HI @Bonpay

What is your politic regarding french citizens. Are you asking for a full verification ID, with card and adress proof, before delivering the card?
As since the 1st May the french gov. is asking to providers of prepaid card service to request a full verification from french citizens and residants.
Nice website good luck

Hello, @LeGaulois!
I must say, that unfortunately, we have to follow the new French policy. Thus, every resident should be verified. However, we will be pleased to help you with that! Just connect Bonpay representative on our web-site.
Thanks for your question.

When Bonpay is going to open? Or maybe i am blind because i don't find the registration page  ???

Hi!

Our team is working hard to open in one-two months as we aim to provide the high-quality service for our users. However you can already leave an order for a bitcoin card. All you need to do is to leave your e-mail in the subscription box on the front page of our site and you'll be the first to get a free card as soon as we launch.

Thank you. After checking I saw your are based in England (or in UK at least), so I guess all services based in the European Economic Community have no choice to apply to this law. Yesterday I talked a little with Emily about the situation, and Bonpay look perfect for my case and very understanding. I am now waiting for the launch of your service, I subscribed to the email list. I will be very happy

Already subscribed hope to get free plastic card when you will launch your platform.
Going through faq page i have found that you guys will provide mastercard but can't find more detail about your card providers. Is it wave crest holdings, like many other bitcoin debit card providers are using?

I would gladly order one if it is free. Statistically, what countries you have kept allowed to order your Bonpay card?
Moreover, this forum plays a memorabilia role glorifying every bitcoin related business , do you think you should start the signature/video review campaign in future?

Thanks

Information concerning supported countries you can find on our website here: https://bonpay.com/faq/what-is-the-list-of-supported-countries-for-bonpay-plastic-card-issuance-and-delivery/

Hi @Addisonbt!
I must say, that limits and fees are different for each payment solution. For now, those are the card fees. They will be reimbursed in case of reaching certain monthly turnover by user. More information will be a bit later.
Thanks for the question.

Hi!
Wether or not the client has used the card, the monthly fee will be charged. However, if the balance equals 0 and there weren't any card operations made, the fee won't be charged. In case you top up the card, the fee won't be charged for the previous inactive months, but it will be charged starting with the current month and further on.

Thanks for your question.

Hi, Bonpay. I was wondering, how long will my verification last. And how long will it take to ship a card to Canada?

Hi @SimmonenY!

The verification request is usually processed within 7-10 working days. However, in case we face with the high level of new users verification requests, the processing time might be increased. In case you experience a delay, that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with your verification request. Just be patient and check your email box and notifications in your account regularly.

Card shipping time depends on the type of delivery - Standard or Expedited. To countries outside Europe Standard Delivery takes from 2 up to 8 weeks, while Expedited Delivery takes up to 7 days (in some cases it can take up to 10 days).

Thank you for the question!

The card will be free only for the early birds who subscribed to the mailing list. Maybe you should try to subscribe right now if there are still slots open to be able to receive the card free of cost. Never late than never. I hope they will be ready soon, as there are a lot of people waiting to use their service. There are other services similar but a fresh one like BonPay is much needed.

Since Visa Intl acquired Wave Crest Ltd last week I guess this is the reason.
And BonPay, like others, needs to adjust their service accordingly. I hope they will be operational by September. I subscribed to the mailing list and I am in waiting mode as well.
Pretty sure we will see some others change in a near future, from Visa, nothing is surprising ::)

You are totally right regarding Wave Crest Ltd. We are doing our best to fulfill all their conditions.
In addition, we are negotiating with other partners to make our card available to those who are outside EU.

I have a prepaid card issued by Wirecard AG and I top it up on my MisterTango account. You might want to consider this company as your card provider as they claim to be a global leader in prepaid card services.

The card works well. I have used it at ATMs and merchants but I always keep the transactions at an average low. Large amounts might trigger a flag and cause the card to be blocked. I would hate to see that happen.. especially if there is a queue lol. The stares one gets while you look for another card. How can you explain to a supermarket teller you need 2 more confirmations on blockchain before you can use the card again lol.

The cards are issued by MyChoice, and it's currently not available for people outside the European zone... They are working on making the cards available outside Europe. If you are located outside Europe, you are added to the waiting list

Honestly i would love to use this service. However i am not EU based so it's really a hassle.

To my understanding you guys don't require any identification for the cards right? What are the limits on the virtual and physical debit cards? If i'm not EU based would it be possible for me to use your wallet service along with a virtual card without getting a physical card or would that be impossible too?

Also, you guys should consider to switch to another card provider if the answer is no to my above question. You are simply losing out on so much of the market, and most of your competitors are planning on switching to another provider that accepts outside of EU customers.

So far, you can load the card with Bitcoin from your wallet. We are planning to add more cryptocurrencies in the nearest future. We will announce as soon as the new replenishment methods are available.

The minimum amount of the deposit is $10 or €10.

You can deposit via Bonpay in Bitcoin. After it is converted into the set currency, the card is loaded and ready to be used.

You can use our wallet even if you are not EU based. However, in order to use the card, telephone verification is needed. Unfortunately, the virtual unverified card also can't be ordered outside the EU zone yet.
We are running the negotiations with our card issuers aiming to expand the card's coverage.

Are you serious, 10 $/€ is too much?  Who makes deposits of 2€? With 10€/$ you buy cigarettes and it's gone, only 2-3€ left :D
10$/€ is a very low amount for people from Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries. So I wouldn't say it is "bad" as you say, I don't see the problem

I like the site, signing up was easy.
I received the card without any problem (in EU and in euro).

Now I am just not able to load the card, whatever the browser I use, it says I am over the load limit which is not logical as I never loaded the card.

I left a message to support but had no answer to date ...

Let's hope it will go smoothly !

Since wirex seems to not be able to provide users with VCCs anymore which means that essentially you have to give out to them your real address to receive the cards making the whole process not anonymous, are you guys still offering anonymous VCCs after the cutoff date in october?

Just wondering because everyone seems to be jumping ship from wavecrest and no provider is able to provide anonymous VCCs.

If you can then i'm definitely going with you. Lmk what the plan for the future is gunna be.

I received the card with any problem (in EU and in euro).

Hello! We offer our clients virtual debit cards that don't need the full verification, however, these cards are not completely anonymous - you still have to indicate some of your personal information.

So far, regarding issuing and delivering cards we support only the EU zone. The list of supported countries (https://bonpay.com/faq-items/what-is-the-list-of-supported-countries-for-bonpay-plastic-card-issuance-and-delivery/) is on our website.
However, you can use your Bonpay card to withdraw cash at any ATM, make purchases at points of sale or online worldwide, where plastic cards are accepted.
Anyway, we are doing our best to negotiate with our partners in order to scale the coverage.

1. You can top up the card with cryptocurrency, accept and spend crypto through it, make purchases.
2. Due to the DLN system, it is formed in accordance with the most favourable actual rate from several exchanges.
3. 125+ currencies will be available through our service but now the cards are denominated in USD and EUR.

I believe this is the reason why their ANN thread was removed but I guess they can try to appeal for reinstating their thread as they showed the statement regarding that rule.

Hello everybody,

We removed the last update for this campaign.

Bonpay faces the common problem, I guess. They deliver cards to EU countries right now but, as competition is high, I think they'll soon figure something out. Their roadmap says they'll expand to other countries in 2018.

Currently, we provide cards only within EU zone. But we are running negotiation with several partners in order to scale the coverage and become worldwide.

Why Bonpay will find the best solution for spending cryptocurrency as easy as traditional money?

One of the main reasons is our team and advisors.

We are proud to have team of advisors with unique specialty and skill set, who give us support and guidance to provide best services and expertise for our clients.

One of our advisors is Viktor Chkan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/viktorchkan/), who is an expert on payment processing issues, and data security and has unique experience in financial projects, blockchain and cryptocurrency ventures.
Also Velin Vlasev (https://www.linkedin.com/in/velinvlasev/), specialist in launching e-financial services in Europe and USA, became our advisor to help us in providing best card issuing services for our clients.
As we plan to expand our service, in order to fully understand needs of other markets, we invited Eddy Susanto (https://www.linkedin.com/in/eddy-susanto-914b6186/), co-founder of FasaPay, who is Asian market specialist and has deep experience in payment gateways and electronic money transfers.
Dmitry Grushetsky (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dgrushetsky/), CEO of JustForex, fintech and banking expert with 14 years of experience in financial technologies, helps us in improving liquidity to guarantee stable and secure service for our clients.

So, we decided to start Token Sale to raise funds for developing and improving Bonpay service. With the support of committed clients we were able to reach soft cap in just few days. But Token Sale is still continuing and will last until November, 28.

Join now (https://tokensale.bonpay.com/) to be the part of great project!

I know that Bonpay Card Service is not available for the users outside EU.

Why there isn't any withdrawal option for wallet users?
Lets say if I want to use Bonpay wallet and made a deposit then how do I spend/withdraw later?

Hi,

In your website you say that the list of your partners/investors include Bitfinex, Bittrex, Poloniex, Ethereum... but there is no mention to this in your whitepaper. Can you tell us more about this?
Thank you

Hi diogoo,
We have a list of our partners/investors on the website only as with several partners/investors we have already agreed, while with others we still negotiate. We don't want to disclose information about our partners regarding the security. We'll announce all the data later at forums and in our social networks (Slack (https://bonpay.herokuapp.com/), Twitter (https://twitter.com/Bonpay_com), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/bonpaycom), LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company-beta/24782708/), Medium (https://medium.com/@bonpay), Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1djveSDMrExFMgl-XIM8tA), Telegram (https://t.me/BonpayNews), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/bonpay_/)).
Thank you!

So basically you are admiting you have nothing with them, but just negotiating... that's not a partner or investor, so your website is missleading. In a first look i liked your project but now I wonder what else is missleading... not investing in you that's for sure.

Hello,

Yes, you should provide the address for verification to receive plastic card.
Here is the requirements for residential address verification:

Please upload one of the specified documents as a proof of address (POA) in the “Verification” section of your account. The following documents can be used as your POA:

-bank statement;
-utility bill;
-tax return, council tax bill;
-government-issued certificate of residency.

Please note: Driver’s licenses or ID cards will not be accepted as a proof of residential address. The documents submitted as your POA must be issued within the last 3 months and correspond with your name and home address. To reduce the processing time for documents issued in a language other than English, a certified translation is required (preferable).

Hello,

You are welcome to use Bonpay wallet as a general Bitcoin wallet and spend it in services that accept Bitcoin payments. You can also send Bitcoin to other Bonpay wallets absolutely free.
We plan to add more deposit/withdrawal features to our service. Token Sale participants will have the chance to vote for the most demanded features to implement first.

Currently launching Bonpay's cards service for users outside EU is our priority. The official announcement will be made when the contract will be signed.

Can you tell me about the countries which you people allow for to get the plastic and virtual card? I think you are also providing the cards to only the residents of Europe  as nowadays all of the crypto debit cards providers provide only to that area.
If that is only for Europe, then please tell us that we will get benefit if we participate to buy shares?

Looking at Bonpay's FAQ, looks like they will do the same as all other major cards and only accept residents from Europe. From their FAQ:

Quote
The Bonpay prepaid cards issuance and delivery is possible for the limited list of countries. If your country is not listed below we will not be able to issue and deliver Bonpay card to your country.

European economic area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Europe Microstates: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City.

EEA Overseas Territories: Gibraltar, Greenland, Isle of Man, Canary Islands, Madeira, Bailiwick of Jersey, Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Others: Switzerland, Israel, Turkey.

That's expected since they are issued by WaveCrest (the same company as almost every other Bitcoin prepaid card existent). Nothing new to see here...
Quote
The Bonpay card is issued by WaveCrest Holdings Limited. WaveCrest Holdings Limited is a licensed electronic money institution by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission

Currently Bonpay is only available to EU customers.
You are not allowed to create an account with them as they do not accepts Canada.
But Bonpay said that they are working behind to offer their service worldwide. So we all are waiting for that news.

There is no option to send payment from the wallet. There is only one way to spend is through Bonpay Card.
Lets say I have deposited to Bonpay wallet tonight, and tomorrow I want to withdraw back my money. How?

So my question was to know then why do you write that you are offering crypto wallet service. Instead you should only write Bonpay card service.

I see that now you say "we corporate with" instead of partners/investors. It's a bit better but still a bit misleading because as you said you are negotiating and "corporate" implies that you have some kind of agreement. Anyway good luck with your project

Right, currently, we support only EU zone countries. However, it's only the beginning. We are striving to reach worldwide coverage. The full list of countries (https://bonpay.com/faq-items/what-is-the-list-of-supported-countries-for-bonpay-plastic-card-issuance-and-delivery/) you can find on our website.

Regarding benefits, BON token holders will receive an incentive of 0.65% referral commission from each payment made by Bonpay Card owners. Accumulative amount of fees from these transactions will determine reward pool. Bonpay’s goal is to distribute this reward regularly in ETH (or in BON tokens on client’s request) every six months and subsequently, every month. BON tokens do not give their holders ownership in the company but give the right to early access to the newly launched products. Besides, with contribution over 10+ ETH you can get a free card, all the details on free card obtaining are here (https://medium.com/@bonpay/free-cards-for-all-the-token-sale-participants-is-true-c79c2ce818cf).

Yes. It will start by the end of the day for sure. We do our best not to delay and start it the soonest possible. Now there are recent tests so that no one is left without their tokens. As soon as the trade becomes possible there will be an announcement.

Now, after ico ended, we have a lot of things to do in order to live up to the trust of our community. So we are intended step by step implement all the options of our Roadmap in order to make service even more convenient and to expand the coverage. However, we are always open to partnerships and will be glad to cooperate with other projects.

If there are any suggestions everyone is welcome to contact us via pr@bonpay.com

Hello. The competition was announced for the design of the card background. The imposition of the Visa logo is solely an initiative of the participant. We can not guarantee that the winning design will be displayed on the card absolutely identically as it is in the picture, but it will be taken as a basis.

Your Art on the Card voting is over and we are ready to announce the results!

We are grateful for your opinion and interest.
Two card designs showed the greatest interest - №1 and №2
The voters left comments, as well as likes to the images. Number 1 scored more likes, and number 2 - more comments. In order to take into account the objective opinion, it was decided to consider both the likes and the comments (only unique). If a person put a like and commented, then his voice was counted once.

Results:
№1 - 20 votes
№2 - 15 votes
№4 - 3 votes
№5 - 1 vote
№3 - 0 votes

Thank you all for your participation. Congratulations to the winner!

I think its referral commission (reward) for each tokenholder, 0,65% reward pool from card transactions. If I understood this clearly from their whitepaper.

Hi. Yes, we have to admit that there is an issue with funding our card provider balance via wire transfer both USD and EUR. That was caused by the delay due to bank holidays and our team is currently trying to find all transfers which were sent. If you urgently need a refund please contact support and they will try to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apology for this horrible delay, once all transfers appear on bank account we will make an announcement to all our customers.

Hi. Sorry for temporary inconveniences. This issue really occurred regarding the fact that our European card provider Wave Crest Holdings Ltd. received a statement from Visa® on the instant closure of all prepaid Visa® debit card programs accounts.

The Bonpay Card is included in the list of prepaid Visa® debit card programs, so we have to follow this statement as well. We understand that this news is unexpected, however, Wave Crest was unable to provide us or card holders with this information in advance in order to be prepared for such changes.

We have already sent an email to all our users concerning the question and are already doing our best to compensate inconveniences.

Please, look through our Update (https://medium.com/@bonpay/bonpay-update-on-9-january-1858c121076d), where are all details on the situation. Thanks.

Bonpay Update on 9 January
WaveCrest changes, Card accounts, Withdraw option

The latest news concerning card accounts closure, associated with our card issuer conditions changes, doesn’t derail Bonpay Team’s intentions and doesn’t sidetrack from the further development course. However, due to the current circumstances, we are doing our best to compensate all inconveniences and in this view we made an Update.

Assets refund

All assets that trapped in pending operations were completely refunded to our clients.

The list of customers with stuck balances was requested from Wave Crest Holdings Ltd, in order to let these clients use their funds. As soon as we get this list, each client mentioned in it will be mailed individually regarding further steps to be taken.

What about cards?

So far there were a lot of card orders, but in the view of the recent situation cards were either not received by users or unavailable anymore. We value every of our clients and would like everyone to remain with Bonpay. Thus, customers, who have already ordered the Bonpay card but haven’t received it yet or those, who already have one but due to the circumstances can’t use it, will get a new Bonpay card for free.

Bitcoin withdraw option

We appreciate each customer who has chosen us to use Bitcoin. Our aim is to give clients an ability to transfer it to Bonpay card. Owing to the current situation of searching for a new card issuer, we decided to enable our clients withdraw their Bitcoin without further verification.

We are grateful for staying with us and becoming a part of Bonpay community. Every our step and intention are based on thought about our clients.

The next upgrade is on the way. Stay tuned with Bonpay.

What is BON Token and what are its Benefits?

Basically, BON is a utility-based ERC20 Token/Coin currently on the Ethereum Blockchain and is designed to work in Bonpay ecosystem and product line. As far as I know, Visa officially closed the crypto-currency debit cards in all countries except the US. Bonpay is a Russian project, so you have certain problem situations. Have you found an analogue of visa and came to the conclusion how to solve this problem?

Hello. Bonpay is not a Russian project, our office is located in London. We are currently on the final stage of negotiating with card provider, so Bonpay cards will be available in the nearest future.

This is great news, I really like the project and I believe in him. The price of the token fell, unlike the one that was in ICO. maybe it's affected by the lack of necessary marketing. By the way, do you plan to listing on any major exchange?

So you are telling me someone on the globe are ready to go against the whole banking indstrudy, and VISA's rules, just to create plastic for you, - and you dont expect them to loose their license asap?

What is it with you old card suppliers? Why dont you all just tell the truth, instead of every single one of you lieng.
This is over. Just realize it. Stop lieng to your customers, or your company will be screwed without a doubt later on.

If you have not heard about card providers that offer global card solution for cryptocurrency users, it does not mean that such providers do not exist. We cannot disclose their names yet, but there are card providers that offer such options, so Bonpay cards will be available soon.

What happens to Bonpay? Is this project really Scam? for the past 3 months ICO has come to an end, and the price of the token goes to the bottom, all investors suffer heavy losses, the promised cards never reached the users. What's wrong with Bonpay? Have you stopped thinking about investors?

Bonpay Team has never stopped thinking about its investors and clients. Every one of our team appreciates your patience and support. We have to admit that several events have indeed affected somehow the company, however, we have a solution and are on the way to implement it. Token price suffered from the Bitcoin price decline, but we do our best to keep it stable and to encourage its price rise. Plans concerning cards were affected by recent WaveCrest issue, we have found the way out and are on the final stage of negotiating with the new card issuer. So far you can make a card pre-order on our website https://bonpay.com

How are things going with the implementation of the project? On the main page you stated that the wallet works with more than 125 cryptocurrencies. In fact, only bitcoin. And judging by the messages above, doesn't work! You did not want to create PayPal or SpaceX, but a simple exchanger with a bank card.
Something went wrong?   >:(

Most probably you know how difficult it may be to get an invitation code to register there. We have a unique proposal for you to obtain 1 of 15 invitation codes.
It is as easy as pie. You just need:

  • make 2 posts on Twitter on different days from a regular (not fake, or temporary) account about a Bonpay card with a link to https://bonpay.com/card/
  • subscribe to our Telegram channel — https://t.me/bonpay_eng (you probably have already done this)
  • ping us in private @Bonpay with a link to your posts on Twitter

We will check your posts and send invitations to 15 first participants.

Don’t miss the opportunity to start making money there!

Hi! I have to tell you that we were issuing cards until January 2018 when Visa blocked cryptocurrency cards for TenX, Wirex, Bitwala and many more including Bonpay. So your statement that we don't have a working product is not the truth.

Sorry for late reply. We have a working product—Bonpay cryptowallet. Cards are unavailable now, but it is not only Bonpay's problem—as card issuer was suspended, most cryptocurrency services stopped providing cryptocards. It takes us rather a long time to settle partnership with new card provider, as we want to be sure that the previous situation won't happen again. We will start issuing cards in the beginning of this summer.

Do you consider making a virtual card for the time you find new provider? Or does virtual ones require same procedures and deals as physical?

Virtual card is an equivalent of physical, so, as you mentioned, requires the same procedures and agreements with provider. So currently we can't provide clients with virtual cards, but in the nearest future both virtual and physical cards will be available.

A monthly update for April:

One more month has passed. We are pleased to send you a report on the last month as we have lots to share.

Development:

General Bug fixes and Improvements:

  • Completed the fixes in the password change process
  • Fixes for processing confirmation codes when the system requests confirmation in different actions in the Account
  • Finished the improvement of service safety
  • Completed the platform upgrade which started in February 2018

Product and Marketing

This month, a lot of improvements and work has been done on the inner processes and the strategy. We worked hard on the contract with the debit cards issuer and integration with the system. Good news, we are still on track to start issuing cards at the beginning of this summer!

As for marketing, we can’t wait to start implementing the marketing strategy to promote Bonpay service with all the power.

We continue to improve the new Website as well. It slowly becomes more clear and straightforward. We want to do something more than a simple redesign—for example, we will start our company blog in May.

We never forget about listing BON on exchanges. We know it might seem we don’t care, but we want to assure you that this task is in top priority. Our team allocated a lot of time in working with different exchanges and figuring out the requirements. Though, as you can know, this process isn’t that fast as we would like it to be.

The Bonpay legal team had a tough time in April as we are going to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (https://www.eugdpr.org/) (GDPR), which enforces on May, 28. This will lead to registration in Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/) (ICO) in the UK.

Community

Our community asks a lot of questions which help us create the best product. At this issue, we want to announce that we plan to start AMA sessions and answer all of your questions regularly. Stay tuned to learn when we launch the first AMA.

If you have an idea for collaboration — write to us. We are always happy to hear from you.

Stay tuned with Bonpay to get updates!
Thank you for believing in us!

Yes, it should work as with any other VISA Card.
The more precise info about this will be announced closer to the release date.

P.s: I have heard about some issues (with other cards in general) while trying to use IBAN (transfers were not delivered), so be careful. You can look for examples in Google.

We will hold our AMA in our subreddit (/r/Bonpay) on May 30-31 from 11 AM to 3 PM UTC+0 every day. All questions should be posted as replies to the original post.

We are definitely "in the game" and in the final stage of issuing the card. Unfortunately, all the paperwork and getting approvements from Visa take more time than expected, so that's why we don't have any specific ETAs.

Your cards will be directly from Visa or from some provider

hi sir, where can I see the list of countries with which you work and can we receive the card?  thank you.

We can't publish the exact list of countries where Bonpay cards can be ordered because the Cards are not ready yet. Though, EU countries will be supported for sure.

Verification very fast.very good support .
I will like to see some altcoin added to wallet like ltc eth dash
And big plus is that Bonpay took serious new EU privacy policy what i can't say about other crypto services. To do that they have to spend some development time

As it was clearly stated by Pab, our card is still in the process of being available soon.
What about trusting our company, hmm. Actually, we had a working product previously which was very competitive in the market. We have a nice community, responsive support and great team. We always publish updates and report about what was done and what is in our plans.
If you would like to try our service, you can register and use our wallet, so you can see that it's working well.

For any additional information, please, feel free to ask. I am always happy to answer your questions!

I will like to see some altcoin added to wallet like ltc eth dash

It will be done at the nearest future, but most probably after we are ready with cards, as it is our top priority at the moment.

I think the best for you is to sign his waiting list or and open account
Bonpay has updated new eu privacy policy. It is very important because any legitimate provider Visa or MCnot will look that
It is obligatory for all world not only services from Europe

I have just checked linked in profiles of team members, and it looks like nobody is working in Bonpay anymore. Also twitter page is deleted, and all info about the team disappeared from Bonpay website.

Apparently they exit scammed in September 2018.

SEC report (https://www.sec.gov/tcr) anyone ?

Bonpay page is working
There is message on his site from .Dec  17
In the last post we promised you new features — and here they come!

Unfortunately, this will require some downtime. And, unfortunately, you have to remove your money from the Bonpay Wallet during it.

You have until December 21 to do so. Otherwise we might not be able to guarantee the safety of your money.

They are non active here but they had good support service

Bonpay does not send Bitcoins back. They also don't answer to questions. This is going on that way for a while. The information that users should withdraw their money is nonsense. It wasn't possible, and they are always responsible for the money.

Anyone having the same problem?

i am planning to distribute my crypto on different exchanges. Whatcha think?
I think it's not really the topic of discussion here. See title: Bonpay Plastic/Virtual Bitcoin Card
So far I'm concerned Bonpay never delivered any functioning debitcards  or only ones which worked for a short amount of time. Then people were putting some money into their online wallets, but it stopped working and they came up with more and more stalling strategies and excuses.

The lesson from that may of course be to keep ones money in different wallets on- and better offline. If you trust small exchanges more, after reading how it went for the Bonpay's customers, that's your problem.  Whatever, how to do handle these things exactly is not the topic here. There are other threads with loads of information.
