Use ebay listing to advertise or acknowledge another
site selling mining gear, coinsgear did a very similar thing
by the seller saying that they had bought 5 x S9 from coinsgear.com
but could not run them at home because of the noise,
and that all warranty and instructions will be covered by
coinsgear.  

Of course coinsgear is a scam and their website has
already been suspended

Today morning all auctions of asic24_com ebay account (the second account of this guy after the first was banned) disappeared and account seems it was removed. He had a few Antminers being sold there.

Even more proof all of this is scam.

If you had really read all the answers you would have made other conclusions.

Unfortunately scams in the bitcoin world are far too common,
damaging both individuals and Bitcoin itself.

The huge demand and huge prices of miners and the fact that
now most miners are on orders for months in advance before being
delivered to the resellers, gives huge opportunities for unscrupulous
peoples or organisations to scam those looking to purchase miners
of many thousands of dollars, in many cases life savings down the
drain.
 
I am not prepared to just stand aside when I see something that
I believe is fraudulent from happening.

but wont tell us what it is, or give any feedback from all

We know he used someone else's pics for his ebay listing

The Polish address is also shared by a 'Virtual office leasing company'

ebay seems to have removed his listing and contacted those
either bidding or who enquired, over possible fraudulent activity
