I think this is a very promising project. A strong team was selected and very serious startups. It would be more such projects.

Quick question is this a distributed dividend model or another token buyback.
The website and whitepaper seem to hint at both:

"distribution of 25% of the profits and / or dividends"

and then there is this part almost implicating a buyback model:
"Tokens will be issued as a type of debt...... undertakes to use it to redeem the tokens at a market price".

One thing is certain, buybacks are not distributions, nor are they any guarantee of a ROI to holders.
The only thing guaranteed with a buyback, is the project leads getting back their interest free loan with investors profit.

So, what's your exact question, sir? Cause I've seen only your ideas and thoughts here, but no question.

There is no exact harcap, you can check our RoadMap and see all the info there. Probably ICO will be ended in January-February, but as projects will be launched one by one, investors will start receiving some profit after start-ups will generate it. So it can be even after several months after ICO ends.

VentureOn Plans for 2018: own blockchain and Internet bank

Information sheet for interested partners on the plans of the Hypercube Ventures fund in the field of blockchain development. All the items below are approved by the meeting of the founders, strategic partners and accepted for execution by the fund management. Based on this document, a work plan is developed and a staffing table for 2018 is created. 1. Ventureon on his own blockchain.
In the coming year, we will transfer the VNN token to our own blockchain. This step will not in any way worsen the balance and profitability of existing token holders. VNN’s capitalization is realized not by demand on crypto market, but by real business and projects in it. The initial capitalization is expected at the turn of $ 2 billion. Growth in value will occur as capitalization increases. As EXITs projects, their share in the capitalization will be replaced by real financial assets and the turnover will receive the next share of coins to finance the following projects.
