By the way, I do the work, and I checked with someone that actually is the target audience, and he said CRAVE was the "white unicorn" if real, which I assume he meant the holy grail. Plenty of innovation too. Innovation is taking existing ideas and improving them in creative ways, often making them easier for regular people to use.

I've been meaning to give you some "trust" in here,
