Sorry, i Cant do the loan without collateral as its too much to risk for me. Im sure you are genuine enough and did state you wont do collateral but like i say, too much to risk for me. However, this is bitcointalk and after the Master-P scandal, I don't think you're going to get many people willing to give out bitcoin just on reputation alone.  I would probably do it with collateral, meaning altcoins.

If you really think that I am someone else (either a hacked account or sold), you can check my posts history and you will see whether it was changed or the same... :)

Although it's highly advised not to bump the loan thread, you should know the rules. Only single bump 24 hours provided you delete previous bumps. I think it's quite obvious no one is willing to fund this loan further. You can lock the thread default if you want to or abide by the bump rules.

After that, the remaining amount was BTC0.05, which DarkStar_ sent, so BTC0.05 is still remaining to be received in my wallet...

Not for nothing but I thought this was fishy from the get go.   OP was vehemently sticking up for Muhammed Zukir, who disappeared with someone's bitcoin not too long ago.  Not saying he won't repay at all but something about him just reeks of disingenuousness.

I think you deserve a negative feedback until the loan is repaid because not the first time you've not payed on time also you have money to bet on the sports league right ? Same here. You can get extensions from the lender and it is up to them if they want to accept it. In my case I accepted the extensions he requested too.

I guess the OP's ignoring of these questions after responding to several other posts in this thread means that he is not going to answer the above questions.

From the looks of it, the OP's loan is overdue, even after taking into consideration the (multiple?) extensions that he received. I would personally consider this loan to be defaulted on.

So, that is his only way of repaying the loan SIGNATURE PAYMENT which means he has no back up plan if his plan a of repayment fails.

To keep things fair, the OP could pay each of the lenders in equal proportion of their loans to the principal, and then the interest once the principal amounts of the loans are entirely paid back.

Yeah, I think that would be a good, fair idea. I would be fine if all of us were paid equally, and I think Erkallys would like that as well.
gkv9 should PM Erkallys though, as I think he has it setup so that everyone repays to the same address.

Due to personal lif problems, we've agreed the friendly way on a non-fixed extent. That means that he will pay me the rest of what he ows me (the half to be exact) when his problems will have passed, without an exact repayment date.

I am given negative trust due to which I am out of signature campaign, I urge that guy Boelens to please remove that rating, as this was the week I was going to repay Erkallys for sure, but can't anymore as now I have no chance of repaying as I am out, but I can still get in if that trust gets removed...

Repaying what looks like 0.05 out of a 0.2 loan after 3 months after the due date is scammer behavior. gkv9 claimed to be using signature campaign money to repay his loan but has received many times over the loan amount in signature earnings since the due date, so I will not use the excuse that you cannot participate in a signature campaign with red trust.

After the loan has been paid in full I will remove the negative trust, until then it stays

I'm pretty sure that it's 0.1 repaid out of 0.2 BTC. (0.05 to me, 0.05 to Watoshi). I wouldn't really consider this loan defaulted, since if you see 3 posts above, there is this:
It shows that an extension was granted. I have also agreed to wait for him to at least repay the principal amount to Erkallys before repaying the interest to me. I don't consider this loan defaulted, pretty sure Erkallys doesn't but can't say about Watoshi.

Since gkv9 said that this week he was going to repay for sure, I suggest you at least wait for this week to be over and see if he pays up. If he doesn't, then tag him.

Oh so do they have your permission to leave negative trust after you get back in the sig campaign and delay some more?  See tghe problem(s)?  People here lost trust in you and for good reason.  It certainly does seem that you cannot be trusted with other people's money.

what about Boelens  removed it now and after you pay the loan he adds it as a warning so that others may think many times before lending you loan.

IMO, Boelens should give him a chance at repaying the loan in the time frame gkv9 requested and post the negative if he fails.

Pay the Erakllys back, then contact Boelens to remove the trust rating. If the guy doesn't remove it after you fulfill the loan, contact the person who put him on DT and see if you can get him removed from DT. Might not work. Boelen's password was reset recently, so that's a thing.

Erkallys could PM marcotheminer (manager of the Bit-X campaign) and ask him to repay Erkallys directly, with gkv9's signature funds. (assuming the trust gets removed). The downside of this is that we can't prove if gkv9 was legit by his words, but if he continues to post after he is added back in and reaches enough posts for a 0.1BTC payment, then it would seem he was legit.

I think it would be better for Erkallys financially if Boelens removed the trust for this week, so he could pay back the loan. Otherwise, gkv9 is probably just going to disappear.

Still here, gkv9 is never going to disappear at any cost...

You only repaid the principle amount owed without interest when you originally agreed on an interest rate.

OP, I am sorry to chime in here, but you are a Hero member and the behavior you showed here is one of the reasons us lenders get so many issues from other borrowers.  You went on for days about making sure you are ready to pay back, you were just waiting for the lender to get back online.  Then when  you go to do the escrow you had to wait a week to make that escrow payment.  What if the Lender would have gotten online at the beginning?  You would not have been able to pay him because you did not have the funds available if he would have gotten online.  So next time, if there is one, don't start an argument and claim you could not pay because the lender was not online; for the main reason you could not pay was because you did not have it at the time.  Good luck in the future, but I think you just killed any chance you have of getting another loan here again without collateral.

I'm with zarzarb on this one; you just came back to the forum after a 4 year inactivity period, so the least you could do is sign a message from a staked address to ensure you are the real owner of the account. He has to make sure that you are the real you, and that's the only way of proving that.

It's also natural that he has been changing addresses after 4 years, and as long as he can prove that he has the amount that he is escrowing, there should be no issue as to in which address they are.

He offered two options 1) monitored and 2) non - monitored. OP chooses the monitored one so funds must be there all the time (that is the whole point of providing two options), but he moved funds that was the mistake on his part. If he can provide proof that he asked OP or at least try to contact him for his permission for doing so then its ok but I doubt this.

I don’t think there is any basis for asking for additional verifications. The terms of the loan was the loan would be repaid to a specific address, the same address he is asking to receive payment to.

Further, he never agreed to any additional terms such as a requirement to provide verifications. I said in 2016 that it was BS to not repay the interest because he had not been online and it is similarly ridiculous to not send him the money he is owed.

Yes you should immediately transfer funds to another escrow and I am sure no other escrow will think before releasing it to watoshi immediately as it is no brainer if he is willing to receive the payment in 2016 address.
By the way you did not answer the part where you moved funds from the monitored escrow. Did you ask for it beforehand and took permission from OP?
