Bitcoin prise is increasing incredibly and sometime it's dumping also. But I don't know why , I don't feel good. When wil be bitcoin price stable? Any idea guys?

This is one of the main problems with btc right now, volatility, I’m afraid because of this mainstream adoption is going to take longer, untill we sort this problem out, we need to make it work like the fiat currencies.

This is not the only problem with it, there are 4 in total which has to be sorted out, before mainstream adoptian goes off the scale

I think it will not be stable because of the things that affects its price and  it is very Amazing that bitcoin is continuously increasing its price. I hope it will not dump.

I agree on that bitcoin from the start is really unstable and it cant really be stable because bitcoin is not under on any government or maybe has a corresponding value sailed by government bitcoin is a Digitalcryptocurrency that has really never been stable forever.I believe that if bitcoin ptice is stable it will really dump and no one really feels exciting on that matter.

Bitcoin is volatile in nature. So fluctuations can happen anytime. We base it's price thru speculation. Also large portion of it's total supply holds by big whales. So they can't liquidate it without moving the market price. Remember also that Bitcoin is also small supply with only 21 million and 16 million are on circulation right now, if im not mistaken. So even small dump can affect the price. But let's just enjoy what Bitcoin will offer to us. The price is going up. We hope the price will drop soon. So we can have an opportunity to buy cheaper Bitcoin.

I don't think it's going to happen in the current situation, bitcoin is a highly volatile tradeable item you can make huge profit at a very short period of time or you can lose everything in one snap, so just be sure you are playing, trading bitcoin right and invest what you can afford.

However the more bitcoin increases, the more the ethereum decreases. It is not good that we cannot do any transactions because of low profit. The increase of bitcoin is really an opportunity to all investors. The idea of becoming stable for the price, that will not going to happen. There is always dump because it is volatile.

I suspect the dump will happen in Jan when all the forms are over. Then all the ALTs will regain and it's back to "normal" life again.

Having said that the bitcoin media press has been huge. I just think for the normal person it's alot to understand and get right before the investment .

I think it is very hard to predict when the prices are going to be stable considering its rising popularity throughout the world. New investors are popping-out everyday because the media played a key role into this problem. Back like 3-4 months ago, the prices were only around $5000-$6000 but the media almost hyped every individual saying that bitcoin may get you rich in the right time. Well, they are certainly right but look what happened now, the prices skyrocketed and the chance of having a bubble is definitely high. Lastly, we all know that since bitcoin does not have any third-party regulation, there is a presence of a volatile amount.

I think bitcoin price will not be stable at least next 2-3 years. To many reasons  that make its price to jump so hard...Big players will always manipulate the market, for us is left only to adapt to situation.

Thank you for your opinion and i agree with you. It is not so good. Ethereum price is decreasing heavily, there are a lot of investors in ETH. They are suffering already and i am also. Have any chance to increase ethereum and bitcoin at the same time?

We can't really tell how long it will take for Bitcoin to stabilize. Bitcoin is still in its early state and a lot of new people are starting their journey with cryptocurrencies. I wouldn't be surprised if it took another 10 years for Bitcoin to stabilize. In my opinion, it will be worth more than it is today. It is a matter of time before people will understand the potential of Bitcoin. I will continue to buy Bitcoin whatever the price will be. There are a lot of people who missed opportunity to buy BTC and now they want to earn quite a lot by pumping and dumping it.

Stable? It wont happen and dont expect that bitcoin would really reach that state since Bitcoin is always been volatile and wont really be stable.If you dont like and dont feel good on it then better not to engage to bitcoin because it would really just stress you out on its volatile price. It may rise and It may go down anytime which you least expected this is why its being favorite by most short traders and even on long term investors.

I'm afraid of the fact that not only the price increases but also the volatility. The price can freely move so we cannot do anything to stabilize it unless the government will act to do so.

Making bitcoin price stable is the hardest thing to do since bitcoin has born to be volatile.You cannot predict what will be the next movement of bitcoin price because it will go up or down any time of the day.If the price won't be stable,then let's make our earnings in bitcoin become stable.

Bitcoins price will not be near a stable point unless you find a reputable buyer for your coins.

Stable of bitcoin price. I think for now price of bitcoin is not still steady, because its getting low and high. I know in next year or near future the value or price of bitcoin will steady. bitcoin prices are entirely determined by demand and supply on the market. then the price will always go up and down. the sellers would want to get a lot of profit by trying to offer bitcoin at a slightly higher price.

Cryotocurrencies usually fluctuates a lot and sometimes dump. The stability of the price has the least chances. I could not see Bitcoin being a price stable currency. There ain't no price stability when it comes to currency field as well cause every  digits does count and it is considered as non stability.

Bitcoin will not dump and will increase it's value don't compare bitcoin to a stock market or forex. it's a different game and people should know that bitcoin is a currency and commodity.

I doubt if being stable is possible for bitcoin in anyway.  Aside from volatility,  the demand also affects how bitcoin will do in the market and as we can see more people have decided to buy bitcoin making the price go higher. Though a crash  could happen anytime,  I believe that bitcoin will rise more because more investors will be buying. The time bitcoin will have a stable price for a whole month or year is the time it dies.. It means no one buy and sell,, so the deman and supply stabilized and that is a worrying scenario for bitcoin.. A one or two days freeze price is normal but to be long is dangerous.. I don't think that bitcoin can be stable. It can happen, But only for a short amount of time.
In the world of marketing where everyone makes a move. There is no guarantee that something will not change and knowing that bitcoin is not connected to the government.
There is a slim chance that bitcoin can be stable for a long time. Change is constant, So we need to adapt, improvise, overcome. Let's just hope that the price wont fall.

Bitcoin is uncontrollable  since from the start until now because it is decentralized and by that we should never expect that bitcoin will have a stable price just like the other forms of investment." Volatility", one of bitcoin character which is it helps bitcoin to become popular. Without this, bitcoin price would be never like this(high). We certainly thankful that bitcoin isn't controlled by someone because with that, we enjoy the trend of its price in the market and it gives us chances to earn more.

It is very hard to predict when will bitcoin stabilize, but I’m sure that it will take a long time before that happens. Stable bitcoin price will be when bitcoin replace (or take a part) old ways of storing money (like gold or bank account). I think we need ~10-15 years for it (bitcoin price will be ~1000000$)

Even the government has nothing to do to stabilize the price of bitcoin because being volatile is one of its characteristic. The price rises more and more that other coin make it more dumps. We cannot predict when it dumps that more. Afraid of the dumps and pumps of bitcoin. It will result lose of profit if not analyse the market properly.

Bitcoin is extremaly volatile, so it's no surprise that a sudden injection of positive media coverage is giving it a real kick. It won't stop being prone to sudden spikes of popularity, everytime there will be demand we should expect more of this, maybe a bit less extreme, but my point still stands. Give it 2-3 years for the current spark to blow out.

In my own opinion, Bitcoin price will stabilized before this year ends at around $13000 to $15000. There will be a price correction and I think it is already starting. It's hard to predict the price because of it's volatility. All we can do is make some assumptions. No one knows and no one can predict bitcoin prices. If you want price stability may be the choice when the government has made a regulation about bitcoin. Due to the regulation that regulates the use of bitcoin I am sure the bitcoin price can be much more stable and well controlled.

Volatility actually the main characteristic of bitcoin or cryptocurrency. That is the advantage of bitcoin especially for trader to take profit.
But recently, the volatility is very high, it make many people a bit worry include me. About when it will be stable, nobody know for sure.

I believe the only way to keep it stable would be to regulate it, what means Bitcoin wouldn't be decentralized anymore, it would become artificial like our local currencies. I think the reason why bitcoin price is not stable because it is a volatile. Many people pursue this to become a crypto currency and give it a price to become legalized in the crypto world. I think we can just speculate right now as it is very difficult to say when will bitcoin stabilize, one thing is sure, it will continue growing and gaining value by the minute. I believe that the price of bitcoin is still low compared to its real value whch I believe is about $1M, this is considering the fixed amount of bitcoin of just over 21M and factoring its potential users of at least 50M. When will bitcoin achieve that number, I think in 5 to 10 years time.

I think we cannot predict when does the bitcoin becomes stable. I read some threads and I found some idea that the 21millions of bitcoin is already circulating in our economy. That is why the price of bitcoin goes up rapidly but it can be the reason if bitcoin will floorish someday. I think it will never happens. Bitcoin has stability and we have to trust bitcoin.

The value of bitcoin can never be stable at all because it is part of the system that circulates the supply and demand all throughout the world. It fluctuates time to time due to the investors and traders which will affects the value of bitcoin. It's value is really unpredictable thay can goes up and down for just short period of time. That's why many traders monitored the value of bitcoin to invest when it comes to down. Soon, in the future its value will be good as of todays value which can earn and benefit to those in need.

Unfortunately bitcoin price will never become stable because of supply and demand. Investor and traders always observe what to do next if they going to invest on that coin or should trade to bitcoin again no one knows what will happen.

The bitcoin course will never be stable, because it is not beneficial to its creators.
In all likelihood, bitcoin will continue to grow.
And then, when the target price is reached, bitcoin simply collapses to the level of 2013.

The 2013 crash happened for 2 main reasons.

1. 90% of all bitcoin trading was happening on Mt Gox. exchange. After the exchange was hacked and lost millions of dollars, they closed up shop and many people lost their money.

2. China was behind


A crash like this will almost never happen again. The infrastructure is much more robust than it was in 2013. There is tons of trading and volume on multiple exchanges around the world. There is no serious market centralization as there was back in 2013. If one exchange goes down, it won't affect the entire market. There are tons of exchanges waiting and ready to pick up. This was not the case in 2013.

China bans bitcoin, or [insert country here] bans bitcoin won't have as big as an effect as it did in 2013 because we have seen what recently happened with China. They in essence banned bitcoin again last month, and what happened? The market took a slight dip and kept on mooning. 

Bitcoin becomes more and more resilient to huge crashes. The market has matured since 2013 and become stronger and resistant to the same kinds of things which crashed it before.

Probably, we will never wait for a stable price for bitcoins. Bitcoin will always show his volatility and react with a change in his course for every news that affects finances. If bitkoyn next year will again rise in price, as predicted, it is clear that such growth will not be smooth and will be accompanied by its sharp jerks down and up. Bitcoin price will never be stable, it's not functioning that way. Volatility is something that can't be avoided and it's connected to Bitcoin. There were and there will be periods when the price will stick around certain value for a while but that isn't stability.
Some think volatility is a bad side of Bitcoin and it is in certain sense but on the other hand volatility is something that traders make profit on, so what would Bitcoin be without volatility.

My thought is that since there is a finite amount of Bitcoins it can't ever really be stable since there is no support from the government or a company to keep it stable by creating more past the 21 million total.

I think this problem is feared by bitcoin users because no one is able to predict the future with a stable price, even though the current price is unstable and still in a high price state we have to stay alert for the future san make the best possible when the price increases or high .. we just always hope that once in a stable bitcoin value still has a high value at a great price, because all there is masany but do not know when it happens and we can only take advantage of when the state of bitcoin in the price or high value.

Bitcoin price is not stable.  May be up and down is depends on supply and demand of bitcoins. It is unpredictable when it's price stable. If bitcoin price will be stable the crazeis over.

A stable price for bitcoins is unlikely to be expected even in the distant future. The price for bitkoyn is so volatile that it is almost impossible to predict its behavior on the market. Maybe in the future something will be invented and bitcoin will lose its volatility.

I don't think Bitcoin's price will be stable for the next 1-2 years. People are just started to hear it and invest more. Many factors prevent it from staying stable right now.

To control fiat currency governments and finance  sections of a  particular country follows certain rules and regulations.In crypto currency though there will be limited amount of coins released,the unit prise varies incredibly.In my point of view the reason for this is the whales who hold large amounts of bitcoin.They control the value of bitcoin.So it is dificult to predict whether the price of bitcoin will be stable in future

No I think bitcoin can be beneficial for everyone if utilized in a proper way and dealt accordingly and there are many users including myself we complain about the volatility but let's not forget due to the volatility we have earned huge profit (Again i am not saying it's kind of gambling) and sometimes we have to take risk in order to earn more but what keeps me going is the pattern of bitcoin value as there are been many price rise and many drops but at the end it always reaches a new level.

There will probably be many changes in the bitcoin price in this period. Moreover It may be oscillating. But in my opinion the price will be stable at the beginning of the next year ( supposedly the value will be close to 30K). Besides this development will be expected for the majority of people who use cryptocurrencies.
Hopefully the price of bitcoin will be always high.

The price of bitcoin is not going to be stable for a very long time, I think it is going to take at least 20 years for bitcoin to reach something close to its maximum size so for the next 20 years we are going to see the price of bitcoin moving like crazy and even when bitcoin becomes more stable we will still be able to see movements like the ones we are seeing, just look at the stock market, you will see the market moving very erratically from time to time.

Bitcoin and other altcoins' price will never be stable. Its crypto's nature. Price increase and decrease occurs depending on the demand. If number of investors increase and the demand for bitcoin arises, yes the value would go up. If investors concentrate on other altcoins and its demand decreases, bitcoin value would fall down.

i agree,maybe we will never see a stable bitcoin price. im with bitcoin since a few years and never was the btc price really stable.

I cannot imagine if ever Bitcoin will stabilize just like the current status of fiat today. Fiats are centralized and have unlimited supply while Bitcoin is the total opposite. I though months ago that Bitcoin will stabilize when it goes mainstream and is used more like a currency than an investment. However, the law of demand and supply would contradict with my thoughts.

Actually this great volatility seems to be a common denominator in the market of cryptos due to the relatively low volume with which the market moves, which makes it easy for a few whales to manipulate the price at their convenience.

But once the market matures over the years, I would expect this great volatility to decline, although this market is so new and different from traditional markets, that all of us involved in this are also at the expense of learn on the fly.

It's funny because Bitcoin being volatile is what gives us these crazy highs. I think that's part of the allure and fun.

I don't think it is going to happen anytime soon. Since it was created it was mostly volatile because the price cannot stop rising and it sometimes pops. The unstable price also affects the whole network and fee stability. Maybe in about 10 years or so, who knows maybe never..

If you are into digital currencies, don't expect stability especially in terms of its price. Even the stock market crashes so expect that its the same with crypto currencies too because it is volatile. Everything depends on the supply and demand, so its price goes up and down depending on how people needs them.

Bitcoin price is increasing at a rocket 🚀 speed. It a concern of worries, what is the standard stable price of bitcoin.  I hope this price is under the below of $1000.

For me, the price of bitcoin can always like that. Always increase too much and then decrease too. We should know what things make the price like that. If the reason of this can't handled, the price will always like that.

It is true. the issue of rising or falling bitcoin is limited to speculation and prediction. and it will certainly be quite difficult bitcoin prices to be stable as demand and supply keep changing.

If you are expecting a stability in the price for more than 1 month then I don't think that you will see that at-least in next 5 to 10 years. Things are still in the development phase and if there is any negative news about it then the price falls and vice versa. Why do you want bitcoin price to be stable? Well it may be a good thing, but not really if we use bitcoin as an investment.

I think it's not a great idea for bitcoin's price to be stable at all. Every people have different views about the price of bitcoin but from my views there are no chance of price of stability of bitcoin in the future . Bitcoin is a currency and the price of currency will never stable it may go up or down so that the price of bitcoin is also may increase or decrease it always fluctuate . I think bitcoin will never be stable and don't wish for it because it will have a big impact in the market like most of the people would rather to choose to make transaction in other cyptocoin that is fluctuative. One of the reason why people patronize bitcoin is just because of its volatility factor.

This is still a new system that is being adopted every single day and everyone these days want to hop in on the show so that they do not miss out and in that case, we just have to believe that this is a moment that we will keep seeing the rise in the value of bitcoin for as long as it gets as no one can really know the peak and there are so many people in the world that are not using bitcoin right now, so we still have a lot of room to keep growing.

Their so many things to be consider to tell for bitcoins to get stable but i conclude that whales doesn't want this to be happen since they will lose thousands or even millions of profits if bitcoins will go stable, And theirs no stable on cryptocoins since all of them have its own flactuation and one thing i believe here is bitcoin would soar more since the adaptive captivity of the coins has been sticked to the business platforms and sectors.

I don't think that's ever gonna happen because bitcoin is like the stocks in the stock market the demand and price stability is gonna be stable. It never going to be up or down because there are times people don't have money to buy bitcoin  and sometimes they do. Because the volume of demand is never going to stay put.

And even after we see the growth to that extent, that would still not make the price stable as we will keep having some little bit of variations here and there.

From my experience about the bitcoin . The price of bitcoin will never stable in the future because the price of bitcoin is depend on the demand of the people and the number of user using bitcointalk. From  four or five month both things are increasing countinously the number of people and price of bitcoin so there are equal chance to  increase in the future and the price of bitcoin is depend on the people in the market and it will never stable.

Yes, bitcoin's price is unstable and will forever be unstable coz its price keeps on fluctuating every single minute. You don't have to think on when will it become stable. Also, if you're always updated in the market, I guess you don't have to be surprise if it keeps on fluctuating.

Anyway, demand and supply plays an important role to bitcoin's price. If there will be high demand and limited supply, it could possibly increase its price and vice versa. If its price become stable in the future, I think it will not attract more investors to invest in bitcoin. A lot of investors invest in bitcoin because of its volatility. There's a low chances of earning huge amount of profit when it become stable.

There is a huge pool of merchants, organizations, systems, and people that would love to use bitcoin if only it was stable - take for instance Steam who just DROPPEd bitcoin because it is too volatile. The real potential of bitcoin is as a currency. THIS is what would put the value of bitcoins in the 6 or 7 digits - NOT speculators. At some point there needs to be handoff from speculators to currency users - not sure how this will happen.

Well bitcoin is one of the fast growing currency in market and still there are a lot of countries trying to join bitcoin and when any country or company join bitcoin so it increased it price and recently Indian bank also accept bitcoin so these are the factors where bitcoin price is going high and not going to stable on one place a time will come that it's price will be stable on high price now a days bitcoin is surviving and in this kind of situation we can also survive.

As I see the when the prices of bitcoin will go too much higher then there is chance of stable behavior of bitcoin and that time is very far until enjoy the unstable behavior and unexpected rise and profits and maybe the stability come when prices cross millions because selling at that time will not affect the prices so that time will also be beneficial to all because on that time there would be no panic selling and worry of loss.

Honestly bro, you really have a valid point there and the problem we are having now is that we are not even close to having it as a currency yet with the huge transaction fees, the long time in between transactions and without the possibility of even having a scaling solution soon and even with the LN, a lot of merchants are not even getting ready to adopt it and now they are pushing for Bitcoin cash? That is just some terrible thing. The market is so much driven by speculation right now and that to me sucks.

it is difficult to predict when bitcoin prices will be stable because bitcoin is dependent on supply and demand. moreover, it is not supported by any regulatory authority and  not backed by any asset, due to this reason, this have shown so much volatility in past years.

it is really growing fast and that is concerning too as well. Bitcoin has really shown some massive increase this year, but not just bitcoin, so many other alts are really having that push and I am not surprised really while seeing them doing great as a lot of investors are looking for huge profit and believing that they can get in at the time when the market still seem cool to earn some huge profit in the long run and that to me is not something I would have really wanted and I just don't also like the way the devs are lagging with this whole transaction bullshit honestly.

When bitcoin has been officially accepted and recognized globally, and countries agree to make clear laws on the use of bitcoin. I think, that's when bitcoin price becomes stable not volatile as now.

Stability of its market value is related to its market demand. At this moment, Bitcoin is not yet legal to most of the countries which makes the demand and its value not stable. So in the future when it is already accepted by retailers, transactions will be high and it will make its value more stagnant that it is, currently.

Even the stock market crashes so expect that its the same with crypto currencies too because it is volatile.Everything depends on the supply and demand, so its price goes up and down depending on how people needs them, so for me no limit of time to be stable the bitcoin price.

great, i would love to give answer on it people are taking worries (even me) but about btc and other crypto currencies are moving low day by day well,  south korea and china there people are selling the btc and other altcoin in south korea government is heaving issues about btc lets see what will happen in my opinion btc will be fine after this issue and again the prize of btc will be grow up and it will effect on other altcoin also market of btc will fine i hope no doubt in this matter time can go ahead.

from my experience no one can say about the bitcoin that when it will stable in the future because bitcoin is a type of business and from my views business is never stable . But from my experience I estimate that the price of bitcoin will reach to maximum $35000 but that this price will also not stable. Every people have different estimate how much the price of bitcoin will increase in the future.

It’s been since the beginning but those who had held on and had faith it will recover profited from their faith but there are a lot also who’ve regretted for panic selling every time they see the graph falling. Good for those who forgot they even have bitcoin in their wallet since it was just pennies in value.

It is actually not really that bitcoin is so related to a business. But yes, bitcoin is very inconsistent in its value. It always depend on so many factors like the mining, the exchange and also the demand of bitcoin.
For me, I must say that there is no stable or consistent price of bitcoin. And that's what makes any cryptocurrency very especial because if bitcoin will remain to a stable price, it will not have a value that you are seeking right now.
