Well I used Google Maps to look for the first address and this is the house that I found (street view was useless in this case):



Which looks like the same house that is said to belong to Muhammad Ali here:



That being said, Muhammad Ali has multiple homes and thus multiple addresses so it's likely that he'll never receive it if you sent it to his home address:

Ali and his wife, Lonnie, have homes in Arizona, Berrien Springs, Michigan; and Louisville, Kentucky.

Not sure about the other two addresses though. I did try attempting a WHOIS lookup on Ali.com but the domain doesn't appear to be actually owned by him.
