The main purpose of the project is: I think it will be possible to buy and sell emtia with btc as far as I understand. but I do not see which emtia they support, I think I should look at the whitepaper in it. Maker/taker fees offer a transaction rebate in the form of lower/no commissions to those who provide liquidity on the exchange (the market makers). The chief aim of maker/taker fees is to stimulate trading activity within the exchange.

In simple terms, if you place a limit order to buy at a price lower or  sell at a price higher than the current market rate of an asset, you can expect to pay lower/no fees compared to someone that just places a market order and immediately buys/sells at the current available rates.

I think the main purpose of the project is to be able to buy and sell commodities with btc and there will be users. But I couldn’t see which commodities they will support.  For that we should look into wp, I think. When I was playing with forex in a time, I was making process with commodities. Especially I won at Brent oil but I’ve lost more. I will analyze the project deeply.

The Globitex GBX Token Sale officially launches on February 10, 2018 at 17:00 UTC.

Participation: Sign up at www.globitexico.com on February 10 at 17:00 UTC and follow the step-by-step guide under the “How To Contribute to the Globitex GBX Token Sale” section below. There is no whitelist or KYC in advance.

Wallets: You will need a wallet service or an application where you and only you hold the private keys. Private keys are needed to correctly interact with smart contract functions, such as transferring tokens. Your Wallet must support the Ethereum EIP20 (formerly known as ERC-20) token standard in order to receive Globitex GBX Tokens. It must be a non-exchange wallet.

Browsers: There are no restrictions on browsers during the token sale.

As the ICO concluded and the token will be distributed to holders maybe you'll consider changing the ticker as GBX is taken by GoByte, this will cause a lot of confusion and the exchanges will not accept it.

Also you have too many new coins, tokens. Big exchanges is very difficult to list new currencies even if they have large community befind itself. New exchange is always welcome especially for new projects

And the support from the project is very good, because to its sale of tokens, GBX was able to attract very large investors!

I was registered at this exchange, very quickly KYC also went without problems. I will tell you very interestingly, the clear and convenient interface. Only steam so far only three. And I do not see GBX there yet, probably still this coin was not added to the auction.

Last announcement on the telegram (today's pinned post) is saying that the delay is due to the KYC procedure. Tokens are finally distributed. However, locked atm and not transferable which means de facto that they are un-buyable/un-sellable. The steps are made, though. Here is the quoted message received via e-mail:

"Please note that due to a pending technical issue with MyEtherWallet provider, involving decimal unit display, the transactions are disabled for the GBX token. This means, temporarily, you cannot send the tokens to other ethereum addresses, or receive tokens from other token holders. We are presently waiting for the issue to be cleared on the MEW team’s part. Once the latest update is pushed out, estimated on Monday 9 Apr 2018, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

Meanwhile, you can see your tokens without any issue on all other wallets, except MEW. If your tokens are not loading automatically, please find attached an explanation how to add the GBX tokens to your wallet manually. "

I like this project. Everything is designed perfectly, efficiently compiled by  WP. If the team fulfills all the goals set for themselves, then surely the project will be successful.

It's always good to have some cash left over to then buy coins at better prices. If you commit everything you have at once you can't really react to the market.

There is a burning mechanism for the token supply, so the token price can appreciate even if the value of the tokens as a whole do not increase. I am really like when projects implementing such way of improving token value.

There are no plans to list GBX on any other exchanges, itll only be used on their own exchange.

Considering Globitex is a European exchange im sure the first GBX pair if any will be GBX-EUR or GBX_BTC and not USD. That is assuming it is not just used for trading commissions which hasnt been confirmed or denied.

As far as I understand, the team will not add their tokens GBX to the centralized crypto exchange. GBX will be exchanged only on its own Globitex exchange and on the decentralized exchanges by the holders.

This project is a big disappointment. I am not sure if it was moneygrabing from the begining but it certainly looks so now. The competition is progressing really fast, while globitex is just declining without any product development. I am glad that I haven't invested very much, but now that I think about it, the first ICO page looked a bit scammy...

However now, after most of the team left, the future of Globitex is very uncertain. They do not have the team to accomplish the first plan...

it is still early to say whether the product has failed or not. development and the truth is not visible but you can give them a few more months to show what they can. if they remain at this point then yes it will be possible to say that this is a failure and the investment was in a team that did not deserve it from the very beginning.

I agree that it is early and hopefully they surprise me. I have however invested also in other (competitive) projects at the same time. And these exchanges are either in the beta testing or going now live (tokens.net, Blockport...) - their development can be seen. The competition is fierce and half a year is a lot in crypto.

Globitex already has an exchange (luckily), which they had even before the ICO. However nothing (or not much) positive has happened afterwards. We are in a standstill position which can be devastating, especially in crypto world.
