Are you the same person who defaulted on a loan? Defaulting a loan results in a negative rating. Multiple accounts without clarity of who owns what is making all your (and associated) accounts untrusted in my eyes.

I think it's highly likely the person controlling or posting from this account now isn't the original Gleb/Gage either. If there is an outstanding loan in default you should either repay the loan or negotiate terms with the owner of the debt agreeable to both of you, if you can, that will put you not in default. As long as there is a loan in default outstanding, it is difficult to argue against the ratings.

Again, please enlighten me as what loan is in default, for on my end I don't see one.

The debt is no longer mine. Another individual purchased it from me a few days ago, and asked that I return the collateral (the Gage account) to Gleb/YuTü.Co.in. I believe they do not consider the loan defaulted, however I cannot speak on behalf of them. There is no reference thread; I lent through PM.

The Gage account is almost certainly in the hands of the original owner, as I returned it to YuTü.Co.in. I have not sold it or anything.

Can you release the signed message agreeing to the terms of the loan? Or if unavailable the relevant PMs with the terms of the loan? Or any other evidence of the loan?

So the account was never used, that's why it shows woke up and Gleb has reset the password to take the full control of the account. we just need the TXID of repaid loan of 0.13BTC to confirm that it was indeed paid out.

I think Bruno made some enemies at the cabal for busting their altcoin scam pump and dumps in the past.

What does any of this have to do with the fact that you 1) Used your original account as collateral and had no intention of paying it back, and 2) Tried to sell the other one? You saying "IM IN CHARGE OF THIS ACCOUNT" isn't sufficient proof of anything and regardless doesn't change the fact of point A or B, does it?

This behaviour is pretty much exactly what you expect from every other scammer who gets busted before they can take money.

I also find it a little weird that someone who has been here as long Gleb/Gage wouldn't know who I was. I've also had previous interactions with both of them but those have seemingly slipped his mind. I think it's highly probable that whoever controls these accounts now is whoever Gleb/Gage went into business with (or loaned the accounts to) for this ICO.

How is it humanly possible for a Global Moderator not know, or how to obtain as to why I've been banned in the past?

A couple of those bans I don't have a clue as to why I was banned. My recent ban pertained to this account for blasting PMs which I found on my own accord was a no-no, thus stopped the practiced but was banned ~2 weeks after the fact for the offense. Akin to stopping the practice of trying to sell my account for fear of what's happening now.

My first ban back in 2011 resulted in me founding the very first crypto-based charity - Bitcoin 100 - where not a single satoshi was misappropriated nor any of its Team members paid a single satoshi of their literally thousands of hours of work in advancing this space.

You also tell your potential buyers the accounts can be used for signature campaigns, so that "route" seems well known before you decided to sell. I can only imagine what changed your mind?  Regardless, you claim to have successfully sold 2 other accounts before deciding to go this other route...

I certainly had an elevated level of trust with the Gleb account (and others Bruno controls), and if "bigmelons25" would have contacted me the day after potentially purchasing the Gleb account and asked for help, a loan, etc. without a hint of changing hands, I may not have thought twice.

It seems it is purely down to details. He disagrees with the fact that I said the account has in fact been sold, as opposed to it was attempted to be sold. The account probably hasn't been sold, but I still think there's something very shady going on here that Bruno has gotten himself involved with somehow or the account was or still is also in the possession of someone else (as well as Gleb - maybe whoever roped him into the ICO). He never got into the politics and the trust system much apparently, but was on top of the HIGH profile scams like Cryptsy..

You really don't understand how trust works do you? For the record... I'm running with the "Default" Trust settings for the board. That is to say, that I have not explicitly added nor excluded anyone. That is how Gleb's alt's appear to me. You'll note that suchmoon's "countering" does very little "from the outside".

If Bruno’s ICO turns out to be a scam or otherwise unsuccessful then you will lose your money. If it turns out to be a successful enterprise then you may turn a profit. The overwhelming majority of small businesses including those that have an ICO will fail, while those that ultimately succeed generally have great returns.

I don’t think it is outside of the norm for a mod to invest in an ICO. Many mods prefer to keep their money in bitcoin and don’t want to invest in altcoins or ICOs but I don’t see any reason disallow this.

I would say as long as there is no hidden arrangement such as a mod receiving an undisclosed payment to promote an ICO or a payment to say they have invested when they have not or otherwise be deceitful there is no issue here. I am not aware of any of the above being the case in this situation, nor any allegations this is true, unfounded or otherwise.

You seem to be two-faced about these things. When Vod rated me red after blackmailing me (he threatened to red-rate me unless I changed my rating of him), you sided with Vod. Of course I understand that you want to protect that positive trust Vod has left you, so you don't want to piss off Vod which would make you lose it. The only facts here are that you tried to sell your account, which is a total scumbag move and which could have had disastrous consequences, and that's why the feedback was left. Suchmoon said he gave the account back to op, but who knows who has access to that. I don't believe he got a signed message from him. I think suchmoon was just trying to do the right thing here and get the account back to the original owner but paying the debt doesn't absolve him of the fact that he readily will give away access to his accounts and that is the whole issue here in the first place. Suchmoon is convinced Gleb is who he says he is, but I'm not so sure there isn't also a third party involved here. A lot of things still just don't add up to me and that's why I think the negative feedback is important here. Believe me, I hope gleb just fucked up by trying to sell the account in a moment of madness and the ICO is a success and everyone makes money, but that's not how they usually go. Gleb could be pretty desperate for money especially if he will sell/loan his accounts out but desperate men can do desperate things, even if they were once good or a respected member of a community.
