No, thats not the btc equivalent of 0.24.  You know that there are no more free region games, so mine are valuable, as they are all free region games.  They are 20 games, 1 CS GO key each 2 games.. I dont think is a good offer.

I am not sure about that, i think there is no way to check. But can be easy seen, as steam now tells on a message when a game is locked region, so you would see a message on the game in the inventory.
