Perhaps, you are right. The word bounty looks better for signature and all this similar promotion giveaways.
But ... buyer's of Passive Coin (or any other coin/token) support the project with their own money.
In my opinion, rewarding buyers is much more important and the best way to say "thank you" for trust and support they really give to the project.
It's really secondary matter, if the word "Bounty" do not match in this particular case.

I gave this small project a chance and i hope it will grow slowly. Its a first step. I wish u the best.

Indeed, we do not offer traditional bounties, as seen in many threads around.
However, we gave away thousands of free coins to buyer's (previous initial sale rounds) and still give away.

We are small project with 500K issuance and around max 300K in real circulation.
All proceeds from initial sale is collected into diversified backing fund, in order to leverage the future price of Passive Coin.

Firstly, no need for any road-map. Passive is simply model, we issued low supply coin, sold some Passive - collecting other crypto and form growing & diversified backing fund, that will help leverage Passive price long-term.
Do this model need any road-map?

Passive project do not have any soft-cap or hard-cap. But for your information:
- We sold enough of coins in early initial rounds to push forward and list Passive on exchange in December (or around). Next year, we aim to list Passive on well-developed decentralized exchange, like CryptoBridge, altcoin.io or EDEX. We will see which exchange is the most encouraged by users. But, for sure, we are not going to list on EtherDelta.
- All unsold coins from initial sale rounds (especially from  rounds @18cents and @20cents) will be sold later on in small transactions (after listing on the exchange) or offered via private placement with 10% discount to market price.
- Around 100K to 190K of Passive will be held as in-house investment, inside the project. (owned by project). We will use this coins to boost Backing Fund and to boost any future projects under Passive brand umbrella. We could also use this coins for swaps with other good outside projects, to gain promising coins/tokens into our backing fund.

The total supply of only 500,000 dollars with the sale price ico so great.
But buying a coin via Facebook, Twitter is a pretty awkward thing for me.
If it is possible to sell direct coins on the web then it is much better.

Yes, initial total fixed supply is 500,000 coins.
Owner (me) own 60K, but I have locked 50K out of circulation for a year.
Another 100 to 190K will stay as in-house investment.

So, real circulation will be somewhere between 200K to 300K coins.
But, for sure never more than 350K in real circulation.

We are small project, no need to big hyip or making unnecessary buzz for ICO or similar "unhealthy" schemes.
I can also sell via PM here, at Bitcointalk, as well.
It's small project, I can do sale manually and not be afraid of hacking or sale address manipulation, as happened on some ICOs.

Anyway, slowly, calmy going forward. Step by step to success! :)

I decided to buy some Passivecoin tokens to help support this little project which I believe has a great long term future ahead of it. The dev is doing a great job buying long term cryptocurrencies for the backing fund which will only help boost Passivecoin in the long term future. With the low supply and backing fund backing the token, this is sure to be a big winner once we see Passivecoin on exchanges, which hopefully won't be too far away. Keep up the good work dev!

We jumped into "higher territories" with prices 18cents and 20cents per coin and I understand some crypto-enthusiasts seems new coin, too expensive.
That's alright. All unsold coins from last rounds will be slowly sold via exchange or via private placement with 10% discount to market price.

Passive Coin topic is not the most crowded topic on Bitcointalk forum.
Simply, people are rushing to grab all this airdrops and bounty, they have no time to think long-term.
Then, I can see dozens of useless coins in many ETH wallets, received from this airdops - which is really funny, this coins gonna stay there forever.  ;D

When comes to good long-term projects, crypto-lovers do not care to stop and think this way.
... and people spend a lot of Ethereum buying into this expensive ICOs issued in hundreds of millions tokens that we could buy usually cheaper, after exchange listing.

I know, I know, we do not offer airdrops and fat bounty schemes.
Indeed, low supply coin is well-priced after some time. But, the beginnings of such projects are expensive and time consuming. You simply, cannot build viable long-term project based on free airdrops and expensive bounty schemes.

To build quality low-supply coin backed by diversified portfolio, we need time and sale proceeds from Passive ... and some time to get all this stuff done, right way.

i think you need to update the backing fund values because they all wrong. Litecoin not $70 now and Bitcoin over $19,000. All other values for coins wrong to so can you please fix this. i wait for passive coin to be on better exchange because i never use this stocks exchange, crypto bridge exchange is good so i wait for that one.

As for underestimated valuations at our Backing Fund, we do it intentionally. As we update fund only once a week and due to crypto-prices volatility, I prefer to use lower price levels in our reserves.
A lot of people reported this situation at social media so, I decided to add this information at our Backing Fund page, placed under chart.

The progress of passive coin is slow but unlike other coin, this project is slowly gaining the trust of its loyal supporters.
Very low supply. So if the dev doesn't stop developing and improving his coin, then, it will grow to something of value.
I thought at first, it's promising passive income using passive coin. Promising such kind of income is a not good for a project.

We update Backing Fund on every Monday. Passive name mean a little bit passive approach. Easy-going fund/reserves without any aggressive day-trading, nor collecting airddrops, and usually not participating in ICOs. There are some exceptions, if I see value, sensible product or service that back particular coin/token.
No rush.
Passive is not a coin for traders looking for swift short-term gains. Seems Passive is boring & slow going long-term project. LoL  ;D

Have bought some coins at early November, like Dash, Zcash, Monero and more NEO, before valuations swing up. I used money collected from Passive Coin initial sale rounds. Still, not all coins are added to the backing fund. We like this slow grow for Passive Backing Fund. It could be really boring to add everything at once. :)

Some coins, like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, EOS (still not added) etc. we got directly from Passive Coin initial sale rounds buyers ... so, there was no need to buy them at exchange.

We will keep hunting for good coins to our backing fund but, this not mean every week new coin in fund.
I have another good candidate to add for "Promising Coins Section" - need to research more.

Yes, we are slow and boring project!  ;D 
I really hate implementing hyip and fake propaganda. Instead, I prefer slow approach and showing just facts, moving forward step by step. No rush.
You can see it under Passive Coin name on our website: "Long-term value". Passive is for people that value long-term holding and patience. All others, looking for adrenaline, go to e.g. Bittrex, a lot of pump, dump, abandon schemes there, every-day.

Why should I stop developing? I am programmer so project is cost-effective, need to pay for domain, hosting for website and the most expensive part are listing fees at exchanges. No need to run fake ICO to collect money, in order to pay salaries for big team. I do this project in my spare time, slow (yes) but it works and going forward.

The last question: Passive is not a security. We cannot promise any dividends, buy-backs, interest, or anything similar found in traditional investments. Of course, I can use backing fund to buy-back some coins from market (in the future) or to use Passive as collateral in other projects ... but, we cannot promise it officially.

I say let them dump dev as we want people that support Passive coin for the long term which is what this project is all about. Good to see you buying back from the people who are dumping their tokens and that we won't see these tokens in circulation again. This lowers the supply making the token more rare in the future. We has second Buy-Back event where another 1000 coins was taken out of circulation.
Someone dumped his whole stake of 3060 Passive Coins and did it hard-core way, dumping the market almost to the bone. Perhaps he/she was in hurry to get money from transaction.
However, this person could easily realize better prices in his transaction, by selling in smaller parts, in time.

You are right Vella85, weak hands will slowly sell and we welcome long-term holders.
Patience and long-term approach makes miracles.

I'm very happy to see this dev as I was waiting for Blockfolio to add PAS but I don't think they will anytime soon so I'm glad that GetDelta added it. The backing fund is looking good each week as you have added some very good coins to it recently with DNR, XLR, IC and even XMR. All of which I think have good solid long term futures. I do think that we need another exchange though soon as people don't really like Stocksexchange all that much so hopefully it won't be long for another exchange which will also help with volume and then a CMC listing which is vital for any coin/token as it gives exposure to people looking for new projects like Passivecoin.

I agree may try Bridge and see what you have to do to get an add on it, but overall its a very promising project in its infancy that I plan to own a few thousand shares too myself!

The dev has already contacted CryptoBridge and they need to first add Ethereum and Ethereum based tokens first and then I think we will see Passivecoin listed on there. CryptoBirdge is getting a lot more coins listed weekly so I'm really hoping that soon they will start with Eth based tokens and then we can see PAS listed. I think this exchange would be great for PAS.

You know I completely forgot that bridge did not support ETH yet! Hopefully thats coming soon I would like to see it on there, tbh I have just a few more coins that need to be added then I'll probably make the switch to DEX FT!

I'm not too sure about staking pools though as its hard to trust in them even though they look good. You might be better off trying to stake or set up a masternode yourself then using these pools.

I was thinking that maybe in the future that PAS could pay people holding Passivecoin dividends? I think this will create a lot of interest in the token.

Yeah ... it's always a matter of trust when comes to staking pools.
But, it's hard to start own masternode as it cost too much to start it now.

Passive Coin is not a security. We do not pay dividends, %% interest or similar schemes.
It's really very risky from legal point of view.
I would like to run Passive Coin for years to come and we cannot plan the future.
You cannot imagine any legal framework that will come to crypto-currencies (if any).

I think, it's more safe and technically more easier way to conduct "unexpected" buy-backs.
Buy-backs are proved way to boost the value of asset ... in this case, to boost Passive Coin (PAS) long-term valuation. :)

I understand my friend when it comes to dividends, well I think you have a good plan in place for Passivecoin with this buy backs as like you said it should provide a boost to the token and value over the long term. I know that masternodes cost a lot now days but still I wouldn't trust any pool to stake your coins.

Yes, I think EOS is a great coin and found it's place in PAS Backing Fund.
Never-ending diversification could bring in great results, long-term.

I will also look for some minning and staking income, in the coming months.

I can recommend a couple staking coins that seem to be doing well and holding firm with long term potential. The coins are DMD a little expensive but has a solid team with a solid long term plan perfect for Passivecoin. The other is MOIN which is similar to DMD with long term goals and is a lot cheaper then DMD with the staking reward around 1.5 MOIN per stake so its similar to Ignition coin. Both coins can provide a steady long term income for the Passivecoin backing fund. Let me know what you think of them?

I have seen the addition of Diversity Fund to the backing fund.
That is also a worthy addition for PAS. It will surely make some extra benefit to all the PAS holders.
I am also happy to see your intention to add some mining and stacking income to boost the power of Passive Coin.

I have also seen some recommendation from vella85 who is so good crypto annalist and a well wisher of PAS.
I also mentioned about a Waves based token, Cryptowave (CWV) which is officially verified by wavesplatform. It's also POS4all enabled token. Which gives a regular interest for holding it on the wavesplatform wallet and it's a benefit for staking. Which is much better than mining; as mining requires a hardware involvement. I am also working as a country rep. on that site. I highly recommend Cryptowave as a addition to the backing fund of PAS; which might also bring some long-term benefit for the PAS holders.

With this buy back of PAS, will you be doing this once a month or something like that? I know it won't be all the time as the price will eventually start to rise which may make it harder to buy back PAS. I'm not sure why people are dumping their PAS at this stage as PAS has a long way to go and we are starting to see the potential this token has to offer as the weeks go by. The backing fund has taken a little hit but all the coins/tokens in the fund are great long term projects so I expect them to all do well in the long term.

The more buy backs, the more increase in PAS price. We long-term holders gonna take the benefit at the end. We will sell 1 PAS after 1 year. Calculate what's gonna happen. Good work BG! :)

Well, Passive Coin is not a security. We cannot promise any buy-backs.
.... but, when there is dump or sell-off activity, our project's buy orders are executed and this way we can do some buy-backs easy and cheap way. Soon, I will set-up special inner page at passivecoin.org to show up summary and list all previous buy-backs.
If there will be any profits from growing backing fund, I will use some to do unexpected buy-backs. (at least once in a month).
I think buy-backs (especially for low supply coin) is a great way to boost PAS value long-term, despite short- or medium- dips.

People are impatience nowadays. When e.g. Litecoin was around $4 or lower for years, no one complained. LoL
But, the bullish crypto-markets from last year, has incresed crypto-traders demand for quick profits. Now, they expect swift swings on the markets and looking for quick profits. New times has arrived!

I really hope this this buy back strategy works in the long term. It could be time to get some marketing happening for Passivecoin and get the word out there so people know about this project. Right now I don't think many people even know about PAS, maybe then we would see a lot more volume on the exchange which brings me to my next point and that is another exchange. I think PAS needs another exchange as people don't really like Stocksexchange and they have been caught doing some things when it comes to PoS coins so many people will stop using them which has happened already. I know this is a long term project however we need another exchange and really need PAS to be listed on CMC.

Passive is niche project and will never become so popular like some other coins. We do not offer staking, do not offer masternodes, do not offer big volume on big expensive exchanges, etc. etc. Passive also do not have team (nor budget) that could promote project 24h a day. But, we are still alive and kicking ... and going forward slowly.

No exchange is perfect and stocks gave us favourable listing fees, adequate to our budget .... so, we could not gone into bankrupt!  ;D

As you advocated for more Passive exchange's listings, I managed to add PAS to IDEX decentralized exchange, where PAS-ETH pair is available. No one is trading there. I do not think that there is any sense to add PAS to a lot of exchanges. We will see simply not any volume there.

Managed to get Passive listed on World Coin Index and trying my best to list coin on a lot of websites. However, Passive has no team to help me, and doing everything alone mean slow progress. But, I am here and do not giving up, kicking project forward, with small steps. Long-term approach, for years.

It seems more and more people are selling their PAS which is a shame as I do believe this token has a good long term future. Maybe they are panicking as everything is going down and has been since mid January. Well a positive thing is that more PAS is being taken out of circulation making the supply less which in the future can make the token rare and hard to come by and hopefully gain some value.

Nice work dev. Soon people is going to discover a power of buy backs and all holders who sold their PAS will be sorry. This project of yours is much better than most of the similar tokens on the market because of buy back which makes PAS price stable and by removing them from circulation you are making long term growth. This might come across hard however I really think it is time for PAS to try and get listed on another exchange. StocksExchange is not a very popular exchange and hardly anyone uses it as there have been some negative things said about them when it comes to staking coins. To be honest I think it is time now to try and get on a well known exchange. I know CryptoBridge is almost ready to add eth tokens so that could be an option however the listing fee is now a lot higher then before.

Agreed with this, no offense to the team but ForkDelta is not exactly user friendly with trading. I like the idea of a fund with buybacks and limited supply but it definitely needs more exposer and maybe at least one centralized exchange. Bridge will be a good add after that I look forward to watching the price rise!

well, we trade some time with stocks.exchange, but due too not big volume ,PAS was delisted already.So far i didnt try to trade PAS on Forkdelta ,coz i agree that this exchange is not user friendly. Scenario i afraided since beginning  just happened, ppl just dont know much abt this coin , so there is not much trade actually. Everything looks pretty good , but we need to make PAS more popular , its not easy i guess, as its one -man team.Im holding bunch of PAS ,maybe better times come .Time will show.

That's good to hear as it was like a ghost town in here. Any plans on getting PAS listed on another exchange? Maybe Crex24 is a good exchange to list PAS on and I believe its reasonable listing fee, instead of buy backs maybe it would be better spent on another exchange as then PAS could gain more exposure and volume with a better exchange.

Hmm, with the way CMC is now days it could take a very long time for PAS to be listed on there. They want to see a cryptocurrency listed on at least two exchanges first before listing and I believe there is some other requirements now that they need before listing.
