Well I used Google Maps to look for the first address and this is the house that I found (street view was useless in this case):

Which looks like the same house that is said to belong to Muhammad Ali

That being said, Muhammad Ali has multiple homes and thus multiple addresses so it's likely that he'll never receive it if you sent it to his home address:
Ali and his wife, Lonnie, have homes in Arizona, Berrien Springs, Michigan; and Louisville, Kentucky.
