If I understand from whitepaper, Nebuli tokens will be in ERC-20 format. Does it mean that they will be issued in Ethereum network. We need more technical info about it.

The Nebuli tokens will be created and issued through the ETH network and he distribution itself will take place through a combination of bounties, airdrops and swaps. A small amount of tokens will also be distributed via people opting to withdraw from CMOS to NBL on the gambling platform.

This is a great coin with a great community and devs! Lots of activity going on, and several things I really love about this coin. With the instant transactions, zerocoin protocol, masternodes, and it is PoW and PoS, it is really an increxible coin! The whitepaper is a great read, really looking forward to seeing more from this coin in the future!

I found this coin a few months back and have loved it eve sense. Recently a new whitepaper and roadmap have come out and the future looks beyond exciting! It’s got a great discord community as well, where everyone helps out whoever needs it. This coin is a sleeping giant.

In the two browsers I use, the last, "Resources" section of the first / ann post in this thread looks weird with links for e.g. Masternode Setup, CoinTracking, Raspberry Pi Compile and so on all over the place and on a simple white background. Is anyone else seeing that?

The Cosmo Coin doesn't need to pump the thread by shitposts (just a reminder for managers to keep it as cleaner as possible). In fact, the active airdrop convaince community that the project is not only airdopping tokens but limited the airdrop for only those who purchased the coin (have more than 750 = less than 25$) with a full developped wallets for different platforms. The project is making big steps toward the futureand its community is in considered growth. It just needs some time to have solid steady growth  :)

I was on the fence until I read the whitepaper, and then I market-bought enough for a MN.

I believe the whole cryptocurrency bear market is ready to turn bullish again very soon. And when that happens, alt coins will perform very nicely. This is a buyers market for anyone looking for mid to long term gains, or even to generate a passive income via masternodes. Lack of volume and they delisted. Not a huge loss as stocks is a crappy exchange. The vast majority of the volume was done on CryptoBridge anyways. It’s great to see the community start growing again.

I do not really follow the progress of this project and do not really understand what the problem is going on, but if it is still struggling and do not lead may be the beginning of the bus turning point

I am not sure about the "bus turning point", but many projects struggle price-wise these days, particularly the young projects are under pressure. If the dev-team and the quite active community continue the development, this project should be a successful one.

Seems like a good project and the community in Discord is picking up. This is the era for POS coins and when it comes with fair distribution, it makes it more interesting. I am sure a lot of community members would appreciate it. Would standby and see how this works and hopefully by the looks of it, its gonna be a successful one.

Even some starting delivering their products but also have problem in price ..
The market is bearish and we don't know how this will last ..
So we should care about what is status of project development rather than looking only on price ..
But I see that CMOS has good support on 200 sat which is great for young project in the space

I guess this was to emphasize the grand step (actually more of a grand twist :)) in the development of the coin. This seems reasonable to me - it would be a shame to let this get lost in the already a bit lengthy ANN thread of the initial version of the coin.

Devs are working hard to make this project succeed. Big things are coming up.

Since the 20th of December 2017 over 230,000 blocks have been mined, the Cosmo project is ment for one purpose and that is to serve the community, its based on the PoS and Pow hybrid model. It hopes to serve as a source of income to investors through Masternodes returns.
We will include interoperability through an exchanges that is decentralized and autonomous. Our investors will be able to trade easily between Cosmo coin and Nebuli. Cosmos also have a great roadmap.

The similar projects connected with  different investments into this sphere always have a huge number of users and good infrastructure. As for this project to be successful, it is necessary to add interesting functions which will deserve there is nobody attention from users and that will be though a little to distinguish this platform from others.

I guess the coin could have better marketing, the idea is not bad. Privacy is needed but how will it be implemented I'm tired of seeing all these new coins popping out using old tech or just promising something non existing. I would like to see a real product functioning and giving live examples of how it can benefit the world.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
We will be re-branding from Cosmo Coin [CMOS] to Omiron coin [OMR]. The changes for this will take place with immediate effect.

We have made these changes for a number of reasons. Firstly, the legal conflict that stems from sharing a similar name to Cosmos Network. They filed a patent in August 2016 for the name "COSMOS", which can be verifed from the US patents office website. Even though the names are not identical, the single letter difference is still enough to create confusion among potential investors looking to purchase coins from either project.

Additionally, the chance of a re-branding gives us the opportunity to comply with the International Standards Organization (ISO). In order for our project to meet their standards, a 3 symbol ticker must be used and it should not clash with country codes. The change from CMOS to OMR, therefore allows us to be compliant with these regulations. 

Thirdly, the project has been struggling a lot with brand identity. In the past we have got complaints not only about Cosmos Network, but also of our logo resembling Stellar Lumens coin. There are no plans to change the logo for a 3rd time, however, the name change will definitely give us more uniqueness.

A wallet update will be taking place next week that includes CSS changes to reflect the new name and ticker symbol.

In terms of development, the NBL token creation day is still planned for June 20 and we will be working on the DEX very shortly.

It's hard to find the bottom in the current market situation when everything is going down because the whale keep on dumping BTC, we need to get rid of all the moon boys to rise again.

At such cost it is much simpler to enter Ethereum and it is possible to buy any interesting tokens also. As for COS, I consider the project is possible to consider as investment, the team is seriously ready, detailed roadmap and rallied collective confirms it to us.

Cosmos should be on cryptopia the listing is not very expensive and the quality of the exchange is pretty okay, the volume is high enough

I am strongly against listing the CMOS at the stocks.exchange - from multiple sides I have heard that there are issues with this exchange driving some coins to the point of them requesting delisting from it. Another exchange, perhaps Cryptopia, Blockbid or some other, yes, but, please, we should stay away from stocks.exchange.

I would like to see the development plans of the project a hint of the real business which will demand the coin. This is one of the key components of success. the changes are only visual!

Often much what is painted in roadmap, and it seems very difficult to I understand and you think that in realization it will be even heavier. But in practice, everything is very quickly implemented and made in action, many examples of that were in other platforms earlier. It isn't necessary to be afraid of large volumes of information, it is necessary to allow developers to embody them in reality.

I have never personally traded on stocks.exchange, but, as I have mentioned already, I have heard multiple people, including members of various dev-teams complaining on different discord servers about stocks.exchange. One coin actually actively pursued delisting from that exchange, while other dev-teams have issued warnings against trade on that exchange.

Cryptobridge is very slow but till now was everything OK.

CB is a bit slower, yeah, but I have not had any issues yet as well. For all those who have issues using the Cryptobridge exchange via browser, I suggest using the app you can download from their frontpage (instead of "Launch DEX" pick "Download"). I have been using it for a while now, and have had no problems with it.

I upvoted Cosmo because there is great potential for this coin. Why? Its huge community of supporters will drive this coin to its own greatness among the great coins. And this is just the beginning. More and more people are joining the community day by day.

Rebranding is happening because there may be chances of having legal conflicts with Cosmos Network due to similar name. They have already filed patent in 2016 for the name "COSMOS".

CB is not perfect - I have been seeing official messages on CB discord dealing with occasional withdrawal / deposit problems. Apart from this happening to other exchanges as well, I can say that I have never had any issues or major delays using CB.

iam running three masternodes with this coin and the setup is very easy and the masternodes are very stable!

Generally, the Omiron network and the wallet seem to be running very stable for months now, at least in my hands.

I don't think it is good signal of good, reliable exchange anymore. Dev should release their ann soon.

The only way to obtain some OMR is buying on CryptoBridge exchange, storing and staking them. You will have a amazing passive income.

As you can see that running a MN is just a form of staking, but more harder to set up the masternode. So that the profit from MN in fact is more than staking.

Okay I can understand why they want to change it, I just hope the new name and logo will look better than the previous one.

Think a fresh start with new name is a good idea. Honestly, though I know it was stated the logo was likely to stay the same I would strongly reconsider that and use the opportunity to make a new logo. This is likely the final iteration so might as well capitalize with a new logo that jives well with the new name.

Exchange Proposal - Fund Raising - CoinExchange.io

I watched another community raise 5 BTC in about 48 hours using this method (bigger exchange Exrates).  For a solid low cost exchange like CoinExchange.io, we could do it by holding a fund raise.  The dev would simply take  some of their masternode rewards  if they choose OR the airdrop coins  of CMOS plus some bonus Nebuli at a fixed cost.

For example, up to 2 BTC at 0.0000150.   Community members have incentive to buy to get on an exchange with liquidity and it gives the dev funding to make it happen for a better exchange.  Win/Win.

Obviously the listing would need to wait until the new wallet re-brand.

Would be delighted to see some huge profits after this long lasting negative downtrend that we have seen in crypto since January

its just the creation of the coins now cmos coins are OMIRON coins i think the devs said that the coins can be swapped for the NBL token on the DEX that will be released in Q3

It's a domino effect.  Getting on CoinExchange allowed us the opportunity (FGC) to get enough volume to get on CoinMarketCap.  CoinMarketCap has helped bring new people into the community to work on the next exchange etc.. etc..

Low supply coin, a good community, masternode implementation, and POS model - what more can you ask for! This is a long term HODL coin considering the developers effort in this project.

It is cheap as to how many coins you can get per dollar today - the question is, though, whether the market is going to keep going down and keep pulling the Omiron (and other coins) down with it.

Similar to other coins one can stake: briefly, you download and install the wallet for your operating system (see the first page of this thread for links), then transfer the coins you acquired to the one of the wallet addresses and leave the wallet to run 24/7. Please note that one is in the midst of re-branding - the latest version of the wallet still contains previous logo / name of the coin.

That can happen with local wallets occasionally. As long you manage to get it working again, everything is fine / normal.

Yes, there are too many Masternodes coin nowadays, and without any other uses than just passive income the value is bound to get lower as time goes, but it's not the case with Omiron, and you can see this on the roadmap. For the time being, we can only be patient and wait for it.

For Omiron you don't need a lot of money to set a Masternode so now it is a good time to buy but only if this coin will survive.

A privacy feature could be great. If DEVs implemented, for exemple, the Zerocoin protocol into Omiron, it could  give it an edge in the privacy field over other cryptocurrencies. Zerocoin is a cryptographic method which has been acknowledged by many developers to give a currency more security and privacy.
