No, currently the code is not available for Github yet. The Github will address the abstraction layer.

We decided to go with NEM vs. ERC20 for a few reasons:
1. The core technology and inception for NEM was specifically created for the more robust financial use case as in the situation with DarcMatter
2. The ease of use with developers and ability to modify the solution we believe to be much better than other blockchains in the market today
3. The ease of a blended public and private use case also drew us as well.
4. PoI (Proof of Importance) is something that is very important to us and we have our own custom modifications to what's important for the network.

In general:
NEM has a very strong team of developers and a great vision which was driven around the development of the underlying technology and its efficient use. There has been significant work that has been put into making the NEM blockchain accessible and modifiable in a much more scalable fashion than others including Ethereum. While the technology is very well designed for platform building for secure transactions such as alternative investments, it also utilizes significantly less power in its harvesting process as opposed to high energy use from mining of other cryptocurrencies; all of which create positive benefits for DMC and DarcMatter.

We think the main reason for winning this award was due to our user growth as we continued to build the platform. We were able to onboard more investors in the U.S. and Asia, along with increasing the number of alternative investment firms/funds available on DarcMatter. The DarcMatter coin can be held as Singularity Nodes. Singularity Nodes are permitted users or nodes that have at least 15,000 DMC and a necessary volume of transactions to harvest and verify specific transactions. The definition may evolve as the velocity of interactions increases and the complexity of the underlying information increases as well. Participants on the network will be incentivized to further participate the utilize the Tachyon ISC to become a Singularity Node and have the ability to harvest and verify.

Singularity Nodes will be judged by their respective ‘g-factor’8, which will be determined by a number of elements, including contractual complexity mapping from strategy profiles to outcomes9, the Dotson algorithm, nodal linkage history and other proprietary mechanisms. Dependent upon the number of parties and interactions, DarcMatter may have to develop a higher tier node with higher requirements.

While we are currently working with LPs and GPs (funds), the implementation of the blockchain to replace antiquated contracts and deal making workflow can be used for any type of investment product.  This means in the future we can level the playing field and all investment products and vehicles could become available to all investors.  For example something that only a large institution can invest in now with better terms could become just as accessible to the everyday investor.

Along with collecting fees from transactions occurring on the DarcMatter platform, participating in Singularity Nodes will allow you to act as a permissions user. More tiers with unspecified rewards may be added later on.

when do they plan to get on exchange after the unlock of the presale token by August 30? it is easy to expect a list at least on IDEX for ERC20 token but a different blockchain might not require decentralized exchange.

I found this project a great success. Its purpose is clearly written and there have been clear contributions from investors so far. Hopefully at the end of the ICO, we will begin to see the progress made on the project.

Do you really understand anything from this babble? I understand that they don't know nothing and they will not say nothing about listing on exchanges.. Maybe someday they will tell us about what exchanges they think ...  :(

the usual comment/excuse on the prevailing market condition as the reason for the delayed exchange listing, Although they have met with some exchanges. They promised a new roadmap  coming up by September ending, lets wait and see the changes in the plan. The telegram group had been quiet for 2 days, maybe investors are aggrieved.

This is showing so much frustration from every interested individuals. Cant find any news that is exciting about the project, Telegram page seem also quiet. It is disheartening seeing projects you aspire to kick off after raising fund start preventing the mention of exchange because of their country's rules and regulation. It is quite unfair

I am also waiting that it will be listed so I can see if the price will be lower or above ICO, and I think the team are also concern with the bearish trend now.
If you will ask me, I think it's alright to delay listing, timing is everything in crypto, we deserve to be trading above ICO price.

I will like verify the news around the rooms of the plan to change platform from Stellar to ERC20. How easy do they think that will be if the news is true? why do they consider this at all?

its almost a year since the ICO but there's no news about the coin the investors and bounty hunters acquired. It is still a trash coin with no value.

The plan is to start building another community while neglecting the same group that was used to raise fund. we all know they were the architect to break down in the process of the project, which the team didnt accept. The excuse after the ICO was the bear market which they never consider before the crowdfund. Now the institution partnership is the idea to pull the project through and also getting a new community.

Darc token will be listed on exrate on the 17th of April, the news was received with a lot of reactions from investors, most with the opinion of low ratings  and poor trade platform of the exchange. This is said to be the project that met the hardcap of $30M and decided to neglect investors for over 8 months. The team initially announce bitmax listing but was reject by the same exchange in few days after the announcement due to bad opinion of the community. Investors are caught betwixt 2 either to get an exchange at the least or keep watching their token in their wallets. Although they promised more exchange in the future, who knows the future? There is this news that they got partners with 150 financial institution, is great news though and they dont give us this detail, such a news that can bring more traders. Crypto is more unpredictable than ever and this is the game of profit and money everyone will risk

They have those progress in their own interest. MOst investors hold the BNB blockchain of the token and they are not planning to list the token against early announcement on pancake soon. I will advise anyone to avoid the token as the team behind it are not reliable and deceptive. The coin has never been close to the 20cent ICO after 4 years, listing on crap exchanges like exrate and p2pb2b and only in the bear market
