Title: New Bikercoin (BIC) CryptoNight based crypto currency
Post by: script-expert on June 07, 2016, 04:02:13 PM
Bikercoin (BIC) was built for a specific community (but everyone is welcome). I've made an announcement on Bitcointalk as a courtesy for the cryptocurrency community. But, we really don't need Bitcointalk.

There is at the moment 28,000 people with a BIC wallet on the 4BC Network + all the actual miners. That is a lot of people.

So I've decided to move the thread because of 2 things.

1- I just can't stand the Whining!

2- Bitcointalk needs to appoint some kind of moderator to keep the thread informative and clear of useless posts. So members don't panic due to the information from fudsters.

Furthermore, I also think it's important that newcomers can get their info on Bikercoin fast and without the whining posts and other useless crap.

So for those of you that want to take part on a real Support forum just go to http://forum.doufex.com/index.php?u=/topic/2/ggbikercoin-bic-cryptonight-based-crypto-currency

Option 1) Start with (startGUInonlatin.bat)

Option 2) start with (bikercoinwallet.exe --data-dir C:\bicblockchain)

You have to understand that this program is a BETA release. (Use all Bikercoin software programs, apps, miners, exchanges at your own risk)

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.  ???

You're mining incorrectly.  You have to solo mine from the daemon.  This is a cryptonote coin.  You can't solo mine the same way you do with a bitcoin based coin.  External miners only work on pools.

It's not a new algo it's cryptonote algo like Monero, Bytecoin, DigitalNote, and several other coins.  You can find more information here:   https://cryptonote.org (https://cryptonote.org)

You can mine with a GPU to a pool but it doesn't look like anyone's set one up.  You can set one up yourself using this open source software if you're ambitious enough http://cryptonotemining.org/ (http://cryptonotemining.org/)

Other than that you can solomine from the daemon which is what people are currently doing using the CLI console/miner download from the website http://bikercoin.org/ (http://bikercoin.org/)  there is a GUI wallet download as well but you can's use that to solo mine with an external miner like you can with bitcoin based coins.  The wallet might look like a normal QT wallet but you can't use it to solo mine and you don't create a .conf file.

I have no involvement with this coin other than mining it myself.  I just wanted to explain how it's different to prevent you from wasting your time trying to figure out why it isn't working like other coins.

hey, i am just getting "DEBUG [several ip's :and port and there is written an OUT] msg 0or 1 or 2:1002

Here are two methods to solo mine

Method 1

Launchbikercoind and let it sync
Launch simplewallet and select G to generate a new wallet
Type start_mining at the simplewallet console  "By default the miner will mine using only one core.  To mine with more CPU cores type the number of cores after start_ mining"
Example:  start_mining 4
You are now mining with 4 CPU cores
To stop mining type stop_mining in the simplewallet console
To see your balance type balance in the simplewallet console

Method 2

Launch bikercoind and let it sync
Type start_mining your-address number of cores in the bikercoind console
Example: start_mining bicksrxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx 4
You are now mining with 4 CPU cores to the address you specified
Using this method you can use any address you want including the address generated with the GUI wallet
There is no need to have the wallet open to mine
To stop mining type stop_mining in the bikercoind console

Useful commands are:

Typing show_hr will show your hashrate when typed in the bikercoind console
Typing help in either the bikercoind or simplewallet console will give you a list of the commands available

Other information:

The blockchain is stored in the same location as other coins.  For Windows that will be "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin"
The GUI wallet will store the wallet file in the same directory as the blockchain by default.
If you create a wallet with simplewallet that wallet will be stored in the directory where simplewallet is located
You can open any wallet file with the GUI wallet by going to File - Open Wallet and browsing to the wallet file location

How is that any worse than one of the hundreds of bitcoin clones coming out daily with premines, ICO's, POS, masternodes, recycled fancy graphics, cool logos, the same shills, ridiculous roadmaps, lies and promises, pages of posts with stupid rockets blasting off, ridiculous speculation regarding future value, pumped and dumped by the same few groups of scammers, moon this and moon that, blah blah blah.

The entire premise that botnets target cryptonote coins is ridiculous.  Why would someone make a botnet to target a cryptonote coin that has no value.  And even coins like Monero that do have value how is a botnet any worse than the massive amounts of rented hash and mining farms mining bitcoin based coins and getting a majority of them?

This coin might end in DOA status but there are hundreds of bitcoin based coins that already are in doa status.  The biggest hurdle to cryptonote coins is not that they are doa because of botnets it's because they lack access to the type of infrastructure already available to bitcoin based coins.  The entire botnet myth is just that.  A myth.

I don't have any expectations for this coin but at least it's not some short pow, high pos, fancy graphic, roadmap full of crap, masternoded, to the moon with rockets, on yobit in a day and dumped to 1 satoshi in a week, coingen or bitcoin clone garbage that's coming out daily.

there are some that are good enough to be mined, like revolver and a bunch of other, cryptonote it's not seen very well, always dismissed by the majority that want to have profit by mining only

also only because this place is full of shit, it does not mean that we need to add more, we should try to minimize coin that might be useless because of their algo

I think that there is a misconception with cryptonote coins.  Cryptonote is a protocol.  Cryptonight is an algorithm that most cryptonote coins use.   It is possible to change the algo of a cryptonote coin to a different algorithm than cryptonight.  A couple have done just that.  Boolberry is a cryptonote coin but uses Keccak for the algorithm.  AEON uses cryptonight lite.  It's possible to change the algorithm of a cryptonote based coin to any algorithm.  It takes a good coder but it can be done.  There is also a dpos cryptonote coin called pebblecoin.

I have miners mining coins for profit but that's not the only reason I'm involved in crypto.  I am interested in the technology.  The technology behind cryptonote coins is good.  It's not as mature as bitcoin based coins but it's making progress.  I have numerous wallets of worthless bitcoin based coins and I also have numerous wallets of cryptonote coins that are worthless as well.  It will take some time but there has been steady progress in the development of cryptonote coins.  In the beginning it was all command line and now there are QT wallets and numerous projects to move the protocol forward.

I'll mine a coin like revolver to exchange for bitcoin.  But that's the only reason.  There really isn't any future for it because all it offers is a modified x11 algo.  Other than that it's just another bitcoin clone.  And a bitcoin clone with a new algo typically means a crippled miner for most people and a better one for a few.  Seen it numerous times.  New algo coins are usually just a way to give someone else an edge.

This coin might not go anywhere but neither will 95% of non cryptonpote coins regardless of gimmicks like new algo's.

You can open any wallet file with the GUI wallet by going to File - Open Wallet and browsing to the wallet file location

hi,dev tem...
Do you have any plans for the development of the currency?
Such as:
1, when pool developed?
2, when the block browser developed?
3, when the exchange?
4, and what other development plan?

If you have an Nvidia card you can use ccminer. Just make sure that you have msvcr100.dll in the same directory as ccminer.exe. This comes with visual studio or you can download the dll manually.

Well I'm the owner of a marketing platform. The 4BC Network (4bc.co) 25,000 members all crypto fans.

Marketing also include Social FB, Twitter(10 accounts with 50,000+ crypto fans) and Banner ads on other platforms.

Just finish the pool http://pool.bikercoin.org another one will come next week.

Now working on a Block explorer.

Then will focus on getting listed on an exchange site and/or create one.

Next submit to http://coinmarketcap.com/ and https://www.coingecko.com

Get listed on more exchanges, create promo video etc...

An easy way to mine is downloading minergate GUI miner, once installed go to, View > Show other pools

https://i.imgur.com/0wE5lcx.png

Then in the bottom put the data of the pool where you want to mine

https://i.imgur.com/wk9EKGv.png

And click the "Add pool" button, now you can mine with the CPU and GPU (only NVIDIA)

Minergate allows custom pools and can mine this.  It's what i'm using on my servers.

Are you talking about the MinerGate Console miner for GPU mining on BIC pools?

I'm CPU mining, my VPS doesn't have a dedicated GPU.

For CPU mining in a VPS it depends on the OS you are running on your VPS, if it is a Linux OS you need to compile cpu-multi miner (minerd)

https://github.com/wolf9466/cpuminer-multi (https://github.com/wolf9466/cpuminer-multi)

then go to the folder where the executable file is (minerd) and launch it this way:

Code:
./minerd -a cryptonight -o stratum+tcp://pool.bikercoin.org:2999 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p x

*Note that most VPS providers don't allow 100% CPU usage 24/7.

For AMD GPU mining use this

https://github.com/wolf9466/wolf-xmr-miner

I used this miner with Neptunium and it worked fine, I can't test it with BikerCoin because I no longer have an AMD card, anyway here is the conf file I used with my old HD 6870 (100~150 H/s), and Catalyst 15.7.1 drivers on a window 7 x64 machine

Code:
{

"Algorithms":
[

{

"name": "CryptoNight",

"devices":

[

{

"index": 0,

"corefreq": 1000,

"memfreq": 1500,

"fanspeed": 65,

"pass": "x"

}

]

}

]

}

Edit the file with your desired pool and user, save it as "miner.conf" then launch miner.exe if the miner close or hangs, low the rawintensity value or you can start with 100 an go up until you find the best value for your card.

Cryptonote isn't a waste of time.  There are two Cryptonote coins in the top 25.  One with a $6 million market cap and one with $16 million.  There are tools that make it very easy to launch a cryptonote coin so they're now being pumped out like bitcoin clones.  It's a very simple process with detailed instructions on how to do it.  Expect to see more.  The ones that have added features or made significant changes to the code are the ones to watch for because they will be supported by a person/persons with actual coding skills.

If you start from my document you will not get this message, but some other directory will require that you Run the Program as an Administrator for the wallet to create files.

Coins like Monero is already on exchanges. If you dont get a cryptonite coin on Polo or at least Bittrex then the coin is dead. Devs in general refuses to pay the money to Bittrex and the chances of getting another cryptonite on Polo is like 0.0000001 %. It is fun to mine though because in general I like coins where you can mine with powerful CPUs ans still have a chance.

The odds are just heavily against a new cryptonite and as Neptunium showed if you add to that the general lack of skills with cryptonite devs it is the perfect storm for failure. If this coin has to succeed it has to 1) not be any of the cryptonite wannabees that you mention will start to pop up, 2) the dev must be willing to pay at least Bittrex, 3) the dev must have the skills to maintain a non-mainstream code base to add new stuff.

At least the dev still posts in the thread in comparison to NPT where the dev just bailed.

Coins like Monero is already on exchanges. If you dont get a cryptonite coin on Polo or at least Bittrex then the coin is dead. Devs in general refuses to pay the money to Bittrex and the chances of getting another cryptonite on Polo is like 0.0000001 %.

or HitBTC maybe! It's a good CryptoNight coins exchange..

when you open the wallet says Bikercoin wallet already running.tried to install and open it on another computer same thing.why is this happening?

make sure you don't have non-latin characters in your  username on Windows. Start wallet with flag --data-dir  and make it save blockchain in folder with plain latin in path. This is common issue in ALL Cryptonote coins GUI.

is there any ring for rental on this algo?

I have to admit I got a reality check with Neptunium.  Dont waste your time with Cryptonight.

Coins like Monero is already on exchanges. If you dont get a cryptonite coin on Polo or at least Bittrex then the coin is dead. Devs in general refuses to pay the money to Bittrex and the chances of getting another cryptonite on Polo is like 0.0000001 %. i tend to agree, new cryptonote coins may not hit exchanges anymore...

i own only two cryptonote, monero and daschcoin ...monero as being the leader in cryptonote development and the cheap DSH dashcoin the 100% clone /mirror image of the first cryptonote coin Bytecoin (82% premined).

Code:
{

"Algorithms":
[

{

"name": "CryptoNight",

"devices":

[

{

"index": 0,

"corefreq": 1000,

"memfreq": 1500,

"fanspeed": 65,

"powertune": 20,

"threads": 1,

"rawintensity": 110,

"worksize": 1

}

],

"pools":

[

{

"url": "stratum+tcp://192.170.1.31:3333",

"user": "Np4BgvEZjczLRE2Fz3vBoqLNMNWPJYYXJjMP8rLqU36Z6h5adDKJVQ98L5bQnY4wQ3VgJsmUPEnKCKCFGLDkXHub1fEMosbFf",

"pass": "x"

}

]

}

]

}

Edit the file with your desired pool and user, save it as "miner.conf" then launch miner.exe if the miner close or hangs, low the rawintensity value or you can start with 100 an go up until you find the best value for your card.

Need compile? could anyone show how to mine this coin easily like monero?

You need to launch the miner using a bat file.
Example bat:

miner.exe biker.conf

biker.conf will be your edited conf file containing your bikercoin address and changes to the settings like raw intensity.

There is a way to exchange BIC without exchange ?

I am willing to buy @ 100 sats. I dont think it is worth more than that because:

1. Money supply is growing very fast @ 47 per block
2. No exchange
3. No block explorer
4. Inactive dev
5. It is Cryptonite and the future is dim for Cryptonite
6. BTC halving nears and alts drop

PM me if you are interested.

Hey all, what the hell is going on with the wallet every time it opens I have changed address. I that someone left food. on the pool I see how much nominal, the purse did not come, because the address is another. examined.
if I closed the pool i lost all mined coins !!!
what can I do in that situation? that`s abnormal !!!
I was mined coins at a certain address, and then he changed when I opening the wallet, and my coins run out at the non-existent address and I still lose?
How do I fix a permanent substitution addresses for each new reopening of the wallet?

Well even at $10.00 per BIC this would be 0.01 transaction. I think this is good.

Only issue I see with this fee is that Faucetbox may not add the currency to their site so people can use the coins for running their own faucet. Do you have any plans on offering lower rates based on volume in order to make it a bit more enticing for Faucetbox and others like them to add the currency to their available list?

So after 11 days of mining in the pool I decided to try out the solo mining to get an idea of the difference. With my low grade quad core I was averaging 171 BIC per day in the mining pool. The first 12 hours of solo mining earned me 185 BIC on 4 blocks which is not too bad for the 2.4Ghz system!

Now I have been trying to figure out all of the different settings and there is one this rookie can not figure out.

How do you move the coin from the simple wallet to my main wallet on my computer? I have tried the transfer but keep getting a wrong amount error..

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

transfer <number from 0 to 10> <receiver's address> <number of coins>

Be sure that receiver's address has no spaces - that may occur if you copy it from somewhere.
remember not to use "Ctrl+C" in command line. Use right-click and "paste" command instead.

Number of coins should have eight decimal places.

<number from 0 to 10> is called "mixin_count" in wallet hap info, which is the number of transactions your is indistinguishable from. This is probably a degree of anonymity, which is described in whitepaper

Example:   "transfer 0 bickuaZ9ePtFSA6VmxktjR11aSmnrJZu4Sq7yHHCYUuKDyDoS9N9fznYdHEfqtQKDRPJrcmPmRGx5hn G5TKjsbAh59Q32BPQ93 100.00000000"

Remember to deduct the fee 0.001

Hey all, what the hell is going on with the wallet every time it opens I have changed address. I that someone left food. on the pool I see how much nominal, the purse did not come, because the address is another. examined.
if I closed the pool i lost all mined coins !!!
what can I do in that situation? that`s abnormal !!!
I was mined coins at a certain address, and then he changed when I opening the wallet, and my coins run out at the non-existent address and I still lose?
How do I fix a permanent substitution addresses for each new reopening of the wallet?

You really need to provide more information if you want help.

From what I have read it appears you might be solo mining using the simplewallet. Are you for one opening the wallet or generating a new wallet when you first start the simplewallet program?

If you are opening the old wallet you used last time using the password you setup when you first generated the address are you saving your data before you stop mining?

If not that could be a cause as to why you are losing data. If you are generating a new wallet each time you open the program then that is the cause.

25 million coins
0.001 transaction fee

I think transaction fee is big if we see total supply  (just is my opinion lol)

Well even at $10.00 per BIC this would be 0.01 transaction. I think this is good.

Only issue I see with this fee is that Faucetbox may not add the currency to their site so people can use the coins for running their own faucet. Do you have any plans on offering lower rates based on volume in order to make it a bit more enticing for Faucetbox and others like them to add the currency to their available list?

Sorry, The coin wasn't build for micro-payment. 0.001 fee prevent attach on the Network. And Faucetbox is probably not compatible with Cryptonote coins anyway.

If I remember correctly Dash is using the same and they are on Faucetbox. But I was also looking at it that 100K isnt really that bad to be honest heck I pay more then that to send Dash and Litecoin through Holytransaction lol

Dash is X11 algo, it's different. Use same calls as Bitcoin to access daemon. Bikercoin use CURL calls to communicate with daemon.

Wow! Now I have never seen a wallet ever do that before. By any chance has the program saved multiple wallet files into that folder on your computer?

If so you will be able to open each file in the program to find your original wallet. I am a rookie when it comes to the computer wallets so I have no clue as to what is causing the app to open new wallets everytime you start it.

Create a DIR in C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI

copy all bikercoinwallet.exe and all required files and subdir to C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI

Start bikercoinwallet.exe - will normally open last wallet. If not open one, all wallets are created in dir below.

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin

Close and restart wallet. check if same address.

If not reply with Windows version and also state if wallet is sync or start from 1

Is {username} in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin in non latin characters?

Try to /File/Create Wallet use latin characters only

If this doesn't work and {username} is non latin characters you will need to create new user UTF-8 latin characters.

Troubleshooting is simple, if I can't reproduce your problem I can't get back to you with a solution.

So far you simply did not reply with positive or negative answers.

Did you find the location of your wallet? C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin If yes send me a list of all files in there...

Did you try to launch program with administrator privilege?

Where is bikercoinwallet.exe did you try to relocate it in "C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI\bikercoinwallet.exe" ???

Windows 10, which language? (e.g. English, Russian, French)

Please reply with all the answers!

The problem is your windows username in Russian, for some reason bikercoinwallet.exe can't open or create wallet with username in non latin characters.

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin

I will submit this bug for the next release of the GUI wallet (this could take some time)

For now Solutions:

1) Create new windows user in latin characters (e.g. johndoh - Not зapaбoтoк). Install and run bikercoinwallet.exe from this new user. Wallet created is located in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin

2) Download and run simplewallet console instead of GUI wallet. http://bikercoin.org/ This will work 100%

Guys, I told this before, EVERY Cryptonote GUI Windows wallet based on reference code does not work properly with non latin characters in path or wallet filename. Bikercoin, Karbowanec, DigitalNote even Bytecoin GUI wallet does not work with cyrillic or some acute, umlauts etc.  Wallet either won't start saying it's already running, or when user is running console daemon wallet might start but it won't write wallet file and next time it launches - it will generate new one.

This should be corrected asap, nag Cryptonote core devs :)

Upd. As a solution run wallet with --data-dir C:\blockchain flag.

Launch bikercoind and Wait until bikercoind is synchronized. You will be notified with several green "SYNCHRONIZED OK" messages.
Launch simplewallet and select G to generate a new wallet

Useful commands are:

Typing show_hr will show your hashrate when typed in the bikercoind console
Typing help in either the bikercoind or simplewallet console will give you a list of the commands available

what's next? went into simplewallet. that drive under the name, if I did not create?

Launch bikercoind and Wait until bikercoind is synchronized. You will be notified with several green "SYNCHRONIZED OK" messages.
Launch simplewallet and select G to generate a new wallet

Useful commands are:

Typing show_hr will show your hashrate when typed in the bikercoind console
Typing help in either the bikercoind or simplewallet console will give you a list of the commands available

Transfer coin

transfer <number from 0 to 10> <receiver's address> <number of coins>

Number of coins should have eight decimal places.

<number from 0 to 10> is called "mixin_count" in wallet hap info, which is the number of transactions your is indistinguishable from. The degree of anonymity, which is described in whitepaper

so how do I return laminarnye coins yourself? you say http://prntscr.com/blzsg9
I will put the wallet on a laptop with XP

Upd. As a solution run wallet with --data-dir C:\blockchain flag.

who told you that I have a path in Russian? I have only the computer name to my name and everything, and especially all the wallets up normally, without any restrictions: Russian, English. this is the first coin with hemorrhoids, or just not finish at 10.

Yes, BIC is a TM and it is also easy to remember and recognize worldwide. BIC was chosen as part or the marketing plan. That's what I do **Marketing** and I'm pretty good at it.

It't freaking impossible to please everyone (BIRK, BKC, BIKE) WTF. I have other thing to do at the moment like creating an exchange platform for BIC/BTC.

So do you all want brainstorm on a ticker or move on to the next level?

If you let me find a fix first, I will share it with you.

A warning will be added to the download website, Github and bitcointalk

The GUI wallet ZIP package will be updated with a BAT and readme file. (by the end of the day)

startGUInonlatin.bat For non-latin users only..
Code:
@echo off

start bikercoinwallet.exe --data-dir C:\bicblockchain

exit

Or you can start bikercoinwallet.exe --data-dir C:\bicblockchain

You have to understand that this is a 3 weeks old coin and still in BETA (Use all software programs, apps, miners, exchanges at your own risk)

It is the miner responsibility to monitor miner programs and wallet balances at all time.

Warning to all non-Latin bikercoinwallet.exe Windows GUI wallet users

If you are using windows non-Latin language you need to force bikercoinwallet.exe to start in a Latin characters directory.

The usual location C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin will not be able to create a wallet at this location on a non-Latin characters username.

(e.g. C:\bicblockchain - Not C:\БИКblockchain)

Option 1) Start with (startGUInonlatin.bat)

Option 2) start with (bikercoinwallet.exe --data-dir C:\bicblockchain)

You have to understand that this program is a BETA release. (Use all Bikercoin software programs, apps, miners, exchanges at your own risk)

Ok I am sorry if this comes off as rude but everyone needs to relax about the ticker as it is not that important. The coin is only 3 weeks old so it is going to take some time to get running properly.

As for exchanges it will come no matter what the ticker happens to be. The Dev has already stated the other coin that was using the BIC is dead and can be proven so any exchange that did actually list that coin will either make their change or they wont no big deal.

Now I am a rookie when it comes to this area as BIC is my first coin I have actually been mining for. I see potential here but it will take even longer when people keep asking for bogus changes when there are more important things to be dealing with.

The coins progress has been moving quite well and if it takes till August before it is worth anything on the exchanges so be it. Right now the priority is to get the software running smoothly first long before the focus should shift to exchanges.

The exchanges will look at the amount of miners that are active long before they worry about their ticker. The more miners means more support for the coin and in the long run better value for all of us.

Focus more on getting others involved with the coin and less on what ticker they are using lol

BinaryCoin is dead for the second time lol

They have already been removed from a few exchanges for not being able to keep up with minimum trade volumes.

That site also needs to remove that dead coin but if you actually paid attention that coin cannot be traded for Bitcoin lmao

Dodge even has a higher value then they do which is really sad. In my opinion if a exchange is more interested in keeping a coin that has been killed 2 times in it's short lifetime I will not do business with that owner.

There are many more exchanges out there then just this site. If they want to keep the dead coin listed instead of giving it to a person that has a better plan in play then so be it I can wait for another exchange to see value in us.

So let me get this straight. You can't trade it with BTC but you can trade it with LTC and DOGE. All links to Website, wallets, pools, block explorer will get you to a blank page.

I will not even try to make sense of all this.

It appears that site has given the coin no value in BTC but does give it a value in LTC DODGE and a few other smaller coins. When I first looked at the site I had BTC selected of which BinaryCoin does not even show up on the list. If you change it to ltc it is giving a value of 0.00000200. Then if you select Dodge you they have it listed at 0.10 so yea that coin needs to be removed from their list big time  lol

I understand you perfectly and I give the reason but the reason you can not add another currency with the ticker BIC is that already exists another currency with the same ticker.

c-cex doesn't add cryptonote coins.  Cryptopia does.  I know you don't want to hear this but change the ticker and re-request it at Cryptopia since they already have several cryptonote coins and are able to incorporate them into their exchange.

You should change BIC to BKR.

Just contacted support, they had all info that the coin was cryptonote before listing for voting.

I will get back with the answer.

It is very rare .. I made the request to add the currency for the vote  and the additional information that was clearly put is a CryptoNote currency .. If they do not add CryptoNote coins, why add to vote?

I see also in the voting this currencies -> Dashcoin (DSH) and Infinum-8 (INF8)  both Cryptonote.

Well that would definitely be good if another exchange added cryptonote coins.  Maybe C-cex will take another try at it.  If I remember correctly they tried in the past and were unable to incorporate the protocol into thier framework.  I wouldn't spend any bitcoin for paid votes until you know for certain that they are able to accommodate the cryptonote protocol.  I was able to give one free vote.

Please be aware that BinaryCoin which is very much alive has this same ticker. Please cease and desist using the BIC ticker. It is all documented on our website. Pm if you have any questions.

Edit:
It's already listed on exchanges and it's a 2013 coin

Well no reply from the Dev in regards to the other coin with the same ticker for over 24 hours means I am pausing my mining till there are changes.

Either the Dev is purposely ignoring these claims and leaving us in the dark as to what is going on or he does not care about the claims. Either way the red lights have come on for me and I am not about to waste anymore of my resources until such time the ticker is either changed or there is news as to what is going on behind the scenes.

Yes, I'm purposely ignoring these claims. Because I hate to repeat myself so Fuc$%?& much! What part of (I will not change the ticker) you do not understand?

Bickercoin will be listed on exchanges as BIC. Starting in August. That you like it or not!

Furthermore, all current addresses already start with bicxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx so this is a BIG NO NO.

Cryptopia is the only one with BIC/LTC and BIC/DOGE with a trade volume of less than 50$ in the last 6 months. They want to keep dead coins and I don't care! My ultimate goal for Bikercoin isn't to be listed on Cryptopia or Yobit. They are low volume exchanges. I'm aiming at the major league.

This is not the Whiningcoin this is the Bikercoin. I'm a Biker and I've never back down on anything. So man up AveryWeb and stop Whining. This is simple, you're in or you're out.

NOTE: So before all this turn out like the groundhog day (reliving the same BS over and over again.), DEV will never respond to a Ticker change request.

Happy mining! and Good night the to all of you!

Then you have just restricted yourself to very few exchanges of which is childish and unprofessional. If you think your own exchange is really going to give it the full value then there is a problem in your reasoning.

If you are really a biker then explain how you think BIC stands for biker? lol

If memory serves me correctly there is no C in bike!

But noon the less I have yet to see two stocks on the same market have the same ticker has anyone else?

You have already been shot down by one exchange as the other coin is already listed. You will be shot down by many other exchanges if that other coin has already requested to be added before you so this will be very interesting.

I will man up by all means and quit mining completely. If this coin gains value so be it but it will be an uphill battle. Every other coin out there has no problem using a ticker that is unique from any other coin but you. Yea you are a biker alright let's hope it does not come back an blow up in your face.

Very professional person we have here that will get rude with the people he needs in order to make this coin valuable lmao Good luck to those that continue to mine this volatile coin I really hope we all haven't wasted valuable energy on another dud coin.

C stands the same as Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Peercoin (PPC). I will give you a Hint. It as nothing to do with Bike. Have a good day AveryWeb and move on.

Your pompous attitude will only hurt you. There is another project that has had the ticker for YEARS.
Failure of proper research on your end should not end in your pride overruling common sense.

See you in the takedown petitions.

So the dev is not only a thief and a con man but he is also a coward lol

He first steals a ticker from another coin then lies to us stating that coin is dead. We now find out that old coin is in fact alive and being supported so the coward runs lmao

Safe to say this coin is dead or will soon be dead since the idiot refuses to change the ticker that is being used by another coin but has not problems insulting the people he needs the support from.

Everyone needs to stop mining this crap coin until such time the gimp gets his act in gear and stops trying to steal from other people.

If he thinks moving this thread to his own forum is going to help he really needs to get his head examined.

As it stands right now everyone is wasting their resources mining this coin probably wont be worth anything.

Good luck to those that continue to mine but the chances of this coin getting listed on any decent exchange is remote as long as this coin continues with the BIC ticker.

Will be following this for a little while to see how the other coin progresses on forcing the ticker change or complete shutdown.
