The fees for ATM Withdrawal in other currency is hight. You must decrease your fees. Because don't every one has much money. Except your service is only one who has much money.

That fee comes from ATM providers, not from our side. However, for smaller amounts we offer other solutions, such as cash withdrawal, Amazon vouchers, mobile top-up, bank transfer and etc.

Seems nice! Does this work in the ATM's all over the World? Or specific countries?There is E-coin offering similar services excluding the charges but they don't ship it all over.If you could ,please specify the international shipping charges.

It works in ATMs all over the world, just shipping is to specific countries. They also have same charge, just they call it "ATM transaction", it is of the same size. Our card is cheaper as issuance (9USD/8EUR/6GBP) includes shipping, except if you want expedited shipping it costs $75/€69/£50, but the card will be with in 1-3 days instead of 1-3 weeks.

This look good but i think the express shipping fee is just too high, let us know more about this card especially the hidden charges.

Why do you need card to card funding?

I need card to card fundin for arbitrage purpose or better still if I can link my local bank card with your network and send the funds via WU or MG, I will be making 40% on each transactions.

You can fund the card by linking your local bank card and top up our card, but I do not have knowledge about the other part of your transaction.

I was trying to top up Intertelecom, but for other providers the price is also significantly higher than in Xapo world (e.g., in 38% for MTS).

Received my VISA debit card in about 24 hours after verification successfully completed (which took them 5 days) and I didn't even pay for fast delivery.
Just I'm having troubles with MyChoice (https://www.mychoicecorporate.com/) (who delivered the card) because I'm unable to understand the given PIN via call and after many combinations tries at nearest ATM I got my card blocked already and can't even access my account on their site anymore, moreover their customer support doesn't even reply me for 2 days already.

Sorry for my late reply but the issue has been successfully solved and I'm very satisfied with SpectroCoin's services, definitely what I was looking for!

I tried to link the virtual card with my PayPal account, but it was refused with the error: "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." Why does that happen?

Sometimes it happens, but most of cards are accepted.

I just used this card to purchase some o-rings, an OTG cable, and some realm gold from realmofthemadgod.com.

what i am wishing is to improve daily loading limit, or increase the lifetime for non-verified (like making it unlimited).

make sure to add funds at least 3$ in your virtual visa card than try again
the problem paypal now take 1$ when you add the card i dont know why
and they take another 1.95$ when you confirm your card and receive code
so you need at least 3$ to verify your paypal

Is there a way the claim of 'having 100,000 clients using us' (perhaps not daily) can be verified? Who is issuing these cards, which prepaid card provider. Can they vouch for how many active cards have been issued in the last years? Anybody who received such a card should have gotten an accompagning letter from the issuer.

If they can't resolve the problems with 1 client (if one looks at how long this drags on), what kind of support are the rest of those 100,000's of customers supposed to count on?

All the issues for our clients are resolved extremely quickly and usually without involving forums and just asking our support team (which is live 7 days a week, from 6am to 9pm London time). We have issued 23,000 cards until today if you are interested and going to have some exciting news in couple of weeks regarding our card offer.

The point I am making it that when you are running a company which has thousands of clients, there will always be some idiots who instead of trying to resolve their issues, will start shouting about the company being scam or so.

We are not only issuing cards, it is only one of the options, we also offer exchange services (brokerage) which is our core business as well as bitcoin wallet and payment processing. Hence, a client which uses us to buy bitcoins does not need a card as he is only interested in buying them.

Unique yes 100,000 (for sure some of them might belong to the same person). It hard to say which clients are active (by definition), as their are clients who are using services every week and there are clients using services once in every six months. But more than a half has used as atleast once.

This is situation is easy if or whenever they decide to unlocked my account and I transfer my Bitcoins I wil post here they have released my Bitcoins but for now they are ignoring me for almost a years now because they want to steal the Bitcoins for themselves. I hope you get your BTC back. Spectrocoin is using noob accounts to fake interest in their cards. They could use the same energy to return the bitcoins they have stolen but no - they think forum members will be fooled by noobs requesting free cards.

One of the member lost 90 BTC at their site. I mean spectrocoin steal them from him and I think they are very happy with those bitcoins and that is why they do not care for their business and are losing their trust and do not care.

We have not stolen any bitcoins. We do care about trust and clients as well as product more than anyone. And to be fair, the only thing which has dissapeared is the person who accused us of scam.

I bought a EUR plastic card on Spectrocoin for 8 EUR in July and received it in less than 10 days with the free shipping.It's really useful especially when I need to convert quickly some bitcoins into cash. The fees are a bit high on ATM withdrawals (unfortunately Italy loves cash and I can't buy a lot of stuff with POS).I never experienced any issues and the customer service is usually quick to reply,took me 2/3 days to verify my card. I think Spectrocoin is a legit business but as anything with BTC I move them on online wallets and websites only few moments before I really need them.

I advise do not use spectrocoin.
My own card is 'unavailable' for months, and the funds being stolen by 'fees' each 3 days.
Responses to my enquiries are questionable. This appears now to be a criminal enterprise.
