Last year we had a great run. Despite the downs in the beginning of this year, I still believed that by the starting of October, the will be a good run, but I don't see anything of significant improvement. What do you guys think?

We already have so many threads already regarding the bull run in 2018 so better stick with that thread itself to stop spamming.But the actual answer for this question is no one knows until it will happen so hoping too much will cost us too much so it may start at october,but there will dumping again from the short term investors.

In addition I think the extension of the decision on bitcoin ETF would have an effect on the price.
This is usually the period of rise in the market, and indeed some projects like XRP and CHT has had good runs, but is yet to be a general unilateral growth.
And with more ICOs looking to clear their overhead costs, the market might dip further.

Im expecting that this year will be a good year like last year, the currency is unpredictable but no one else can predict what will happen, so it is good to earn or invest now.

No one can really said this but if you go to speculative sections of this forum you will find out that many speculators are saying there is going to be a bull run but no one is certain if this is going to happen.  However,  to me bitcoin is going to be a little better by then than were it is today.

if you are talking about bitcoin and it having a bull run in December, then it is very hard to say because it is 2 months from now and many things can happen for example we can still be in the same range as today that is between $6k and $7k or we may be having a slow rise and be at $9k but without any major bull runs.

if you are talking about an altcoin then you have to be specific about their names, they are not all the same and are not moving together.

I'm not seeing that kind of December move myself. By this time last year, we were already seeing heavy fluctuation and I think the price had already moved from below $1000 to around $5,500- $7,000 at this time. So no prove yet.


Yes for what we know about the crypto market, any bull run without bitcoin has not been confirmed. It may just be a pump.

People who believe that bitcoin will have a bullish end this year believes that the last quarter could a good quarter to be bullish.
We never see a real bull run this year so far, I think it's gonna come within this year and everyone will be happy watching the price rise.
Even if we will not see a price over $20,000 now, but it we reach $15,000, that is a big improvement.

Nobody can confirm that. The big increase was only in December of last year so, it doesn't happen every year. There's no sign for increase as it was the year before, no possibility for increase.

that is the main topic on when the bullrun will return but honestly we really dont know when it will happen in the market it cannot be or maybe before the year ends. We were just giving our insights but there was no evidence that it will happen.

As you said, there's no interesting development so far. Another bull run is very unlikely this year. A bull run doesn't happen for no reason. Last year was caused by Bitcoin futures market popping up in conventional exchange.

Overall, I'm still thinking that Bitcoin is due to drop below $6K and it might still happen this year.

It will happen. We do not know when though. But it sure does.
If you could only see the brighter side then you wont doubt it or even worry a little bit.

A lot of people now are using the crypto currencies which is good news.

Not because we had a huge bull run at the end of the year of last year, it doesn't automatically mean we're having a similar trend this year. Bitcoin rose last year simply because it was super hyped up everywhere. This year? I really don't see that happening. I think only real adoption would actually get us back to another bull run.

You just really want to be expected by those big whales that does make Bitcoins price pump, so they might not do it since everybody is really expecting that.

Have you noticed something about the movement of the price from 2013 to 2014 compared to 2017 to 2018?

Well for me this coming December we will see the same price as the current price this is just based on my own speculation and I am just relying on the movement price in the past.

You can follow the old movement of the price of bitcoin and wait for another event like block halving and you will notice some improvement about the price of bitcoin.

Every year we get more graphs so we will have more matches :)

I do not see any serious prospects for price growth.
Bitcoin growth requires very good news, such as a positive ETF decision.
Interesting events should be in 2019. Mining becomes a disadvantage at current rates and we expect a 2-fold decrease in rewards per unit in May 2020 (approximately).

Why not? It will depend on the news around the crypto currency world. Perhaps large investors will decide to pump some top rated coins and the bull run will return in December.

Honestly, I do not believe that Bitcoin will grow above $9000 this year, because too many regulations were imposed after the previous bull run of 2017. Moreover, some countries banned crypto exchange markets, therefore the current situation significantly differs.

Although I do not believe in history circle, I still hope the market can pump again. But I have read in some technical analysis posts, they told that Bitcoin will dump under 6000$ soon.

Past performance can't guarantee future result so even how good we are in doing technical analysis or making such fearless forecast, no one knows what will happened in the end. If you really believed that bull run will start this month then just do whatever you want just to take advantage of that expected bull run of yours.

Just patiently wait for it, sit back, relax and "trust the process".

What happen in the past does not mean that it will happen again this year. Its hard to determine what will be the movement in the market. All we can do is wait.

This space us filled with speculations. People are only judging based in what happened ast year, there's ni certainty tygay it will repeat.  Last year's bull run was really nice, but may not happen this year.

We can't really tell as for now.Maybe history will repeat again but it's still uncertain though.The best thing to do now is just buy and hold,because if a bull run might appear this year,then you will be gaining huge profits and everything  that you desire will be realized soon.

Yes I agree on that, no one can really tell the exact time about the bullrun. Market volume and price is unpredictable because it is not depending on the government or maybe group of people, or institution , so then I strongly agree that the bitcoin bull run is really unpredictable. But I think there is really a chance to rise the worst is we don't know when?.

I hope so bull run coming soon,  but we can not control the market.  Bull market will be coming if there are many good news around crypto that will increasing demand of crypto. No one know when will be started but sure will be coming,  if not in the end of this year could be next year.  

The first rule of the crypto market is "Never expect anything from it" . If you expect anything to happen (eg: Hope the price to go up) it probably won't happen. Last year the price spiked up so high because of the price surge that took place because of the positive news which lead many investors to invest in BTC. It was obviously a bubble if you look at the price charts. There are no such big news for crypto this year and hence I am least expecting the price to go high or rather I would say I am expecting nothing from it  :P (still hoping something magical to happen and price goes up)  ;D .

Many people believe end of the years ( December ) will become the answer about market condition right now, keep go down or up in high value again. Until now I don't see any analyze that support the faith. Can't say anything but I'll prepare for the worst, protect my asset become the main goals.

Well, it is surely what a whole lot of people are expecting because after holding the market at the peak and still keeping up with the faith, the mindset of at least expecting the market to come up with some movement upward to at least break even in the short term will always be there, and hence, would always end up becoming the thing that would make a lot of them expect a bull run.

Still, this is actually always the target of the whales most of the time to use that opportunity to shed most weak hands out of the market as long as their expectations are not met. We might see the bulls coming in for the alts before the end of December, but I would not see it happening on a huge magnitude with bitcoin.

Well, as markets go, crypto and Bitcoin are already oversold 10 months straight. So basically, it will correct some time. Even if you're very bearish on the markets, a correction to $11,000 is in sights for Bitcoin.

Many people believe that the bull run will come again in near future. In my opinion, the market wouldn't continue downward trend forever, it would rebound again in some time in early 2019.

My guess is Nope. December last was the culmination of an entire year's momentum. This year is flat and/or down. There might be twitch of life but it'll be a blip not a decisive trend.

No bull run , low volume if you see . if you see some crypto up 5 10% this not mean is a bull run , most of crypto are down 500 1000% from last ATH , 5 10% not change much . i know everyone wait for the next bull run , but this is the true no one know when will come . and when will come probably 90% of us will lose more money .

As someone already mentioned, past performance doesn't guarantee future success, and that saying is very much applicable in this market.

So for me I don't see in any shape or form the same bullish trend we have witnessed last year. It will be a joy to see the price breaks 5 digit mark, but I wouldn't be surprise if the price goes around $8K level. I have no expectations for a new all-time-high this year.

Well i think prediction has no assurance at all some prediction become true but some are not. And I believe that the bull run id's not depending on one person or maybe group of people around the crypto. No one can really tell the exact time on when will the bull run occur or take place in the crypto market place.

I think the market will stay this way for more than years, the manipulators will have to let the weak hands suffer until they sell their tokens. If they survive to hold their coins while the price of BTC dips to $1k again, you are really determined to become millionaire.

It is hard to predict if this year will have a bull run because the market is volatile. Im expecting to that this december will have a bull run.

yes there's no significant improvement on this month , but for sure there will be a good run before this year end IMO.  Like what always happen every year end . wherein still has tends to happen again on this year especially before xmas like what other predictions and  technical analysis.

As expected most of the crypto  users talk about last month for the bull market and for now bitcoin reach to $6400 and in December the price will shift to 25k which will be the best time to use it for trading and converting to other altcoins would also be better.

What in my head is i believe December bull trend will come, but actually with any price of bitcoin, i already satisfied, so i don't really worry about that for now. I join bitcoin trading since it is on low price and this price actually still high to me.

It was a very good year, I would say it was a memorable year.

I don’t think they will allow the same thing to repeat itself this year. They already know that a lot of investors will be expecting the bull run to repeat itself again this year, so they will not allow it to happen, rather they will prefer to take everyone by surprise.

But if you’re because of bull run, then you’re wasting your time and you’re not supposed to be here. If you like Bitcoin, then you should be here to stay and not to bag some money and run away.

The fact that we had a bull run last year does not mean we will just get to see that bull run every year.
A lot of people just want the market to keep going up without knowing that the market will always surely have to take its time to develop before we can even start seeing anything at all.

Yeah, we have always known December to always come with some sort of good movement upward, but this does not mean it would always be that way and even if we might get to see some this year, I would say the alts may want to make some move, with bitcoin going sideways before continuing the downtrend eventually, so we just wait and see how things turn out.

I also, feel that until the end of this year there were no signs of a bull market, at least bitcoin and ethereum reached the point of half the price of ATH.

Correct I guess, I also noticed that this year of 2018 most projects emerging in ICO is a most likely scam or fraudulent. That also gives a bad effect on the market price some investors afraid to invest.
Then speaking of bull run this month of December, well, I think there is a high possibility it will happen because when you compared last previous market price it just looks like at that month the price usually raising up. So, let's just wait at that month help the market and hold your portfolio whatever obstacles happen.

The market has not shown signs of improvement compared to last year and many people lose money with Bitcoin that they are concerned about investing in it. Greed leads to the market going down and panic is causing market turmoil.

we dont know when it will happen bull run can happen anytime of the year so we can expect it before the year ends like what happened last year since we dont really know when it will happen the best thing to do is to be preferred.

As per my prediction, I think yes there will be bull run this year but most probably in November, If not than we have to wait for one more year. Before Christmas financial institutions and big investors will put money.  I am not 100% sure but only the reason of Christmas can bring bull run back otherwise there is no big news in the market.

Yes, can the price of crypto currencies rise every December from now to 2030 and than suddenly one December stop going up ? Sure that could happen too.

Moreover, this does not mean the price will rise this December at all. There are no regulations, there are no limits and there are no governmental interference with the price of bitcoin, so this means that manipulators (whales) can do whatever the fuck they want.

Hence, they can make the price go up on December, they can make it go down, they can make it go straight, however works for them will happen.

I really do laugh out hard when I tend to see posts like this and people trying to show their frustration. Come on bro, the market is in an indecisive state since we are in a descending triangle and it is normal to see the market move sideways within a range before eventually deciding the next line in action which will be known by the break of that triangle to whichever direction it tends to and before we can even start saying whether we might be bullish or we will go bearish as the case may be. Moreover, we are not even done with December yet.

Market is always going to be hard to predict and truly, there is no way anyone can actually know what the future holds for a market, except to just monitor the price action on the chart and just find a way to blend with it. Will there be a bull run this December for the whole market, well, time will tell and even though the market really looks like it is gearing up for it, one would still have to just be patient for it, most especially now that the market is still moving sideways and where we are going next is something no one can really tell yet.

We can not really say but the reality is that it might still happen.  The bull run we witnessed in December last year may not happen this year but I strongly believe that in the first quarter of next year we may witness bull run.  However,  I see the current price as an opportunity to buy and not selling.

Thats based on many factors. We can not rely on the current information that we have because it is in accordance with the current situation itself. We will be able to predict it few weeks ago depending upon the changed trend of the 24 hours volume to the crypto currency market. What market situation is at that time and many other factors altogether will be able to help with this regards. Believe me, if the crypto currency would have been so much easier to predict then we could have done that already.  ;)

Bull run?

Its more of a bull trap, lol. If you are referring to bitcoin then sorry to tell but there will be no bull runs because the market is currently on a stagnant phase. No one doesn't want to enter because they are all afraid that they are going to lose and no one wants to risk its anymore.

A few months ago I was almost sure that the end of this year would be as bullish as the previous one. Now I think that this year will show a bit different picture. To my mind there's going to be a smooth, pretty moderate growth. No abrupt leaps in price, no crazy ups, downs and pumps.

The run bitcoin had last year started earlier and ran till the end of the year. Since the beginning of this year, the bitcoin market has not had an increase above 10k. Speculations have been made before now regarding the increase in price, which has not yet been seen. For the fact that bitcoin's price has not had a bull run up till now, the tendency of it happening before December is quite slim.

Last year is undoubtedly year of the bullrun that climaxed to bitcoin's hitting its all-time high of $20k before plunging down again the following year. That following year is this year which dominated by bearish market since January with a possibility of extending its streak till december. The anticipated bullrun of last quarter remain to be seen and with the unpredictability of crypto market, no one know when will it happen.

You also have to be mentally prepared, just in case if the price does not go as expected so that you are not frustrated later,

Well, we cannot really see the sign of a serious bullish movement like what happen in the late last year where the whole thing started from around September through December last year. There has not been a serious positive news about Bitcoin and crypto currency in general this year when compared with happen last, so one should not expect much thing to happen particularly within this remaining month of 2018.

May be last quarter could be the best year as the returns are concerned. Now will it rise like last year is must wait and watch but even if we get a good news happening in the world the market will start the bull run and will cross at least 10k immediately.

I no longer believe in the electronic money market, but I do not sell my coins, I'm determined to hold them until the value goes up again. And now I do not care about coin prices anymore.

No one cannot predict the future market conditions in this Price is the major sight of experts to analyze its future movements but so far almost all the predictions have uncertainty in them. Well big possibilities can always be plotted by us but we have to make sure that the market becomes more or less positive before it can even reach to the ATH prices. Obviously there is one big factor that make me feel we will have the return of ATH. Thats, last year's ATH which the whole world saw and witnessed. Now there is high chances that these people might be looking forward to see something similar and thus may start jumping into it right away. Thus, new investors will be rolling their cheques towards the crypto fundings and thus surprisingly it could go to the moon with all those investments.

That is a very brilliant rule and that is certainly because the market is unpredictable and following that rule that you have mentioned I will say the best thing to always do at every point in time in a market is to always blend with the trend as nothing is as better as that.

All the above, the ability to blend with the trend will always come with some understanding of trading and trends, and without that, this is something that would not be possible, otherwise, in that case, I would say, stop assuming for the market, buy the dips and just keep holding for the long term. I also expecting bitcoin prices to trade in five digits by end of this year and within first quarter of 2019, we may expect to have a new ATH.

Even new in the field, i believe that there are legal battles and obstacles that cryptomarket has to to go through. However, crypto is the future for transactions and i am positive that it will thrive in the following years!

There are lots of cryptocurrency Expert say cryptocurrency will be growing in faster. If you know how to analyse cryptocurrency market and you can get the result in this end of the year it is possible to growing very faster and it can be possible to recover previous market price. So we can say the market will be Run in December so just make a patient until December.

There are signs that we soon have the rally that will usher in the last quarter of the year. Most of the year have been bearish with the market in reds making the holders of cryptocurrencies  to have a depleted portfolio. Bitcoin has been bouncing off the support at $6k most part of the year showing the hope that the reversal will soon be noticed. It is also in record that for the past 3 to 5 years now every last quarter of  the year has seen the market trending to a new high.

Well, i see that too. It might be a surprise or something. Last year or January 2018 got the highest bull run of Cryptocurrency and i believe it will be happen again because cryptocurrency is the next future of payment method.

It is so true that what we have encountered here in the market of crypto is too far from the situation of market last year. It may seem that this year was totally not good for the market of cryptocurrency but since we do have a faith and we do believe that good thing will come to crypto world anytime soon before this uear 2018 ends.

I dont think it will grow back in 2018. From now until the end of the year, its price is still the same and there is not much progress. Please stop expecting Bitcoin prices to rise. We need to help it grow stronger by investing in the long term.

No one can predict the trend of electronic money, as many people predicted 2018 is the year of altcoin, but the price of coins has dropped to the lowest level in recent years.

Don't expect too much from the end of the last year. I know that many are expecting similar scenario like last December but this year we have totaly different conditions on the market and although precise predictions can't be made I don't expect another bull run. Maybe some smaller jump compared to current price but nothing spectacular.

Not knowing when is not the worst, the worst that can ever happen to anyone is to have missed the bottom in the long run and then end up joining FOMO which I believe after all has been said and done on this forum, we will still see topics coming up with how i missed the bottom and asking if they should buy now.

No one knows when there would be a bull run or if the likelihood of a bull run happening this December is possible, but whenever it comes, what is important is to just simply take advantage of now and build on what you can for the future.

Exactly, totally different conditions and different investors. I would say that investors of today are way more smarter than last year. Intelligent investors would study how the market goods, be flexible and make the necessary adjustments.

While investors last year (more of FOMO), will simply put their money and hope that everything will take its natural course to go on a parabolic rise.

I would be surprise if the price reaches $10K this year. We're lucky if we see the price jumps between $8k-$9K in December.

We all are expecting that the bull runs ends this december and the new year brings a exciting price for each cryptocurrency including bitcoins. This might surely happen with bitcoins atleast i think and i am eagerly waiting for it since the time bull run started.

No one knows on when would be the possible next bull run but rest assured not all the times we would experience a bearish market on where there would really be a time that the market would start to recover but the question would still remain on when it would happen. We are already on last quarter of this year but we havent seen any significant bullish news that would trigger out the reversal trend.So,we dont have any choice but to wait up.

I am hoping so, just like what happened last year when everything was hype up. That's a lot of blessings for a crypto currency enthusiast and as for me it will going to come back. Remaining year the price spiked up so high because of the price surge that came about due to the nice information which lead many traders to invest in BTC. There are not any such big news for crypto this 12 months and subsequently i'm least watching for the rate to move high or as an alternative so anything can be happened but i am anticipating nothing from December 2018.

Yes, i think we can see a bull run on December this year but my personal opinion is that will not be so big as last year. I personally think bitcoin will surpass over 10000$ this year. All we can do is just wait and get more coins until then, and hope that market will go up at least at 50% value of last bull run.

We all want this to happen. But the thing is we don't know if  the bull run will happen again this year. As we all see, the market is stable at 6k to 7k dollar. And its has a hard time growing again this year. But lets wait if the bull rub will return again.

In my opinion, we only have small chances of having a bull run this year. All the pumps we had this year was just a dead cat bounce after a massive price drop. Yet, crypto market is still healthy, regardless of how huge the market cap reduced from december 2018, we're just having a bad year. As, we all expect the bull in the market, but I wouldnt put all my hopes for that, instead i'll extend my patience and faith to my coins.

At least we might see some crypts that really recovers,not to the point they pump way huge but to the extent that they are consistent in being green that red at long time

Some of my friend here said that after October this year, the changes will come up to us. I don't know what He's talking about, it could be that bull run turns were Bitcoin will start to rise up and also the other alts too something like that. Just what all I see now most of the ico so far in my perception are quite good comparing a couple of months were it was a bad experienced actually.

I also hope so and also willing to see bitcoin all time high this year but I am not sure this will happen this year.  I am hopeful that bitcoin will again touch 20K by December 2018.

In my opinion ETF is not good for bitcoin because the investment cap is reducing day by day and people do not want to make their investment in bitcoin related ETF. When a coin is decreasing how its ETF will succeed? For investors like me bitcoin is enough. I don’t need any ETF. When the price bump last year, was there any ETF? Price depends totally on investment capital.

The increase hasn’t been much this September and October, this is unlike that of 2017, it not showing signs that there will be any bull running, the price has been just stable and anyone telling you that there will be a Bull run is just saying so out of a guess work like they usually do. But it would be best to invest now if you have money, since the price is stable you can put in money and wait for when the price will increase.

Unfortunately I can't agree with the opinion that we will see new bull run in coming December. Because IMHO this global downtrend will continue to fall and the by the end of this year Bitcoin will drop below $4500. So don't expect bulls, there will be bears everywhere.

That is what most new members usually think when they come into the crypto space and they just keep expecting that every single year will always come with a bull run. Things do not happen like that, we are in a speculative market, and the possibilities of getting weak hands shaken off will always be there and the easiest ways to get a weak hand into the market is to instigate FOMO in them which is what the whales have been doing and I can say we are not even close to the bottom as far as I am concerned. No one actually knows how things would turn out eventually, but being a bear year, I would not expect so much from the market this year at all.

It will fall to 4500$ bit it will back to 15000$. Financial institutions are waiting for for good price to enter. Whales always put money when everyone is in fear.

Technically and fundamentally you're 100% right because the market which was said to gain some pump in price at the first week of the Q4 first month but doing sone slightly increase and dump in price shouldn't be expected to experience some bull run or pump in price during December.

I hope this month and next coming few months bitcoin will recover and increase again . Most of the people expect on that bitco8n will recover again or during bear month they have good news in the market but I think we need still to wait more months to fully recover bitcoin from dumping.

I always thought one thing in the last months of the new year was the explosive revolution for Bitcoin and the Altcoins. So the season of harvesting or harvesting is coming and we are prepared to receive the most information on the coming.

Possible depends the Bitcoin ETF approval.But most cases it good tp start accumulating low cam market coins before the bulls return.

I think that there is little left before the new rally. Of course, it will not be like last year! But some coins I think will take their new top, and these coins will not be from the top 10. And again, all this will happen unexpectedly!

In December of the last year, because of the crypto bull runs, many people are thinking the bull run will happen in this year too. But I do not think so. Because last year everyone had hold crypto coins to make the price high! But, this year, most of the people are holding their coins to sell at high prices. But, still, I hope bitcoin price will hit at least 10K USD. If Bitcoin breaks the 6.5K USD Zone then Price will be growing continuously to hit 10K USD.

We are just at the moment when it happened last year and I  doubt if there is going to be a repeat of the same.  This time last year the bullish trend was in a top decision and all the coins and tokens were doing well but for now the uncertainty is still there.

The last 2-3 festive periods (October -, January) 2016 & 2017 respectively, The crypto market experience a significant increase and the bull run usually occurs in time like these. So judging from past events and experience, I think It'll take a similar path.

I'm more than sure that during 2018 there will be a serious bull run, probably in the end of the year. I don't think than current year will end up in the 200 billion position.

There is a shortage of money in the market, almost all new projects extend their ICO`s, because they do not have enough time to collect the necessary amount of funds. But at the same time, I believe that the market will be able to go back to its former heights!

I know that a duplication of trends that happened in the previous years has lower chance of happening as it goes on year by year. Seeing the current prices of bitcoin and the way it is moving, I don’t see we can see very high movements, I will be happy if bitcoin can reach between 12K to 15K by the end of the year.

There is a belief that ETF has agreed and that corporate money will be invested in the cryptocurrency which are in billions of dollars and there is a speculation that this will push up the value of Bitcoin to more than $30,000 till the Bull Run.

So this is something that is a bit exciting and might attract huge investment as well. SO even if the former did not occurred, the later might push up the market value of Bitcoin high up the graphs.

We don't know that but depend my analyze using MACD it will be continue until Feb 2019, that's very long time to keep hold. I also believe on that. Because last year we didn't expect the bitcoin price to fly high. Eventhough bitcoin today experiencing some major problem when it comes to its value, by the start of mid November I belive that it will change. Just because there was a bull run in december last year doesn't mean there will be another bull run this december too. Check out the prices in 2016 december, check out 2015 check out 2014 2013 2012. Was the price low and increase highly in december in all of those years? Or was it just last year? I know most people joined last december when the price went up and everyone got involved with bitcoin knows very little about the history of it but just because it went up last december doesn't mean bitcoin is something that increases every december. It is not like that, it moves when there is a big thing happening and that could be tomorrow or next year none knows.

No waiting in December, there will be a strong pump in October. I have learned about technical analysis of geometry. Bitcoin has gone a long way and has lost the triangle. The coming of a strong rally will take place and it is a good time to sell the altcoins to buy at low prices.

December is the most awaited month. Everybody is excited for that month because everybody thinks that bitcoin will go up that month. Well I am also hoping for that to happen. But I saw that bitcoin goes down a little a day before then I look for the bitcoin price again today and it is still low and it is also red. Even though that's the case I am still hoping for the bull run.

What are the facts supporting this speculation. People are expecting a bull just because it happened last year. What will make this year behave the same? Last time airdropped did pretty well. ICOs which came in the start of 2017 were huge success. Is that all happening this year as well? Of course not. Unless there is some actual increase in the volume, I don't expect any bull run. The major market sentiment is still bearish.

I think this year's bull run intervention is not going to happen! Sorry, folks. If we were to be realistic for a minute, only in great market responses can the price really prosper and as I see it now there does not seem to be any such a high impact news that will drive this bull market.

The price didn’t give any surprise for the last several months. I am not sure that there would be any bull run in December this year because the market is still very low and the price is not increasing as it is expected. When the demand is low how the price will increase? First we need big investment for bitcoin and then expect for bull run in the price. The price is volatile but doesn’t grow more than $7000.

There is just uncertain regulations today, I don't think fresh money flowing in crypto will come this year end. It use to buy since last year, most of those who invested and end up holding a token cheaper than what is was during the time they bought it is not going to make them invest once again. I also really want to believe that in December there will be a very strong growth. Because if this does not happen, I will not be able to go on vacation with my family. I planned a vacation on the condition that in December Bitcoin will cost at least 10,000. Then I will be able to afford this New Year's journey.

Of course its been preached here that patience is the key in this market. Otherwise, you might be selling for a loss and the potential to get a good ROI is diminished. So stay focus and be positive and everything will be good in the end.

This is the period to acquire cheap assets in my opinion, there are a lot of coins that are still very cheap because of the bear market and there is a high tendency that the market will recover, most altcoins that have dropped more than 80% lower are the targets, if another bull run starts which may not likely be this year, most altcoins will recover to a good profits afterwards

I don't know what marks we will see until December. But I think that in December there will be a bull run. Certainly not the same as last year, but prices will rise. All the same to the New Year, many traders will want to earn, and this will lead to an increase in prices.

I don’t think the bull run will return in December. The price might rise a bit, but wouldn’t reach same value like last year December. On March I also imagined the bull run would happened in the summer time, but it wasn’t and the price dropped even further.  :( I can’t predict future accurately. Last year because there was a HF bitcoin so the demand for bitcoin continued to increase, this caused a very high increase in bitcoin, moreover there were also many people buying because of FOMO, but for this year were there news that could raise market demand? I don't think so and because of that I'm not so sure about bullish in the end of the year.

Though I am not sure, but as China can unban bitcoin even India can accept the cryptocurrency. So, I think some other good news will come gradually and, the crypto market can go for a good pump. But bitcoin will not go to 10K USD this year, I am sure about it. If it goes to 10-12K USD then I would call that a decent bull run!

In 2016/2017 we had the block reward halving and the crazy success of ICOs. This led to an huge increase in coverage of crypto and BTC related topics in the mainstream media. In late 2017 a lot of people bought into crypto because of that which caused the massive bull run we saw a year ago.

We can't compare the progress of last against what we have for this year as we know crypto is unpredictable. The continues bearish situation of this year could be the effect of too much bullish of last year and it need to be corrected due to overvalue and now we have much cheaper price of cryptocurrency but only few investors had courage to buy with the downfall of prices. This year of bitcoin, itself has experienced a lot of corrections, you can see it from the beginning of the year until now, of course we expect the best for bitcoin but this year is the year of a bear not a bull, if I may argue from what I see the price of bitcoin starts correction in January 2018 there will be a bull in November or December 2018 but because there is a fork from the BCH it does not happen, maybe this is only a delay when the bull will occur in April 2019 (Q2 2019).

Probably, Bitcoin and some altcoins will gain a bit after Christmas but not before this day. Later, they will start growing and BTC can be really offered for $5.000+ in January- February 2019.

Not only, but also most of the people thought a bull run will start in December but here is the December month ending and the crypto market is in a critical condition. Though you have seen rapid growth in this week, ETH price increased almost 25% in this week and every other coin also! Now I believe we should forget about the bull run or bear run, we need to focus on the market trend! Don't be upset by seeing a very decline price, it is like an opportunity too!

let see what will happen after christmas.in few days ago bitcoin price movement very interested, and it attract new buyer in cryptocurrency market.and we hope this is not temporary movement.

Everyone thinks that at the end of the year there will be price improvements and recover, but towards the end of the year prices fall to $3k, fortunately not falling worse, but we see positive price changes now, hopefully next year there will be a positive thing coming..

So far this month, I can say that we have a positive movement of price, if this will continue then it's good but we still need a more aggressive

December is coming to the end. I do not think that the bulls will be in time to come to the market. However, it does not depress me at all. I am sure, in 2019 everything will be changed.

It looks like bullrun is really returning in December. The growth of the crypto in recent days allows to hope that the crypto market has passed the bottom and is recovering very quickly now. rumors there was a sharp decline on December 28, current prices are not too good to strengthen and at least can still be pushed to the lowest level. Well, on the contrary the market can also get hyped if there is institutional investment going on in the market. This can make the market move upwards slightly but not upto the expectations which you have got here.  :P

I guess many people are awaiting for a bull run though no drivers are observed right now. we have to wait till end of January I suppose

We should be thinking of Market correction. a lot has happened this year. any bear run again might result to huge loss and people moving out of the crypto space. currently, we should be looking at how the market will balance. a little trend of movement. i hope the market will be stable for now. the new year is close by. we might cross over at the current situation at hand.

It is too early to celebrate the victory of the bulls. The bears are much stronger now. As I see the situation, the cryptocurrencies prices will be waving greatly during this winter.

Indeed waiting for some more time will give us fruitful return. Bull run this time will come for huge extent so something huge takes time to happen. Be patient and hold your coin. I think till the end of 2018  and start of 2019 will push the bull to run and our money will rise more than double in starting few months of 2019.

December is going to end but its price will increase in starting of 2019 and people should wait for some more time because its price will highly increase so that's why bitcoin investment is a future project where you can easily invest your money and save it for family's future and then when you receive it so you get more profit that is why bitcoin is beneficial currency in every way.

There is nothing bull run this December. I never expected any bull run this year cause it had never been that way, bull run doesn’t come twice. If it happens this year, the next one will take a long time before it happens. It might take like a year or two before you see another bull run. Oh, and I forgot to add that the year is already is already over, just less than a week and we are out of 2018, so no bull run.

We have 3 days to go before 2019 enter dude, so it is impossible to say that bull run will happen this year 2018.
Unless miracle will come to us :D Probably, as I can see with it it surely has a big chance that 2019 will become the explosion

You do not need to be pessimistic, you just need to look at what the market is doing and come to conclusions that are not affected by your own wishes, all of those that were predicting a bull market were not seeing the market for what it was they were seeing the market as they wanted the market to be and when that happens most of the time people get huge losses.

This is the end of the year, finally we know that December there is no bull run, there is no significant price change,
yeah maybe only a few percent positive price changes, but it doesn't really affect the market so much. maybe next year, I hope..

Our expectation did not take place this year but as we are so optimistic, we will again count the next year to be the year for the bull run.
What happened this year should teach us a lesson, which is not to be greedy and always have the discipline to follow your desired goal to sell for a profit.

Well that’s right we are hopping for the best but we know that December is almost at the end. I think this new year we will have huge surprise but we will have to wait for this.  This December I this bull will just take start but it will properly start  at the beginning of 2019. It will rise very soon I am quite sure about bull run this year.

I think a common man cannot coup with the panic caused by the bear market. Many just sell their coins because of the fear of loosing more value. It is only the big players and the habitants who play the big games and never fear the little losses.

Yes really bad it is l really feel bad for those who use to lose patience and sell coin in such bad condition. This is not the way to trade for sure, it needs time needs patience to hold so I think very soon bearish will be no more and bull run will come so they should know this and not to sell as this is really a silly act because good time is now too close to us.

I completely understand desperate and panic sell decisions made by many. People have entered the market with high expectations, they used money that they cannot afford to lose, they haven't thought through it and they are not major investors willing to lose a little in order to gain a lot. And of course, when the first hard drop arrived, panic overtook every reason. We need to look at it as a marathon and arm ourselves with patience. The end game will be positive, but no one knows when will it happen. I don't expect any real bull run in the next 2 months, maybe even longer. From the mid of December we have entered this calmer phase with little oscillations and it is a good progress, it is leading us to the possible bull run.

we actually don't see any sudden development of price. This could be the best time to accumulate more volume of coins knowing that price will grow in the near future. So, while the price is still low but more coins and hoLD it ij a secure wallet like Hodler, This woukd allow you not to be prone to thieves. While waiting for the price to rise it is best to have full control of your funds and onky an ooen source wallet couLD do that.

No one of us loses his hope to see the rising market. I am almost sure that the bulls will come and they will make the cryptocurrencies running really fast this year. However, it is not easy to guess when it can happen.

It's possible to happen that bull run will end up and lot of people will start beginning to trade again for their hope's and Im hopping this year is the year for crypto.

In my opinion currently bullish still fighting with bearish , and seem bullish will be the winner because alot of altcoin already rally more than 100%. Need more times to change the trend because the bearish trend last year already very long and all crypto dumped hard.

the bull run of 2018 will not happen again. i don't think bitcoin will skyrocket like that again. from 9k to 19k within 2 months. lots of people invested and are yet to recover there lost in that bull run. it will take time.

Well, sad to say that up to now bull run was not still happen mate. Still the bear was in progress, were most of the holders are bullish including myself. But the market so far for some other coins are increased were for some other's sight might weird for them but it doesn't matter, for what important is there is hope for the bullish like us here.

I see the fundamental in crypto market much better than previous year, which alot of institutional investor will enter to this market. In 2018 is the long bearish because in 2016 and 2017 the trend of crypto is long bullish, and by to see the historycal price and more adoption  we can predict we are already near with bull market.

Bull run doesn't return on december last year but this year probably will be the time to see bulls run again on the market. There are so much partnershops about cryptocurrency in giant companies like Samsung and that is the beginning of adoption on this technology.

The bull run december last year that we anticipate didnt happened, so for this year I think we need to be optimistic again and hopeful that this year will be in favor for us crypto enthusiasts.

In my crypto-portfolio the value of my coins were decreasing rapidly last year 2018, but I chose to hodl and go with the flow.

I want to experience the bull run again wherein the value of my assets were soaring high each day. Well just like what others say good things will come to those who wait so lets just be patient.

How many times we see that whatever general public anticipate, the exactly opposite happens. People were hoping to see bull run in last quarter of 2018 and instead price dropped from 6000$ to 3000$ which no one expected.
We do not know exactly when the next bull run will come but surely it will come within 24 to 36 months from now.

Well i'm not looking at any timeline at all for a bull run lol. Yeah you're right about people's expectations last december based on the past last quarter bull runs, and how the opposite happened. I think we have to lower our expectations based on historical movements now since it can prove to be a potent bull trap.
