is very similar to the original BTC logo...

Which logo do you consider most effective as a universal logo for all cryptocurrencies? Well there really is not enough choice there to choose any logo for all crypto's that logo will be super unique and be picked from 100's of logo's and take a fair amount of time in my opinion. Anyway i chose number one as that is quite a nice logo would that could be good enough for a universal logo for crypto, i doubt it but nice thinking with this either way.

Personally, I like Mariana Hurtado's logo but as said in earlier post, there is no enough choices. You should invite others to send their logo suggestions, and after that we can vote. Very interesting idea, I like it

Pretty good idea actually, i like zak mcgurk but with a lighter background which is more inviting, although i think more people should try since it can be done better.

Voted on 18, theres a key that have a lot of meaning and its shape remember a "C", so thats pretty nice even that it has text with it, but that should be no problem. Like, Facebook has a dozen of logos, with just a "F" or the whole word "facebook"(in lower case, I dont even). Although I didnt got the idea why really doing this.

Just why do we need that? I mean by having a universal logo that represents all cryptos, It will probably give the wrong impression that bitcoin is similar to the rest of the alts. And that is especially when some of the altcoins are just pure junk. I certainly don't want *any* crypto to being align or similar in any way to bitcoin. The bitcoin logo is already brandable by itself.

Which logo do you consider most effective as a universal logo for all cryptocurrencies? Do we really need a universal logo for cryptocurrencies? I like having all the different alt-currency logo styles, would be a shame to bulk them all together.

With Bitcoin market share in cryptocurrencies it is pretty questionable to think about different logo. But the creativity could be used for some new Bitcoin logo

Which logo do you consider most effective as a universal logo for all cryptocurrencies? I think the only cryptocurrency that matters a lot at the moment is bitcoin. I can't imagine any alliance of cryptocurrencies with a common logo until some other crypto beyond bitcoin gets somewhat important. At the moment BTC has a little press and coverage, others are just hiding in the shadows so what would bitcoin gain by associating publically with them. Already a lot of people think that bitcoin is just for pirates and weirdos, I want to make bitcoin more mainstreamly accepted not to pull it towards weirdo land.

I hope you're wrong about this. Not that I hope that all the bullshit circus of altcoin is the same as now, but I'm hoping that bitcoin has become a normal thing for people to use in many facets of financial life and if that happens then for sure there are going to be other cryptocurrencies that are going to begin trying to compete with it seriously. At the moment I see altcoins as a distraction, but once bitcoin is really used by many then alternative cryptos are going to become the all important competition to bitcoin which will keep things innovating and moving in the right direction. We don't want monopolies in the long run as these lead to stagnation.

Which logo do you consider most effective as a universal logo for all cryptocurrencies? It's kinda hard to make a logo for that specially when we are talking about decentralized open sourced currencies. As far as I know, there isn't even an official "money logo" for all fiats.

We don't want monopolies in the long run as these lead to stagnation. Not really possible, there will always be a demand for crypto currencies now, even if they're worth a super low amount like Doge, it's just too easy to send money with them. I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say---which is probably my fault. My point is that most of the "cryptocurrencies" are just stoopid today. Altcoins is a distracting circus of nonsense. Most of the general public isn't sure if bitcoin is nonsense. Once most of the general public accepts the utility and innovation of bitcoin, then the altcoins will begin to serve a real purpose because they can challenge the dominance of bitcoin and drive innovation. In my opinion, at the moment, the altcoins are just a distraction. I realize opinions differ on this matter.
