Do you insist on a signed message before you repay the 0.01BTC loan?

How many times do i have to repeat this?!
You waste my time also.

It is on you. Why do you want me to waste hours for $95?

Give me an answer. Do you insist on a signed message? Why won't you just send it to https://files.savethechildren.org/cryptocurrency-donation/ and end this? Are you broke?

Because that would turn out to be a horror mistake if later on found that it wasn't asked by the real Watoshi. I don't think what zazarb is asking is ridiculous. Just do as he says: Sign the message from address staked here already then do whatever what you wish to do. I don't think it would be that hard for real Watoshi to spend his 3 hours on.

Forget a bank, I consider you less trustworthy than the gkv9. Do banks ask you to produce the credit card you used in 1990 to give you your $100?

They might ask you questions about credit you took out years ago  Tongue

The only condition I have is when you use my money, you pay interest.

Since you're so stuck up about agreements, let's see the agreement where zarzab agreed to pay 20% compounding interest upon moving the amount. I don't think it's unreasonable to move funds, especially since there was no longer any need to monitor the balance (I think the intention was so that anyone could see the progress of the loan being repaid) after the loan was repaid and everyone that was present was satisfied.

It is unreasonable. The escrow did not move the 0.01BTC to another address. I think he used the funds for his lending business.

Since you can't sign with this address, how you reach this fund, after I will send it?(address inactive since 2016-02-19) I just want remind that initial reason  why gkv9 sent fund to escrow , was that there was a fear that this address might not be used longer.
Or you, after a failed attempt to retrieve btc, try to just burn them?
Who will compensate loss if it turns out later that you're not real watoshi?

This is false. You can receive bitcoins on addresses you can't sign with.

I gave the repayment address. You will not be held liable. It will not be your fault that I lost the keys to the repayment address I posted.

Can we proceed?

I must say as a member of this wonderful forum, 'zarab' is acting little bit beyond his duty. He is an escrow now he wants to verify the identity (which must not be his problem). He offered two options 1) monitored and 2) non - monitored. OP chooses the monitored one so funds must be there all the time (that is the whole point of providing two options), but he moved funds that was the mistake on his part. If he can provide proof that he asked OP or at least try to contact him for his permission for doing so then its ok but I doubt this.
Secondly he was supposed to give fund to account named 'watoshi' not the real watoshi ( are you a real zarab, am I a real crycrptocry?). If account is asking the funds IMHO you should release immediately to whatever address he is providing you. You are not a judge just an escrow.
Thirdly , what is this coin burning argument? He clearly stated that you can donate the funds if you want, that is not burning that is helping someone.

Are you willing/able to receive the payment to that address? If so, that should resolve any issue of the possibility that your account might be hacked.

Yes. I am willing to receive payment to 1624xVu7J5nscwYqmuBvhPidjMvBqgoN5H

I gave the repayment address. You will not be held liable. It will not be your fault that I lost the keys to the repayment address I posted.

You always can sign if address under your control(if you have priv key), I understood from your messages, that you can do it, just it is too much work for you.

On the other hand, I think, possible prove that you have access to that address without signing.

I don’t think there is any basis for asking for additional verifications. The terms of the loan was the loan would be repaid to a specific address, the same address he is asking to receive payment to.
Sorry about that. I though the loan had been completely filled because you changed the thread subject to filled.

Yes, and and Darkstar_ posted "have filled the remaining 0.05BTC". got me confused.

Repayment amount : 0.051BTC

Further, he never agreed to any additional terms such as a requirement to provide verifications. I said in 2016 that it was BS to not repay the interest because he had not been online and it is similarly ridiculous to not send him the money he is owed.

You also explicitly agreed to not move the bitcoin received at the escrow address:
if you want I can  escrow this, but it is not guaranteed that people who have left you negative trust, will remove it.
(I will send confirmation to blazr and QS)
escrow address if you want monitoring 13onqzPnGzazarbReooW4sBkqEgKPoMwZV  (you should send full amount +tx fee)
or without monitoring, and fee free 1AxyPdVoRVkita9fnqCYaYZgssKvbzEpbL

What do you mean by monitoring??? And what about full amount???
The only thing remaining here is interest, and that is BTC0.01 for Watoshi Sir, so do you mean that I need to send BTC0.01 to that address starting with 13 plus tx fee??? I am ready to send that much to you, but after Sunday/Monday, because I will get paid by my campaign guys this Sunday/Monday... About last week's earnings, I redeemed them because I needed to pay some real life bills and I told this because I know, some over-smart people will come up and ask for the same... Wink
monitoring -  you can see account balance that the amount unused,
Yes I mean remaining  amount what you owe for watoshi.
Hey guys, I would like to update you that I recently got a message from manager that I got paid currently... Grin
I am extremely happy that now I will be able to put the amount in Zazarb's escrow service to prove myself innocent...  Cheesy

if you want I can  escrow this, but it is not guaranteed that people who have left you negative trust, will remove it.
(I will send confirmation to blazr and QS)
escrow address if you want monitoring 13onqzPnGzazarbReooW4sBkqEgKPoMwZV  (you should send full amount +tx fee)

Can you please confirm that the above mentioned address with monitoring is still on???
I will then send the amount... Also, I would like to let you know that only BTC0.01 is remaining, so please let me know that exactly how much should I send you to that address???

Not keeping that promise reflects poorly on you.

I don’t know if he is hacked or not, but given the circumstances, I don’t think it is reasonable nor appropriate to not immediately release the bitcoin to the original repayment address.

@Quickseller you like no other perfectly know that in this forum no one performs any financial transaction without verification, especially with those who woke up after three years.
Just imagine after week or month  real watochi comes with sign message and clam that account was hacked , after restoring he ask me to release escrow funds , I will should pay from my own pocket?

If someone thinks otherwise and takes responsibility, I am happy to transfer the funds to another escrow service.
I'm already full of this shit....i just tried to keep the forum away from the scamer.

You should send it to the repayment address I posted in 2016 instead of the address I posted in 2020. If you do that, why would the real me ask to release escrow again?

Are you implying my account was already hacked when I posted the repayment address? That is ridiculous.

Yes you should immediately transfer funds to another escrow and I am sure no other escrow will think before releasing it to watoshi immediately as it is no brainer if he is willing to receive the payment in 2016 address.
By the way you did not answer the part where you moved funds from the monitored escrow. Did you ask for it beforehand and took permission from OP?
