Yes indeed the campaign held by julerz12 is very good he seems to select which projects are good for promotion and this uses escrow services so it is safe and will be paid always on time.

I have a different experience while participating in a bounty managed by julerz12 / julerz12 team (Traxion). In their bounty group, there are a lot of questions asked by different members but has not been responded for 2-3 days to the point that I leave the group and the campaign too. Signature campaign stakes update also got delayed for a few days. I don't know if this is how they usually managed their campaign or not, but that's how I've experienced it.

Nonetheless, julerz12 is still one of the campaign managers in this forum that has managed a lot of successful bounty campaign.

I'd highly recommend Julerz as being a campaign manager. One of the best campaign managers out there! Julerz was very professional for the entirety of the Bookie.pro campaign I participated in. He kept the spreadsheet organized very well, and even gave courtesy PMs to those that haven't met the post requirement yet for that week. He always updated the spreadsheet a few days before the weekly deadline, so we could see where we were standing that week in terms of posts. Julerz also always clearly posted on the campaign thread to let the participants know that the week was over, and marked the start of the next week. Always turned in the spreadsheet on time and we were always paid promptly. Julerz only selected high-quality posters for his campaign as well.

I highly recommend Julerz as a campaign manager in the future!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Julerz on one or two occasions and i must say he is one of the cool and level headed bounty manager we have around lately,
Julerz is very dedicated to his work because of the way he can easily and promptly respond to several questions ask by participant, both the most annoying kind of questions, he will still respond with such level of coolness ;),
Some bounty managers treat hunters like trash and with total disregard, but Julerz treat hunters with such respect regardless and this is one of the reason i like working with him :D,
And again, he his prompt to update sheets which is one of the major problem of some managers, another reason i like working with Julerz ;D

Julerz12 is a very proactive manager, knows his job. He is well organized.

He is rounding off with codex signature campaign (today) which I'm part of. Therefore, I can attest that he has a good managerial skill.

He is one of the best managers I have worked with here. Always would like to work with him anytime.

Not sure if this is the right place to leave a suggestion but i would love to make a small suggestion about the announcement of open spots in your campaigns.
I kind of feel you should make the application process a little open for more hours, at least around 24 hours to cater for people who are in the different time zones from yours so that you peak the best posters.

Personally if I were to not under any campaign and were to apply for yours, I don't think I would stand a chance because I have never got your campaign open, probably due to the time zone differences :D

julerz12 is a very good bonus campaign manager. I followed his projects management and the work he did was very good. I don't think Jamal disappeared. It's just that he is confined to the bounty section and I guess it's because of the numerous red trust entrusted on him by some DT Members which can last a hungry shark for months. Well, I hope he becomes active once again.

Back in the day when jamal is still active, I made a trade with him for my BitcoinWhite coins.
Even with his red trust at that time, I chose to trust him and proceeded on sending him the coins first.
It was a good trade. I received the payment. The transaction went smooth without any problem.
We can freely choose who we trust in this forum, regardless of what other people may say. It's a leap of faith.

You take the time of your life to check and update the spreadsheet .
All projects that I join when you're a manager are updated quickly every week.
That is the basis for hunters participating in the campaign. (nobody wants to join the project when they haven't updated the spreadsheet every month)
Do you have telegram team announcing the campaigns you manage ....
Or more simply a page of campaign management updates ?
If not, every time you manage a new campaign (please send me a message to me) I will join.

"All" is an exaggeration :D Only two is currently paused; VFarm and VisionBanker. Both VFarm and VisionBanker is managed by the same marketing team who hired me. For VisionBanker, the progress of it's bounty campaign is slow with just a couple of participants. Discussions about adding various social media campaigns are currently on the table, but in order to run that, they would need a social media manager (which they currently don't have) for that reason, the marketing team decided to pause it until everything is set. As for VFarm, their ICO is currently on hold. The team is focusing on its main business, engaging on events and such. Vfarm team felt that it is imperative to pause the bounty campaign temporarily until their ICO resumes.

One of the campaigns I am currently managing is still active and running, CurioInvest. Link is in my signature.

Hashmart's content creation contest has already ended and is already waiting for the official escrow to distribute the prizes.

This guy is the best when it comes to bounty management. I have worked with him for only one bounty I must confess am really impress. He update stakes every week which is very rare in this space keep it up guy. Am recommending to any company that has bounty to run.

I also want to point out where you said escrow is optional I think it is better you make it compulsory since some people will make some one to work at the end either dey dnt pay or they reduce the pool to a ridiculous amount.

Yep. Escrow is a must (although I've stated that it's optional on the first post) but, I usually ask my clients for it. It gives assurance to all those who participated that they would receive their rewards when the campaign ends. Nowadays, it's really hard to find a client that is willing to have an escrow for the bounty pool. Most are still skeptical about what positive feedback they would get if ever they agree to it. :D

Escrow is always good for both parties, Wether it was through the bounty manager or a 3rd party escrow service provider;
With escrow, bounty hunters get assurance that payments are secured while the project team, on the other hand, receives more positive feedback from the community.

It isn't easy getting a new campaign to manage nowadays.
Aside from tough competition; companies/startups are not keen on running a bounty campaign these days which probably has something to do with the current Covid-19 pandemic problems we are all facing.

I'm sorry if you are disappointed. But, you should also understand that the failure of that project to reach their stated goals/obligations to everyone is out of my control.
Whatever move and decision the GMD team makes is only up to them. I can't do anything about it.
Sure I can always push and ask them from time to time (which believe me, I'm doing that ^{[since they still owe me my 3-week management fee]}), but other than that, not much I can do.
You as the participant should realize that I am not part of their team. I only manage their bounty campaign and did everything I can to run it smoothly and as much as possible, without any cheaters/farmers.

Thanks. ;D I'm not gonna lie, I've had bad bounties in the past as well. That was in the early days when the bounty campaign space is booming.
Luckily those who participated in the campaigns I manage understand the risks and know that it isn't always a 100% shot to the moon.
Recently, I require all the campaigns I manage to have full escrow of the bounty pool which gives assurance to all the participants.
I think that also the reason why I've had a hard time acquiring new campaigns. Most projects or startups that I've come in contact with are not so keen on having an escrow. :D

It is, because it's already a working project and supposedly, payment will be in BTC ;D so..

I will be counting on your project. I know that you are one reputable bounty manger here in the forum so I guess I can expect a good bounty project coming from you. Base also in your previous projects that are successful and bounty hunters were able to benefit the rewards as profits. Hopefully OP you will going to continue and share bounty projects that can help many here in the forum. Most likely only few are reputable bounty managers and you OP belong to the group of good bounty managers.

Hi, why are you promoting a project that lies about the bounty pool?
I checked what Hexhash offers and everything that is publicly available is unable to determine the price of the token, and you say that the bounty pool is worth 50k.
How you estimated that?
Im sure you can't. But why you do this? Because they pay you good you push lies and you put so many bounty hunters on risk?

Why not? It's an estimate, meaning the value might change once the token is officially listed. And, those who participate on that bounty campaign accepts that fact.

You right, many @Julerz campaign out from estimated values and remember with Trophy campaign reward estimated $5,000 but when distribution time the participants reward signature under $1 ;D ;D.

According to what I know from the previous bounty campaign (Bitnity (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5443886.msg61871613#msg61871613)) managed by Julerz, he made the two week bounty campaign 1 week. Maybe he did it because he saw that it was possible for users to earn less. But surely he cooperate with the team for what is his plan and reason.

Shouldn't we be happy that Julerz is so considerate of the participants?

He is so good at managing campaigns and very professional.

I know how you feel that we want the price to be the same for what they have said after listing but we have to accept the fact of the bounty campaign (not listed yet in exchanges) that it is only an estimated price. So it is possible that the price will be lower or higher but in this situation, we have to trust the team on that since the price is calculable, as well as Julerz.

In fact julerz12 is always on the list of best managers and i follow and try to participate in his bounty campaigns since long. But it has been quite some time since julerz12 is not running new bounty. Soon i submitted the application form from alt sections to participate in his Mixer signature campaign but it seems my chances are low as most of the old members are being accepted there.
