There is no official format. At first [1], when signing messages, there wasn't any format. You will have to copy-paste(/type) address, message and signature separately. Later on, people started using PGP format, RFC2440 [2], for Bitcoin signed messages [3][4][5]. I think Electrum still uses old Bitcoin-Qt format, that is, no format.

So it means even if you put/stake your Bitcoin address here that doesn't mean that you'll get your account 100% back so this might be meaningless doing this thread. The admin of this site should make a recovery function of this site like facebook or gmail, so if they lost, forgot or their account was compromised they can easily recover it by using their recovery email or recovery phone number and to make it more secure add some security questions. This might save them from verifying their accounts to the mods that might not get confirmed.

If you forget your password, you can recover with your email and security question is also available. You can only recover your account if it's hacked or due to other problems, if you can prove ownership of a Bitcoin/PGP address you have posted. Staking Bitcoin address(or PGP) here is just to make a "reference" when you send a signed message.

Looks like the address that you are using comes from an exchange site. You cant sign a message using an address that comes from an exchange site. If i am not mistaken that is from Coins.ph. Better get an address where you can sign a message like in Blockchain.info or Coinbase so that in the future you will not have a problem signing a message.

How do you know it's from a certain exchange? It's just a P2SH address, likely multisig (which doesn't support message signatures due to technical limitations).

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

Is this the same as the wallet address?
Yes. Your wallet address is your Bitcoin address.

(in case you are talking about a Bitcoin wallet and not an altcoin one)
