We need to do something about this poor support when they are playing with our money so they can`t take advantage of us in the future!

If i`m not taken seriously and every person from this forum ignores me .. they will win and at the end, they can run with our btc, ltc or any crypto we transfer to this market!

Guys problem is with their new website erex.io/en and not individual coins. The withdrawls are getting stuck on pending status. Don't worry they will fix the problem soon. My withdrawl is also pending from many hours.
I reccomend withdrawing using the erex.io/wallet page and not erex.io/en page. That might not cause the stuck on pending problem.

@ADMIN @MOD    I would like to recommend you some things for a better communication guys.

1.  Make an announcement when the exchange or certain wallets are under maintenance

2. Stop spamming every channel with the same message @EREX.io | Black-NET so people don't just "mark as read" your server
at every notification. This way you will be able to get more people to actually read your message.

3. Try to be more specific on what are you guys working on so everyone can understand.

4. When you have issues on exchange with one or more coins, you should add a banner on your exchange with that information so people don't flood your "contact" section with dumb questions.

This way you can lower your work volume and make everyone happy.  If someone can't understand why they have a problem you would have something to point them at.
Ultimately these 4 simple things will help you  handle situations in a professional manner.

@brukt most likely because he is fixing the problem rather than replying to everyone. They have less staff now and likely will increase capacity in future. These things are common with emmerging exchanges.

I`ve expressed my problems 10 times over and another 100 times overs, the big answer on not my question is: why no one does anything about my BTC deposit and why no one is trying to tell me that my deposit will appear, will show .. etc ?!

I have a same thought every time i see this kind of thread. I personally don't trust  big and reputable exchanges, let alone some completely unknown that was created few months ago. It is disaster waiting to happen.


Erex indeed seems fishy, as from what I can see, they are willing to list just about any project  on their exchange. No due diligence, no nothing. If there is, they would see that for example recently listed Connect Business Network is just a scammy project with plagiarized content. I reported that scam few months ago.

@Stompix is right, you are handling it wrong. Issues that you are having with Erex  are  not a valid reason for you to write same message to few dozens of ANN threads. All of us that are regulars in this board will see this thread, no need for you to spam.
