Yes, both Bit X and Hashenst are legit and backed by real hardware. You just need to devise a good reinvestment plan to counteract diff growth and hope for this growth to stay moderate until you actually reach ROI.

Can one resell GH/s on Hashnest, like on BIT-X?

Pls do share your ROI expectations with that company. Show me the number where you can ROI in under one year? Their prices are way too high.

by seeing the site's graphic design, i can say 90% that the site is not legit and/or only just a ponzi cloudmining Tongue

You can sell hashrate at market unless you got that new pacmic contract. After they updated their website it looks quite good and clear I should say, at first it was a bit clumsy though Smiley Good work for them.
