It has a good thread in BTT, The Campaign manager is competent and has lots of good feedback on their previous work. The community of the Bounty is welcoming and the admins can answer if you have any doubts about the campaign. Well explained white paper and good presentation, Roadmap is very clear and can really attain its target date of completion.

Great feedback! What about payout?  I've seen anywhere from 0.25% to 2% of total tokens.  How important is this to you?

I think what it important in bounty campaign is to have all the rules communicate clearly. Also, it is important to have a bounty manager who's responsive to the community, as each campaign differ than the other communication would make it easier for both.

Look for the product/services that this ICO has to offer. Does it have a real chance of success? You you might consider reading whitepaper too, join their telegram channel and ask the developers if you have any questions. Check the founder's and developer's background. Are they competent? The roadmap must be clear, short and long term goals are needed.
Lastly, check community's feedback to the project. If they received positive feedbacks - join!

I think that a good bounty company is when: campaign rules are clearly spelled out and do not change, competent bounty manager, and of course generous payouts.

Great feedback often happens in projects with SCAM. But then, when the money is collected, no one answers.

for me is the way how they manage the bounty campaign, bounty manager is the most important thing here, and also check the Ann thread do your own research about the team behind the project read white paper etc, because not all bounty campaign is worth it.

Payouts and process. A manager has to be reliable and communicate very fast to solve many issues.

Bounty Allocation- Budget for a good campaign signature for social media, translation and moderator. but i almost look at the spreadsheet if there's alot of members joining then the project is totally superb.

Well different aspects are important in my opinion I try to put them in my personal order of importance

1 duration, is not worth to do a 7months bounty from the start, cause if it turns out in a scam a lot of work is gone, if you want to join a long campaign w8 some months
2 prize pooln, generally they use 2000+ eth on title but is not the real prize, is based on hard cap and a low % of ico goes to hardcap, I like to see the % when is 3%+ it's very good to join when is 0.5% i pass
3 managering is quite important, the constant update of spreadsheet is important but no essential only if the manager will listen hunters later!
4 I really hate when manager change rules every few days, I have lost stacks for this reason and in future i will never join campaign on the same manager. I will join only if the prize pool is really good.
5 on prize pool look what is your rank/number of follower, for example if a campaign give 1000 stacks for 100k follower. 100 stacks for 50k follower 25 stacks for 10k followers 5 stacks for 5k, don't even join, the whale will take almost everything. (random numbers only to give the idea)

The important thing is try to join the best campaign for your status to get the max advantage, for example if you need a signature campaign, join a campaign with good reward like 30%+ bounty prize pool and maybe weekly payment, with 1 month duration :)

I met a lot of ICO, airdrop and bounty companies that behaved unexpectedly.  Some bounty last more than half a year and are regularly paid, but more often the opposite happens. It also happens that ICO, airdrop and bounty which seem completely unsuccessful suddenly become profitable. So the rules should be adhered to, but they do not always work.

Title: Re: Bounty Hunters: What makes a good bounty program?

Good bounty program always run short period of time because they have raised alot of money before the presale and better check their bounty program allocation if it's big then join their campaign. You should check how the project works in the long run. Be passionate on what you are doing apply some campaign and join their telegram to ask the community if the coin is very useful.

bounty program would be good if managed by a professional manager can certainly give satisfaction to the participants for the project to run smoothly, but the most successful award program can be seen from the ICO project itself, which is capable of having good potential for the future.

I often find the rules in bounty companies - which are difficult to implement and change several times in the process. It's as if it's done on purpose, in order to pay a reward to fewer participants.

There are things that makes a good bounty program. One of it is the rules. Rules that are not confusing. Another one is the updated weekly status report. It makes you at ease if you will see if your work has been approved or not. Regular response from the admin is another thing that makes a good bounty program. If the admin/admins carefully take response from the queries of the bounty hunters. And most especially and importantly that makes a good bounty is the payout. The propose stakes, tokens before and until the end of the program.

A Bounty can be accessed from different points though. But in general, what what makes a good Bounty has to be; a reputable manager with good reputation and Communication spirit, a well detailed rules for the Bounty, a good ICO team with a reliable project and top of it all is keeping up with the promised payment.

Really you think its the good bounty program? In my opinion, before going to join any bounty program you need to check the current status of the token sale and you should ensure that after the ICO the token will get listed in the exchange. Otherwise its really a waste of time to participate in bounty.

With the short period of time that I have in this industry I learned important factors in order for me to earn more in a bounty campaign. I will only give two:1st thing us I'll check who's the bounty manager/s because for the past campaigns that I had with @deadley and @ubercool those are successful ICO's you may check their records and 2nd the project itself,  I take time to read the concept and team who handles it.

Good bounty !!!
Well I am no expert in bounty hunt, infact I an just beginning,  probably this might change with time, but I keep this rules while hunting for bounty.

1. Coin Prospects : I ask myself can I buy this coin if I had the money ? What real world problem does this coin solves ? If it solves real world problem then I am in, I look at the team. Hunting for bounty is time demanding my effort shouldn't go in vain after investing  4 -10 weeks doing bounty.

2. The payout : I also check the payout, if the twitter and Facebook payout aren't encouraging I am out, most pay out are in bittcointalk campaign's.  With time I would be able to participate.

3. The Task : bounty task is put into cosideration also, for flexibility to do your day's job, other bounties and still be effective, i have learnt my lesson and would not do bounties that require you to post 4post/tweet 4 times a day, they are tasking and very demand in and are very ineffective, they are spammious in nature.

What make  a good  bounty program  is very easy  one, the number  of the people  on telegram, also the way they response on it. The white paper also tells more about  their plains. From  there you can know good project.

For me, a good bounty program has the following; telegram, website and whitepaper. It must have good reviews and comments from many investors. It must have a good token value and ha a very fast response from the managers and administrators, and lastly, it must have a quick distribution of token than its token price in the ICO is the same rates in the exchanges.

I do always prefer on having a bounty program that do have realistic bounty allocation percentage into its bounty and do have limitation on participants.I have seen already and experienced bounty programs set too goot to be true allocations but ended up on changing it after the crowdsale which do really pisses me off but first of all before engaging into bounties always do seek out the team behind on such project and on the potential to grow and develop for longer runs.

Good and trusted bounty manager, high rewards and interesting project with possible future.
But as most bounty hunters are only aiming for high profit I guess high rewards are something which makes bounty program good. I also like to see active team in bitcointalk and other medias.

Adequate bounty manager is 50% of success, I would never join bounty program of some bounty managers. I fed up! Irfan for example.
But seriously there are several criteria  when choosing the bounty - great project, quite good bounty pool (1-3%), low quantity of participants.

I think a good team can show progress against what is promised.  Transparency + Delivery.

I'm surprised that many ICOs are successful with only a promise.

When a good active manager is a very positive factor in the company, when there are no changes in the rules every week, when the manager is responsible for the issues and behaves decently, then all participants have a positive mood and a great desire to help in advancing the project

I believe that much depends on the very idea of the project. If the project is relevant and interesting, it will win! And if it is not interesting, it is doomed to failure.
I do not understand much what you mean by "good". Do you mean successful?
If so, much also depends on the project team.
In general, all the bounties are different and different conditions. You yourself must decide whether this bounty is good and whether you take part in it.

A good bounty program is when the team fulfill what is promised. There are many occassions where those ICO bounty got unfair when it's paying time and sometimes they don't really want to pay. I also agree to others that say good managers manage good bounties.

In my opinion, good bounty program can have something in common

1. A good bounty manager. A good bounty manager who always respons, spread the good vibes in the forum, and have good trail in his work.
2. A good prospect of the coin. You must know the potentiel of the coin in the market, what it do and will it useful in the society
3. A good team. A promising team can lead the project to succes. Read the profile
4. Good payment method. Payment who pay weekly and transparent is good.
5. Good token/coin allocation. Makes the bounty hunter interested in joining.
6. Have a report weekly. Makes your work visible and recognized.

Hi, bounty programs are usually an integral part of any digital marketing and promotional enterprise. The first thing you should check is TEAM. Why so? The team is 50% of the success. Depending on how hardworking, experienced, determined they are, the probability of bounty program changes

First is the idea! The fact that it is connected with new technologies, all that can really be in demand for ordinary people, it already means that the project is more successful!  The second one Is feedback! The Manager who always responds to your messages, solves the problem issues by accruing shares or tokens. Third: this is the team of this ICO. An experienced and strong team means that the project will be real, and it will be popular, will gather a decent Capa. Fourth: It is a system of KYC. The presence of this verification system in bounty, already gives a guarantee that the bounty will not be a bench, there will be no bots, payments will be made to rail people!

I draw attention to many parameters of the bounty, here are some of them:
1. Manager
2. Payments
3. Dates of the bounty
4. Dates of the ICO
5. The idea of the project
6. Number of tokens produced
7. Percentage of tokens per bounty
8. and more...

The token allocated to the bounty program is not a percent of total ICO sold, BUT some percent of the whole token supply!
The campaign manager is easy to touch and spreadsheet are always updated.
The bounty has its own telegram group (for bounty members separate from investors)
Campaign manager and the DEV team have their words and will not delay any.

In your mind, what makes a good bounty program better than another?  Payouts, process, etc...

The token allocated to the bounty program is not a percent of total ICO sold, BUT some percent of the whole token supply!
The campaign manager is easy to touch and spreadsheet are always updated.
The bounty has its own telegram group (for bounty members separate from investors)
Campaign manager and the DEV team have their words and will not delay any.
everything you mentioned is ideal for a project, but it all happens after the project takes place, if my opinion assesses the project from the beginning to all developers first, and has a program that quickly attracts investor interest

1. For me the first thing  I now consider is the reputation of a campaign manger or bounty team.
2. I think the number of participants does define a good bounty campaign.
3. Well written rules is also important as I have seen some campaigns change rules after ICO is completed.

How do you measure the reputation of a campaign manager? If manager has many  finished campaigns there are many feedbacks from dissatisfied hunters who can not make this picture clear

It is very difficult or let's say not easy to easily said that one campaign is better than the other, but well! you can check some markers to determine whether such campaign will be successful or not. First of all I check the project idea. That is very important to me, any investor will invest in a project that is interesting. You should also look out for the developers of such a token or particular project. That is very important, check how many times they show their faces, and also whether their credentialing and background is valid as they stated. I also love working with bounty managers with good portfolios. I know some managers that most of their bounties that i joined went on very well. To end with, I also look out for a large community backing, but the question is what if you joined early. So I stay in for a while(about half of the whole bounty duration), and if the project still does not get followers and early adopters I then start to think twice. This is because whatever bounty you conduct will survive on a larger community backing.

In my opinion a good bounty program is a program built on a potential ICO project. The total number of tokens paid for the bounty program is sufficient to attract the bounty hunter involved. The bounty manager always updates the results of the work and assists the participants in the program. These are the factors that help me evaluate a good bounty program.

In order to find a good project you have to spend a lot of time and effort to study it. First of all, pay attention to the quality of this project and to the developer's team. It is very important. Also you need to pay attention to the idea of the project and the number of participants, WP and the roadmap. You must be able to analyze all this stuff.

For me, a good bounty program has a good project development, a good team, and has strict rules and regulation. Another thing is they should pay in the time that they promised to pay tokens or whatever they pay to the members of the campaign.

the value of the prize that is very large, it seems to me. comparison of trading should have capital as well as mining capital also needs to be able to generate a lot of profit and then the bounty is easier because without the need for a large capital but the results are promising.

Its not a dealbreaker, but its nice when you get paid set amount of that coins you are advertising. Because you are expecting the value will rise, therefore you are advertising it (or you should). Like in the BTX campaign I am now, we get reward in BTX but it is calculated in the time of payout to set amount of USD. So if the coin is mooning you get less coins and if the coin is dipping you get more.
I thing that is wrong, because you should advertise something you belive in and you want the price to go up. But on the other hand you know, that if you advertising well and the price goes up, you get less coins for your work :)

I think the bounty program is good and should be followed
1.program bounty must have an active campaign manager and have a sense of tolerance to participants bounty.
2. the allocation amount for bounty participants is more than 5% of total coin sales.
3.bounty has a great and real team.

That would be a program where you know how much coins/tokes you will earn at the end of the campaign for your participation.
Many campaigns offer a certain % which depends on the total amount of sold tokens in the ICO/token sale. If they sell more you will earn more, if they sell less you will also earn less.
The Rules should be precise, to the point and easy to follow.
A trust-able team who leads the campaign with a proven track record.
Fast communication with the bounty managers is a must, its frustrating waiting for days for a simple answer to your questions.

Not easy, you must dare to sacrifice at first to get a big profit.
One of them, recruiting team members who are experienced in the field of bounty. Of course they charge a tariff that is not cheap, but you'll get a replacement once the ICO finishes with big profits.

Precisely! The Manager plays one of the important roles! If you have experience of participation in bounty, you have already faced with the rock, and the managers who led this project, you can avoid! Also, if the Manager ignored you, answered long, inadequately answered, it is necessary to make note of in the black list. In the future, to get around the other side of the bounty if they are led by this Manager! There is nothing complicated there! ;)

And most especially and importantly that makes a good bounty is the egular admin`s feedback. If the admin take the right response from the questions of the bounty hunters.

You are right because most of the bounty manager will look the company and starts managing it, but sometimes we cannot justify the project because recently we have seen many scams after the raising enough money. Sometimes it is based on our luck, if we are lucky enough we can make some good amount of money through the bounty.

I think a good bounty starts from a bounty manager. Because professional bounty managers will apply a scoring system to every participant who follows the bounty program with their own system. other than that a good bounty usually give rewards or good payouts to the participant in accordance with the criteria they set.

As a bounty manager i think good bounty is when:
- all participants make their repports in the disscussed timings
- all participants follow all the rules - like @not to past everything in only one week day" etc.

As a participant i want a good bounty program to have clear timing. And a project itself - to have a good and strong marketing plan.

Bounty Manager is the most important thing in joining bountys. Better to check who is managing the bounty since there are a lot of Bountys now that dont update their Spreadsheets and turns out to be failed.
Ofcourse, theres a lot of really good bountys but we need to select too what to join. And also we need to check the Team, Whitepaper and their roadmaps and the bounty allocations too.

5) Pleasure of doing this job

First a good bounty program should have a respectable bounty manager( although it's not required to hire one), because by that you can safely assure that manager only chooses the best project and pays on time. In terms of budget i prefer a fix allocation compared to percentage of sale because whatever the result of the ICO the budget will still stay the same although sometimes percentage of sales is bigger especially when the ICO conducted is successful.

for me I am a bounty hunter since last year after a friend of mine shared me this kind of Crypto and money earning.
I don't bothered for the bounty payouts, longevity of the campaign, the coin supply etc. but I always choose to bump on their Telegram Channels because personally reasoning, better ICOs and Crypto projects have good and strong social communities where more active members and admins and developers are joining together as one community and discuss everything related or non related to ICO or project.
I really like the legitimacy of the ICO through their social community but not buy their sweet marketing words.

There are too many altcoins in the coinmarketcap.com and still too many new altcoins that are being running on different coin exchanges.
My concern is, most of the ICOs have non sense projects and most of them still not having a working projects as well and the development has not yet started.
I don't invest on nonsense ICOs that always mentioning "decentralized" and "information freedom", useless and non sense.
Look at Envion, WePower, KWHCoin, Oyster etc.. they have a good projects, unique and very useful for the users in the future.

Firstly determine the success of the project before join it. I think that it is necessary to choose the program according to the same criteria as investors.     I'm participating in a German project Vreo.io, I am pleased. There is enough information on the Internet about the criteria for choosing Bounty.
The main ones
1. Uniqueness, necessity of idea
2.Clear target
3.Scalability
4.Transparency, properly allocated budget

Team bounty management can handle every trouble on bounty program. For example, every bounty hunters who joined that program have some complaint with program, team bounty must fix it and gift suggest for every bounty hunter who joined. But most important, team bounty managemen don't forget to always update stakes information in spreadsheet in order not to make suspicious bounty hunter

I would like to share my experience on bounty managers, do not join managers who have received red trust.
Some managers cheat by using multiple accounts connected with it.

High rewards, not too many participants (if is it with the stake system) and especially the most important thing: the project must be legit and successful. So take your time to analyze the project you would like to join!

Capital prize in the sense what you mean mate. Actually I do not believe value only the marketplace will only work. Tell me if the the project does not achieve the soft cap and scam project in future means where you go mate.

First you need to check the Ann thread and website to check to confirm the legitmacy of the project. Then you can find the WP and team information and go with bounty participation bro.

There are things that make a good program of bonuses. One of them is the rules. Rules that are not confused. Another is an updated weekly status report. This makes you at ease if you see whether your work is approved or not.

Great feedback! What about payout?  I've seen anywhere from 0.25% to 2% of total tokens.  How important is this to you?
If you want a good payout, they were all good and high if you were higher than your current rank today. More importantly is the team of that projects and the manager who is also a reputable person in this forum. And if you do spot them, you can consider that this project was a very good project but you should always consider that there is always a risk in it or in any other bounty programs.

I think there're 3 requirements for a good bounty program:
- Strongly ICO with bright Future
- Experienced bounty managers, or professional bounty platform
- Awesome rewards in short-time

The most important thing is timely counting stakes, quick feedback from the bounty manager in case of problems. Payments for the project are mostly dependent on developers, not managers

I believe that bounty should be chosen by bounty Manager and by the number of participants. Of course it is important to understand what budget is allocated to the company. If very small, for example 50 000$ - it's just funny. You're not going to make money there. Well-known bounty managers always try to choose a worthy bounty. It is necessary to listen to them and follow them.

The only thing that makes bounty good is the prospect of ICO.
If the ICO is bad, then the bounty hunters will receive tokens with a price 3-10 times lower than the price of ICO. Or it may be that you don't get tokens at all. So, at first look for a good ICO and then look at the bounty for it.

I think it's best to pay attention to the bounty Manager. I work with a certain Manager and I want to tell you that I am satisfied with them. It is also important to pay attention to the number of participants. If there are more than 1000, I'm afraid the income will be very small.

2) the budget of the company
3) number of participants
4) the company's Product (is there a prospect or is it another ICO)
5) Assembled Soft cap or hard cap

which makes bounty programs very good than others is they can provide some tokens and coins for the participants who have helped the job and become the marketing strategy of the existing ico, with bounty you will also be able to determine a good coin and not because I am sure you will will be more diligent in reading the whiepaper they have.

1. I think the important thing in the bounty campaign is to have all the rules of communication clear.
2. Of course, the project must be of good quality, so as not to lose the value of your bounty.
3. It would be better if the campaign limits the number of participants. As more and more people join, the less money you get.
4. I like the bounty campaign that takes place in about 1.5 to 3 months and bonuses are sent weekly to the hunter.

Of course, it is very pleasant when payments begin immediately after the ICO.Not very nice when the payment process takes more than 30 days.I also like it when in a group of telegrams constantly announce news. When this managers do not do it, then the same questions are asked on the circle. In general, too much depends on the telegram.Than generally faster and more active the team the better

In my opinion, a good bounty program is program have:
+ Good idea
+ A strong, trusted team (Krypital, AmaZix, TokenSuite….)
+ A possible technology
+ A clear plan
+ Strongly activities
We should study carefully all information related to the project that we want to join!

I think that the advantage is still the amount of payments for each participant, since the conditions for all are different and they should not be compared. Each program, you can say, is unique in its own way.
In addition, an important role is played by the project team and the bounty manager.

for every person who in one way or another has a relationship to the company ico or the company's bounty, they all have their views on the prospects and quality of the project. To whom the common pool for the company's bounty is important, but to someone the project itself and the authority of the team are important.

Bounty pool is important, it should be large enough. Also the distribution percentage of the campaign you are planning to join should be large, such as 35% for signiture campaign.

Having a good bounty program is good chances for all bounty hunter to earn money and also to have a good communication with those people who belongs to the bounty projects. However choosing a good bounty campaign or project are quite difficult because often scam ICO's are spreading so it is better for all bounty hunters to study on how to choose a legitimate bounty program that could be paid them for their works and sacrifices for spending time, money and at the same time their efforts to participates in bounty projects.

I also look at the percentage distribution of the campaign.

I think the most important thing make a bounty campaign become a good bounty campaign to join is ICO project behind :). If there are two bounty campaigns, the first one has very large amount of token spend for bounty but ICO project behind it is not really good and the second one has lower amount of token spend for bounty but has a great project behind so you think which one will be better? I can ensure that the second one will be the target of all bounty hunters :).

Well bounty manager is one of the big factor why bounty hunters participate in a bounty because it would mean they already have a reputation of being trusted and pay the participants with what they work for. One should also look at the basis of the token distribution amount if it is fixed or depends on the token sale because it would be an advantage if it is fixed because even if the bounty will take a long time to finish, you know that you can receive the same amount of tokens compared to not being fixed and you can only receive a little amount as more people join the campaign.

Just want to let you know, Bounty manager has nothing to do with the payout. It's all distributed from the DEV of that ICO. Bounty managers only manage bounty, then they will send the sheet to DEV

As a bounty hunter, I also want to earn big moneys in participating on good and legit bounties. I think what makes a good bounty program better is there team that manage thier bounties because without them we bounty hunters can't have rewards, next is the amount allocated in the bounty programs , the higher the allocation, the higher amount of money can bounty hunters will earn, and the outcome of their ICO sale, if it is successful then there is a chance that the team will give bonuses to the bounty hunters.

We know that many participants will result lesser bounty rewards on the distribution time and sometimes it is not really worth it. That is why my strategy is to join bounty campaign with lesser people but great concept of the project.

best bounty program depend on -
- first thing is for which ico bounty program launched , ico also must have a value , otherwise bounty is not worth .
- who is bounty manager
- response rate to queries by bounty hunters
- weekly updated stakes without any miss
- properly checking reports and works and then only give stakes
- clarity about all the bounties
- appropriate budget for each type of bounty
- timing / bounty period , if it is longer then budget also should be more
- etc etc
