What is minimum size of ETHs to invest in STAMPS Pre-ICO stage? What Exchanges will list STAMPS tokens?

The dividend payments will be determined on-chain and paid on-chain? Or are you acting as a kind of external accounting service taking care of all payments and stuff?

Dividends will be paid out in BTC. Within our stamps wallet, users will be able to enter their BTC address. Access to proper tax documents will be available in the wallet as well in the event a business requires this before paying out. There will be terms set fourth by the company when they have their Stamp Release that will dictate the amounts. This will all be made public in the contracts which will be provided between the business and their equity token holders. These contracts will be made available in our wallet and on our Stamps Market Cap site.


Prior to having a Blue Stamp  Release, we will hire an independent 3rd part to review the business's financial statements. While we can not guarantee them to be 100% accurate we will provide the results of the audit to our Stamp Holders.  Every Blue Stamp Release will include a contract between the Equity Token issuer and their holders. This will outline the rights of the holder, audit enforcement, equity representation of each token, and other legally binding terms and conditions.

How much is soferox involved in the platform.
I mean you too are itself a platform for tokens and soferox is too a similar thing.
I don't know but the designs are too matching.

can you explain what soferox blockchain is ? it's not base on ethereum blockchain and an total new chain?

Soferox is a new blockchain tool yes. We are not based on any others as that would defeat the purpose. Our chain allows users to set rules for their own chain and does not restrict them to just the rules of the developers. We achieve this by the utilizing of our twin-chain technology. We aren't really like others as this is the first chain to allow people to create their own blockchain and dictate the rules for it.

KryptoKash was correct. Stamps is a platform with a specific purpose in mind. Soferox is a blockchain, or a tool, that can be used in a variety of ways. One of those ways is in an ICO, which is why stamps is using us. After their ICO their transactions will exist in our blockchain, but they control the rules of that chain.

Based from the roadmap, STAMPS platform has a long journey to embark in crypto.
But at least it's not the same as e-tokens that are short-lived and created in a very short period of time.
Need to know more about soferox blockchain. I haven't encountered yet on how they handle ICOs.

Blue Stamps Releases will always have an enforceable contract between the business and the equity token holders. Pink Stamp Releases require no approval or interaction on our part. Regardless of the release type, we will not control users funds. I've been on the Soferox Telegram channel since they had their ICO, and that's where I saw this announcement posted. This will be their first ICO on their new blockchain.

Please kindly remove this posts. This thread doesn't have any relation to the signature campaign, but the Tokens itself. I quoted this for reference to prevent someone keeps posting about the signature campaign.

Just my humble opinion, but when you see so many countries announcing that they will regulate ICOs that offer securities (and I am not talking about the US only), it is kind of hard to decide to invest in an ICO like yours. Granted, ICOs are risky investments no matter what, but this one seems to be very risky due to its nature.

This is exactly why we need Stamps. As ICOs become more regulated we hope to see companies launch a Stamp Release instead of an ICO. Stamp Releases can be an alternative to the ICO. The problem with ICOs is the risk to the investor. Countries are trying to prevent their citizens from being frauded. With Stamps, the power is in the investors hands from the start. Stamps will not be collecting ETH addresses. We are not an ETH token. We are a coin on the Soferox blockchain.

Within the Stamps wallet, there will be a place where you can enter the BTC address where you want to receive your dividend payments. Businesses will have a dashboard where they can go to process these payments. Paying dividends will be fast and easy for them using their Stamps Platform dashboard.

Hmm seems interesting but how does the dividend system work? Is it like Ark where you have votes to a particular "company" of sorts and you get dividends based on the amount you have or is it like proof of Stake where you get coins for staking your existing coins?

I am currently working with this one, I hope that your ICO will be a success. It will be a good platform to use when you have different kinds of Cryptocurrencies.
It will be easier for traders to exchange their cryptocurrencies to different coins. In the future, this will be a big company.

May I know if the equity token holders came from big investors?
Having the voting right is pretty unique as they can choose whom to elect as board members. But I am very confuse if what are the requirements to become a token holders.

Such a nice and promising poject to keep an eye with. I know that a lot of investors are going to jump into the Stamp project because of it's ideas and also comes with it's own wallet very convenient. What I like about the project is it's management tools are promising that pays dividend into Bitcoin, voting rights, stake increase and aquisation.

When a Blue Stamp Release takes place a legal agreement will be made available that will outline all terms and restrictions of their equity tokens. Within this agreement, the business will outline their plan for dividend payouts to their equity token holders. When and if dividends payments begin they will be in the form of bitcoin payments. Our ICO is not open to the USA.


The only airdrops that will take place will be during our Stamp Releases. All STAMP holders will get equity tokens airdropped to them. How many equity tokens you get is directly related to how many STAMP coins your wallet has.

If you want to own equity tokens all you have to do is join our ICO and hold your STAMP coins.

Within our wallet, there will also be a place for you to enter your tax information. While this is not mandatory some companies might require it in order to pay dividends. If you are holding equity tokens we recommend that you fill it out.

Dividend payments will be in bitcoin. Any STAMP holder who decides they want more STAMP coins can transfer the BTC to an exchange and purchase more STAMP coins.  :)

I read that you will launch your services on the soferox platform. How are you sure to do so if the soferox platform is not ready yet. Would you be able to meet the set deadline even if the launch of the platform is beyond your control (perhaps Aaron might give a thorough answer on this)?

Good to see you over here and asking great questions. Let me try and shed some light on this.

The Soferox platform is not ready for public use, this is correct, however, I have worked with Manuel and his team to get them up and running on our private nodes and chain as they are the first team to adopt our blockchain and will be using it. Obviously since they are the first I am more than willing to work with them. So they are using a private node of Soferox at the moment. Once everything goes live all those transactions will be merged and everyone will be operating on the same chain.

Now, why did we do this? We decided to do this as it allows us to see our chain being used in a real world scenario, and allows us to program it just for that. We wanted some real world data to plug into our platform to really make it just right, so once we do open to the public, we already know how it can be used. Manuel is a really smart guy and we really enjoy working with him and Stamps is a great idea too (Not just saying that either).

So stamps deadlines are farther out then ours, and seeing as we know our chain works, this was something we already knew, our ICO was to build the platform for large scale use and the building of an SDK and API, so do not fear about timelines as those are something that were very carefully calculated and given the correct amount of room for everything to work harmoniously. Manuel and Stamps can run on the private node for as long as it needs to allowing them to opperate as normal even if something happend to Soferox development. We took all steps to insure that should something happen Stamps will continue to function and be able to run their company even if Soferox has setbacks, however, we are confident this won't happen.

The STAMP wallet will only be for STAMP coins and Equity tokens. You can not hold nor receive other currencies in it. As for our timeline, we set those dates to avoid any extensions. If you hold STAMP coins on the soferox wallet you will not be able to access your equity tokens until you load your private key into the STAMP wallet.

This response also clear my doubts and I also asked the CEO of Soferox regarding on the Stamps project since some member of the team are now part of Stamps project. Well this was actually a good partnership between the two projects so no doubt everythings gonna be alright.

It will be nice if they will have an update on this one in the future. Having other options for payment will attract more people to advertise in their campaign. I hope it is not too late for that.

This is quite interesting because within specific parameters, the more STAMP tokens a user holds, the greater a share of distributions he or she will receive. Organizations have the option of issuing equity tokens on certain promotional terms, to certain users of the Stamps platform.

I mostly stake my Tokens/Coins in my exchange service. Will this be also possible with Stamp? This will be great then we can do trading in the exchange platform and on the other hand stake our Stamps in the exchange without moving the Coins anywhere and also do not need to pay the transaction fees...

At this moment I believe your stamps token can only stay in your stamps wallet. I believe by Dec 2018 you will be able to trade your token to its own marketplace according to the website.

Mexico is part of America and I think they have strict rules regarding ICO's. I only know projects outside of the US maybe because of it's law not favorable to coin offerings. Anyways, Stamp partnered with Soferox is a great project. I also hope that the platform is mobile friendly.

Cool project that really gives an option on there equity tokens having two forms of equity tokens that may be issued through the Stamps platform. Also, by having there stamp tokens could be directly on there own stamps wallet that will provide access to all equity tokens in detailed form while summarizing portfolio data in a clear, easy to read format.

I doubt that under US law the name of the last name and email is sufficient. Last time the exchanges are engaged in strong verification.

I'm sure devs have plan to do that but they are more focusing in the improvements of the project - to gain more investors, to promote in the society, to fulfill the road map and to be known wold wide.

During a stamp release equity tokens are gifted to our STAMP coin holders. The more STAMP coins your wallet holds the more equity tokens it will be gifted. It is up to them to research the company and decide what value it holds. STAMP holders can then choose to hold, sell, or buy more on the open market. STAMP holders are the ones responsible for setting the price on the open market for each stamp release.

An ATM card is not in our plans right now, however, we might add one as we progress (after launch) if it is something our community wants.


We have been asked this a few times, the main reason is that BTC is the easiest crypto to obtain. Businesses main job is to generate profits not having to learn to buy/sell ALT coins. With our model businesses can simply buy BTC from easy to use sources, transfer it to their dashboard on the Stamps Platform and issue their dividend payments to their holders.

While reading abount the two types of stamps you are offering "Blue vs Pink stamps" , I can see that all what your platform stand of is provided in the blue stamp .Why would you offer the pink stamp then ? and are people going for them ?

Yeah most US exchanges ask for more documentation including address, ID, etc. Just name isnt going to be enough

 Stamp is a unique coin different from any other altcoin that are based on ethereum, for it is a coin in a sorefox blockchain. Does it mean we cannot use any other wallets for this except for Stamp wallet?

That's me, too, is interested in this issue. How will the problem with the wallets be solved? Will a mobile wallet be made? I and most of my friends rarely use a computer.
We will be more convenient to use the mobile application and wallet.

Great idea for most people! It is very difficult to be a trader. Trading is hard work that takes a lot of time. I think many people want not only to have bitcoins but also to receive dividends.

An interesting idea is to have tokens and have shares of other companies but if they fall in price? It turns out that the token holder will receive losses?

Yeah, btc is widely known now and a lot of people are using it. Anyway aside from btc maybe stamps should include well-known altcoins. Because of the price of btc now I think some people can't afford to buy large amount of btc.

I also thought what would happen if bitcoin would cost a lot of millions? How then to invest? Most people have small amounts.

I also like the design of the wallet and want to try how it works. The developer did not answer what kind of a coin?

That's unfortunate :( .But i don't think will effect the project in any badways ,this only mean you guys could raise more and i hope the ethereum problem get fixed sooner.

In case you don't know, there is no translation bounty for this project. They have Signature Campaign, Content Writer, Facebook and Twitter Campaign in the past *CMIIW*. Currently, there's no bounty, they said they will start the campaign again 2-1 weeks before the PRE-ICO begins.
