Now we work with the script. sha-256 is a different algorithm. for sha-256 requires a different settings of video cards, so we can not enter it with the script for this project.

First results after update - one video card Radeon HD7850 ( about 400 kh/s ) earned per day $ 1.57 . And there are still unpaid shares, and we did not lucky on mining Megacoin - not find a single block, but after finding the block shares are payed.
Also test on the pool Wemineltc - per day with all paid shares paid 0,33 LTC, that is $ 1.4. The difference, of course is not large, but the more serious hashrate will be more visible. Well, you must remember, low hashrate in our pool has a long time idling, just jumping from one currency to currency.
P.S. All currencies were changed at Bitcoin on cryptsy. Bitcoin and Litecoin exchange rate taken from btc-e: BTC - 308 $, LTC - 4.27.

You could add payouts from 0.5LTC (or even lower), 1 LTC is almost 25€....

Added Litecoin, because Litecoin now is most profitable coin.

So I had a minute amount of LTC just disappear and nothing is noted in the transaction log...any ideas?

and the shares of being mining LTC all the day?, they disappeared and it was showing 0.5LTC per payout....so i had a lot of them (shares)... as i was close to 1LTC i was having my i7 (80khs) mining with my 7870.... 370khs-390khs...

but Switchercoin is the best;
-always mine best coins ( coins that are listet on SW are with 100% coins with future)
- learning about others cryptocurrency ( you have it so...), not mining and learning about one crypto -like horse  ;)

you cant cash out  when ever u want (u need more than 1 always)
As you dont choose which coin you wanna mine, you end up having some cents in each coin.
If you turn on auto LTC buy, only some coins are exchanged.. leaving always a bit...
If you are able to mine 1 LTC, it will disappear from your account.

Until it is not solve... i will think about it as a scam. Still i have my doubts, but personally i will not mine any more.

My cgminer says i got around 320kh/s but in "My Current Hashrate" on switchercoin.com this value drop down to 90kh/s, then go up to 150kh/s the go up to 270kh/s then go up to 330kh/s.. then go down again to 90-100kh/s

It's normal. Switching does not give accurate information about the hashrate. Trust your cgminer.

Right, I was just thinking if you added another column in the pool statistics for unconfirmed blocks, and just had total number unconfirmed for each coin it would be convenient. I don't mind going to each page to see how many are unconfirmed when I am curious, as I don't do it very often, and you can seen how many blocks left for confirm, just would be easier for a quick look.

it would be cool to have a history of the conversions to LTC that happened at a specific rate.

I believe in this project, even i don't know if it's really more profitable than a ltc pool.
But my question is: can you make the "coin switch" faster for us? i see my cgminer stopping for 30-60 secs sometimes "waiting to get work", i think it's the "switch time"

Another thing.. i see others more profitable coins in these days, like: SPT,SBC,GLX,CSC,FST,PXC and 10 others. All of these are more profitable in this moment than actual ANC mining. Are you planning to integrate more coins? This pool really needs more coins to work good

I actually just found this pool, I really like the idea, just what I was looking for!

But, like VirusIEP is also saying, how do the numbers work in the transaction history? It says "Litecoin" a few times at TX_Type, but I don't even get an amount close to the amount listed there on my LTC balance? For example, the last time the number was 0.1565807661 at TX_Type Litecoin, but my balance still is only 0.0053 LTC?

I am only trying it with my nvidia GPU on my laptop now, so I understand that the numbers are low, but where are these numbers based on?

Florin is not profitable. Our tests proved it.

Now they are the best. Worldcoin not profitable because large network hashrate and little difficulty.

1% - pool fe, 1% - for autochange on Litecoin. Disable autochange - fee 1%

Some issues going on with webpage today.

Shows I have 126 LTC that came out of nowhere and 15,000% daily profit.

But all in all I cannot complain. Payments have been received within a timely manner and I am definitely making more LTC than mining LTC directly.

with 1.5 MH I am getting about .6 LTC/day and the 2 percentages at the top of the page are current profit and profit today, and 113% does mean 13% over LTC mining.

It's normal. Switching does not give accurate information about the hashrate. Trust your cgminer.

I was running during 36 hours :
- my balance is only 1.1995 LTC , all coin is zero. It is really problem, because i'm mining 1.9 LTC with my speed 7.2 MHash from litecoinpool.org
- And i set 0.5 for automatic payout, but nothing happens.

after mining on this site during 36 hours with my speed at 7.2MHash/s : total LTC payment is 1.37852788 (pay out) + 0.059 (wallet of SWITCHERCOIN.COM) = 1.43752788 LTC.
It is not profit than mining LTC from LTC pool.

According to the stats page, Netcoin, CHNcoin and Philosopherstone are the 3 most profitable coins at the moment, yet they're all disabled...I'm interested in alternatives to middlecoin, but that's not a promising start. A profit graph would be useful, even if it's just as basic as BTC/mhs each day.

Looks like 42 coin has been added and is what is being mined right now.

Pool info is cut off at only 3 places after the decimal. (.00X)
This needs to get updated, otherwise it looks like no one is actually getting paid for mining.
(Also looks like there is no transaction history screen for 42 yet either)

Just click on any coin balance on the left menu and related settings to that coin will be shown.

Why don't you have doge/bitbar/megacoin/ron paul coin? They are often in the top 3 on coinwarz. Feathercoin is usually about the same profitability as litecoin so I don't see why that would be listed.

feathercoin sometimes has a good difficulty/trade value to litecoin.  its almost always the same or less valueable vs bitcoin.  But occasionally you can get goot ftc/ltc trades.  Im gguessing thats why they have it.  I am wondering why they dont have meme coin.  meme has been on top of wheretomine.com a few times.  its not super popular but its been worth like 10 bucks a day at 400kh/s multiple times meme/ltc (which is really high for me).

I was sitting at LTC balance of 0.497 on your site for hours of mining. I mine at 1420 Kh/s. I have my auto payout set to 0.5 LTC...

I left it to mine overnight again, and despite supposed earnings of 185% over LTC for the day, I earned only .02LTC over the past 12 hours. I now only have the .02 balance, and no LTC payment has hit my wallet yet. Other pool's payments have gone through in about 15 minutes. I am losing trust in this pool. Its such a great idea, but the lack of manual payouts from LTC balance and unknown reasons for not changing out sitting balances of other altcoins is frustrating.

Why are Philosopherstone, CHNCoin and Netcoin always disabled? They are usually the highest profit coins shown on your site, but they have been disabled since I moved to this pool.

Just moved to this pool today, whenever it switches coins my hash rate on the site drops back to zero then slowly builds up before switching to another coin. Am I overlooking something or is this wasting hashes? Also how long does it take the coins to show up?

The hash rate is calculated from something like the last 5 or 10 minutes of mining the current coin. After a switch the number goes to 0 because nobody has been mining that coin... I look at the ratio of pool hash ~1500MH/s to my has rate ~1.6MH/s to determine if anything is wrong. eg. if pool shows 450MH/s and my rate is around 400-500KH/s then I know everything is alright. All shares are counted it's just an issue with how the numbers are calculated to be displayed.


I suspect it has something to do with the exchanges, either there isn't enough demand for these coins to be able to trade them in a reasonable price range for a pool this large or something along those lines.

I think the coin choosing algorithm is broken. Been mining 42 for a while when profitability is <60.. Please look into this.

Anyone else have issues with their hash-rate not reporting correctly on the site?

I'm trying to test this pool with a lower-power machine I've got *coughalienwarelaptopcough* and I've got it hashing currently (due to needing a cleaning) at ~250 Khashes.

On the site, it fluctuates all over the place (ie from 80 to 220 usually), and often drops to 0 for a while here and there -- meanwhile I'm still connected to the pool and hashing away at those blazing speeds.

Is this an issue with the pool, or am I missing something?  I'd like to see some stability before moving any real hashing power over.

Got the same issue... this happens for quite a while now.
Although the pool ops say this doesn't affect payout, I'm not so sure about that. Payout has been quite poor the last days, even for my little hashpower.
I will look out for alternatives...

If you look on the site somewhere you'll see something like this "Refresh interval: 60 seconds. Hashrate based on shares submitted in the past 1 minutes." The reason it bounces all over is because they're taking an average of how many accepts you've gotten in "X" amount of time. So over 1 minute increments for example, one minute you have 15 valid, and the next minute you only have 9 valid. Your hash rate will change accordingly on the site, although on your end the real speed hasn't moved at all. It's a common question I've seen people ask on here so hope it helps. Have a great day.

For example, now that we are mining Dogecoin, recent blocks 63335, 63269, 63260 were found by the pool according to the chart but there is no trace of there anywhere else. How much time should it take for DOGE sent from switchercoin take to reach my Cryptsy account?  Its been 12 hours so far, which seems like a long time.

Edit:  Nevermind I just read on the Cryptsy wiki that Doge deposits are severely delayed on their end.  I just used the autoconvert feature on Switcher and it worked great, so I'll keep using it for now.

Ok, I can confirm now that switchercoin say it pay me 0.69 ltc and my balance is 0.34. My auto payment threshold is 0.50 and yesterday my balance was 4.8. You can check yout balance by going to My account -> transaction history ltc. Then, ctrl + drag the columen in firefox in order to select only that column, copy and paste in excel.

I searched my ltc address in http://block-explorer.com/ and there was no payment sent to my address.

Something funny is happening, will wait until tomorrow and then ask for a full cash out.

Any news from the owner? It will be really appreciated.

This has been happening for a while now it seems. Read back a few posts and you will see that its taking 12 to 16 hours for them to post to out wallets.

There's even an explanation about so many users now and the wallet not able to process everything fast enough as they only do 3 payouts a day.

That makes no sense, unless they are manually typing in and making the payouts?
Every pool has it on automatic and as soon as it is taken from your pool stats and
on the ledger as withdrawn/credited, it should be within 20 minutes at the most to
your wallet.  I can only conclude that the pool owner is making a list of the computer
generated payouts and sending them one at a time by hand.

I went ahead and put my DOGE address in the "Payment Address" field, set the "Automatic Payout Threshold" to 5000 (minimum) and my DOGECOIN was immediately sent from switchercoin. By the time I opened my DOGECOIN wallet, the coins were already there (unconfirmed). It took less than ten minutes to get 3 confirmations.

This was much faster than the seven hours it took to get my LTC two days ago.

Ok, some good news but still 0.5 ltc was never paid to me.

Day 1 I got 0.49 ltc in balance with my threshold in 0.5, next day it was on 0.3 with threshold in 0.51, then it grew to 0.50 and I change the threshold to 0.50 AND put my wallet address and it worked!

In day1 I had the wallet address of cryptsy, don't know what happened but I lost 0.5 ltc.

Now I have 500 doge and I want to chashout, there is no option to chashout. If you mine in switchercoin and then want to leave, you will left balance there, so keep that in mind.

They are legit. It has a odd schedule when it runs its payouts but they do run and arrive as expected.

It looks like your screenshot shows 1 hour apart between 2 transactions. If its a long block it could easily go a few hours I would think.  Mining can be very random. Give it a bit longer at least. Maybe this block will pay a huge reward. Dogecoin is a random reward.

I think the estimated can only be an estimate. But that goes for any Doge estimate. All other coins I guess should be ok as they have fixed value per block.

The pool is legit.. I've been using it for months and have cashed out several types of coins and also converted them to LTC which all have been to my wallet.  I usually get at least 2 times the normal payout of mining LTC's.  I receive about 2 payments a day to my LTC wallet.  The payment is sent a few times a day so you may have to wait for an hour or two but I have always received my payments.

The pool works, payouts happen. Do they happen EXACTLY when you hit your limit.........no, but they do happen. There is no need to open a support ticket for it taking X amount of time when it's only been an hour or so since you hit the limit.

As for the time on the server for stats it appears to be GMT +1 which is I assume where the server is. I know it says your local timezone..........but it's not.

That's just what I was thinking. I hope it is just a spell of bad luck and not something more serious.

From observing the last 50 block list over the past few days it seems to be close or over 10%.
Seems rather high to me.

Took a look at DogeHouse's stats, they seem to be below 2% orphans. Both on "all time" and "last 5 days" stats.

Profit per day is closer to 140% in the last 24 hours (compared to mining ltc) instead of advertised 181% (at the moment).
Maybe orphans are counted in the add?

As a follow up I got my payout. I had a hunch that because i was on 5000 on the dot, it may not be kicking in the auto payment. I set to the pool till I got a couple more coins and the auto payout kicked in. Just a FYI if this happens to someone else.

I started mining here 27 hours ago. Taking the balance accumulated in the last 24 hours, the profit is very close to what I would have got if I mined LTC directly. In contrast, the site advertised ~168% profit. I'll move on to another pool.

Have been mining on three pools for a few days for comparison (polmine, teamdodge and switchercoin - all DOGE) and have to say my earnings on switchercoin are consistently ~30+% less than on other pools. I do understand that luck does play a part, but with dogecoin's block generation you shouldn't need weeks for the luck factor to more or less level out. Just a word of caution to everyone looking for the 'daddy of all multipools'...

Don't think I'll be coming back before there's more transparency eg. a way to chceck previous rounds' stats like on teamdodge.

As it's now mining DOGE, go to the DOGE stats page (http://switchercoin.com/statsAuthDOGE) and scroll down to the "LAST 50 BLOCKS FOUND" section. The validity column will show 'Orphan' for the orphaned blocks. You can't really see very far back (again, transparency is one of this pool's problems IMO), but at one point a few days ago it was like 4 orphaned out of 10 found blocks!

Crazy, and wonder if there's a way of double checking the validity of this information. Eg. is it possible to claim a block orphaned while in fact it was not?

that's interesting, i wonder if the pool operator can chime in and talk about that. my gut instinct is that the orphans are probably just random and legit and we have just had some bad luck, but i'm interested in other's opinions on the matter.

Increased orphan blocks in my opinion is due to the latency of the server, with a coin that has a target block time of 1 min there are a good number of people that find blocks at almost the same time. If the switchercoin server takes too long to submit our find then it is possible someone else could sneak in and submit before ours makes it.

Hi, I am just new to this pool, I am wondering u guys how many DOGE u can get from about 700kh/s, I had tested for 24hours with one 280X/710kh/s, I get 200 DOGE per hour average, now I add one more 280x with 1440KH/S in total, it's been 10hours run, I get 1800 DOGE in total, that's 180 DOGE per hour average, can anyone give some ideal what is going on? should I leave? I will run it in full 24 after that I will update my result. anyway happy mining fellow miners:)

At current difficulty (1319), 1440 kH/s should get you 457 DOGE per hour. You can google "Dogecoin calculator" and do you own calculation.

Hi everyone, I joined the pool about 10 days ago, as it seemed to be such a great and promising idea, to let the pool choose which is the best coin for you, thus avoiding to waste precious time switching from one pool to another, from a coin to another. For a newbie like me, moving to switchercoin from a pool like give-me-coins, the increase was nothing but spectacular, the daily income doubled, one day even tripled the daily income I used to get on g-m-c. So a big and shiny wow!
But, sadly, since yesterday the daily income droped significantly and today after 12 hours of mining it looks really awful, I mean it decreased to such an extent that the daily income is now similar with the one i had on my previous above mentioned ltc pool while mining ltc with 3900 difficulty. An obvious question would be here "where's then the 170% profitability of the doge over ltc?". Now, I wonder if it is still the best choice to mine doge as the dificulty is already at 1300, the value of the coin is still too low and perhaps too many big sharks in the pond(pool) leaving nothing but leftovers for the rest. If the income keeps going down I am afraid I shall move to some place else. Ahh yes, that autoexchange 1% fee which wasn't there in the beginning ;) But ok, I can live with that, I understood, there is another way to make some extra, ok, no problem, but the severe decrease of the income in the last couple of days :( Tomorrow I will make a decision whether I will stay or move some place else, it's such a pity for the great idea but...Look at my income graph and I wonder which decision you'd make. http://s18.postimg.org/wk4f99ge1/pic.png

Later edit: I made some printscreens with the payments, for today, yesterday and for the day before yesterday. Since 2 hours ago no activity in the pool whatsoever, only the khs varies up and down and the same 423 doge in the dogecoin balance, and 0.048 mec in the megacoin balance... all frozen like everything else in my yard. domogled, I have seen exactly the same percent wise drop in profits over the last couple of days. I have received considerably fewer LTC payments in the last 24 hours compared to previous days even though the profitability counter has consistently displayed 150-175%. I have moved to another pool for now. I might consider returning if things get sorted out.

The pools idea is good.

But it lacks transparency, essential functions like manual cashout, more statistics.

I was mining on this pool for 10 days. On good days I was getting 30% more LTC. However on some days I was getting more or less the same LTC if I was mining LTC directly on g-m-c.com.

Reported Hashrate on site was always jumping from 400 to 970. I live in Slovenia, EU. So my latency to the pool is supposed to be minimal.

Final reason I went to multipool are Orphans. There are just too many of them.

Operator should make the site more functional and should participate in discussion (somewhere). Until then I will stay away nor I will recommend it.

Some very excellent points being brought up here guys. 

My own concerns brought be to this thread.  Personally, I waited 12+ hours after payout "confirmation" for the payment to hit the block chain. Unacceptable. Between this, the seemingly high orphan rate\drop in revenue and "profit" meters being seriously out of tune with reality…  I'm afraid I will be moving on.

its coming back online now. my workers did a failover and went to the second pool and started mining. but switcher seems to working again.

When the predicted earning was high I was happy (still out but higher than mining LTC), once it dropped a bit it seemed way to close to LTC in reality to bother even though the figures on the website said I should be earning quite a bit more. I'm with you that the earnings don't seem to fit with reality.

The pool was mining DOGECOIN, it's random rewards, so sometime you get lucky, sometimes you don't. There were days where profit was more than double of LTC, so of course there are days where profit isn't that great. Overall I've made more on this pool than I would have with LTC pool, so I'm happy.

Hi Bortmehanic, thank you for running an excellent pool with a very good idea.  I was getting good profits a week ago, but now get about the same as mining LTC directly, when I mine Dodge on Switchercoin.

I have been mining POTCOIN now instead.  I should be getting minimum 1 LTC per day, from my 2MH/s rig, depending on the exchange.  Some days I got better, depending on difficulty.

POT is a new coin, but I think it has a good purpose that a very large number of people understand and relate to, so it has a good natural market, and seems to have a strong community adoption.

I doubt there are good enough exchanges for you to use POT on Switchercoin yet, but it is worth watching.

I have been using Switchercoin after mining LTC directly with wemineltc.com. I was initially very happy with the profits compared to LTC, with a 900 kh/s rig. I really don't get why we still mine LTC directly. Doge mining still is better than mining LTC right now. The pool has gone down from around 3500MHZ to 2060MHZ because of that in less than 2 days. Weird, really weird, wish I would be home so I could leave myself for a while but got to wait till friday till I can't get hands on my miner again :(  hope things change for the beter before that, was initially very happy on the pool. It's very stable though.

Anyone annoyed can give a try to another pool. I have created a list of different auto-switching pools and your opinion is welcomed.

I have been using this pool for a few weeks now, and definitely earned more than mining LTC directly. I have had no problems with the payouts since the first day and have been satisfied since.

However, I do not understand why the pool is mining LTC when DOGE shows 180% profit on your own website... why was it ever switched from DOGE? I saw your twitter post saying there is no profit in other coins, but thats clearly not true... Whats going on?

After conversion difficulty LTC (about 9 hour) we jump to DOGE. Now DOGE has a zero profit - confirmed by our calculations. 180% - it's mythical numbers.

Today I decided to give mining multiple coins a try. Because I usually mine ltc this pool looked nice to me. I'm mining in the pool now for 3 hours, the average speed indicated by the site is 60-90kh/s while my actual speed is 1200kh/s. I only recieved 10dodge coins in the last 3 hours. Untill you can reasure me I get rewarded for my 1200kh/s on your pool i will switch back to regular ltc again. Sorry but 10 dodge coins isn't going to cut it for me.

At the moment the course is of LTC:dodge is around 1:16.000. when i get 0.3ltc a day i should receive 4800 dodge a day which is 200 an hour and 600 for three hours. I don't understand why i receive 10.

doge is a random reward so extrapolating exactly what you should get isn't practical. However, I've had pretty good returns the last 24 hours with doge on this pool and going by the listed hashrate on the site it sounds like a lot of your shares are being rejected.

The last 24 hours have been great, no ophan blocks and a good bit of luck with generally low shares per block.

I appreciate the low fees on this pool,  for auto switching 1% is awesome.   Thank you for your efforts Bortmehanic.  Any plans to add other coins that seem to have increased in profitability?

you should look into adding Smartcoin, Digibyte, NobleCoin, Coino, KlondikeCoin, CASH and Electric VOLT. as they can be 4x more profitable than the top coin @ coinwarz, at times when multipools ain't hitting them. I don't think multipools have hit the latter two yet though.

The biggest problem, the one that made me promise not to come back, was the lack of a manual withdraw option. I'm never going with a pool that lacks this again unless there's really no alternative.

I don't understand people saying there isn't any manual withdraw option... Don't set any number for automatic withdraw, then when you want to withdraw set the limit below whatever amount you have and then BOOM next block it "auto" sends your withdrawal. Sounds a lot like a manual option to me...

Yes it's simple as that, but not with this pool, 'cause mostly you need to wait a whole day for a payout :/
Second, I really don't give a f*** about manual withdraw, what really bothers me is that 0.5 LTC threshold which is never compiled, mostly I'm getting payed next day 1-1.5 LTC, and that's what I call a lie... Also the pool is taking more than those 2% fees, I wasn't lazy and I have calculated everything... I will say it again, this idea is great but for now nothing else.

So doge reached 100k blocks and the profitability droped? Ok I get that, but the last hour was crazy, mining doge with 4 blocks still waiting for confirmations then it switched to mega coin, after 5 minutes it switched to feathercoin to stay for 5 minutes, then again switched to anoncoin for another 5 minutes or so, to end up now mining litecoin. Well, it looks like multipool to me :D, the only problem is that the hashrate drops like crazy when it jumps from one coin to another, which is never the case while mining on multipool. So we mine ltc again, ok, let's hope will stay put on that, and not jump to some other coin in 10 mins or so ;). And what about those 4 doge blocks waiting for more confirmations, are they going to be valid and pay for them or we just wasted aprox a million shares on them :) 100117, 100133, 100158, 100176 when I checked they were waiting for 25, 41, 66, 84 confirmations.

Only the displayed hash rate drops because it is calculated from the last 5 or so minutes of that coin, not of any coin. Actual hash rate stays the same.

After getting very annoyed with this pools seemingly high orphan rate, payout rounding, etc…  I've tried a couple different Doge only pools listed on Dogecoin's website to see how they operate.

I'm happy to report that among the pool I tested, not once did I experience an orphaned block.  Also the payout calcs were dead on.  This pool seems to round up a bit.

Generally, the pools I've tested had a higher overall hash rate.  I was thinking that my earnings would be about the same or less.  My personal earnings have gone up substantially. (15-30% depending on the pool)

Again I pushed my luck and mined in this pool for the last two days... And again, after passing that 0.5 LTC I didn't get payed AGAIN!!!
And of course because of everything, overall hashrate of this pool is significantly dropping, and in fact I'm mining less LTC per day, and that really sucks... e.g. give_me_coins or coinotron gives me 1.6 LTC per day, this pool a little less, and there is no point using it anymore :/

I like the concept of this, but it needs some improvements. I'm running swichercoin and having a failover-pool so I don't miss any hashrate :)

So I just noticed something.  I've been wondering what the sudden crashes are in the User Stats and just witnessed one, and not so coincidentally we switched from dogecoin to digitalcoin.  This explains a lot because as soon as my miners detected a drop in connection they would hunt for an 'alive' pool and start mining there.  Then they would switch back after some time after they detected switchercoin was stable again.  We've been switching coins a lot lately which is great but it meant my miners were constantly switching between pools and it made my graphs look all spikey like conspirospheretk.  I turned off my failover switch last night and the graphs look much nicer.  I still get the drops when we switch coins but there is no longer much downtime.  It looks like it takes a while for hash rates to get back up but I think that's a function of the graphs being some kind of running average.  My miners don't stop mining and the rewards are based on shares not what the graph looks like.  

The much bigger problem is the amount of miners we lost when a switch happens.  During this last switch we lost 500 MH/s, down from 2000 to 1500.  I'm betting it's because these people have their failover set to true and the failover time is too small so by the time switchercoin becomes stable again, the miners have already moved on.  Bortmehanic, I don't know how you can fix this except somehow speed up the switching, which I know nothing about, but maybe you should put some kind of disclaimer at the home page to set the failover time longer than 60 seconds or whatever fix in our config files would work.

As far as payments, it doesn't really bother me if I get paid at .567 LTC or 1.134 LTC as long as I get paid for my shares, which I seem to be.  If you're paying attention to your payments coming in and looking at the transaction history then you know you're getting paid.  I understand some of you like to get paid quickly but there is some bottleneck in the process somewhere.  I'm sure they're working on it.  It's worth it for me to stick with this pool because of the amount of time I save otherwise trading the coins myself on some exchange.

Yeah, I think you should implement a more sophisticated switching mechanism. The sudden drops in hashpower are not only annoying, but also a waste of power. You should try to at least still accept the shares submitted for the coin you just switched from. I think it would actually be best to wait until a new block is found on the network, before switching.

After 12 hours of mining all my balances still show zero. Hashrate is shown correctly. How often are balances supposed to be updated?

What's your hashrate? Balances on the left are only shown up to 4 digits max (which I think should be corrected), so it could be you have a balance, but it's just to low to show at the moment.

Look under 'My account' and look at the transaction history for some of the coins. There should be some transactions at least after 12hours (look at LTC and DOGE mainly).

It's normal. Approximately, hashrate = your shares/time. So, hashrate may be more or less. And hashrate on site does not affect the payment. All your shares will be paid.

Seems like the pool owner gone completely missing. If you search for his username in google, you can find that he uses that name for a lot of different sites and services but he stopped using all of them about the same time. I hope he's allright and will be back and I don't think he wanted to scam us for a few coins, he could have scammed bigger if he wanted to. It's just seems like the payment cron got stuck on his pool and he went missing.
