Title: [FireMine] Share Buyback Thread
Post by: iluveunc on March 06, 2014, 09:30:15 PM
Due to the recent security issues with Cryptostocks, it has been determined that a share buyback is the best option currently. Unfortunately, there is a large volume of shares to be refunded so we ask that you read the procedure below multiple times before doing anything if you are a shareholder.

Step 1: If you are a shareholder of FireMine you should continue to step 2 - if you are not a shareholder of any FireMine shares you should probably find a more interesting discussion topic :)

Step 2: Fill out the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FT8B8TQ

Step 3: Wait patiently while we process your request. We will be handling these on a first-come, first-serve basis taking into consideration the buyback amount noted on your request.

Step 4: You'll receive your payment and it will be listed below along with your BTC address and the transaction ID that it underwent.

Step 5: Put on a smile and enjoy the outdoors for a while  8)

Problematic Share Buybacks
Ronen - can you send us your claim code as well as a screenshot of the purchase - your email isn't coming up when we look
Airdrawndagger - could not find your MineCo shares at IPO price - are you sure you had them before IPO fell because we have an extremely updated list
szzt - could not find your FireMine shares at IPO price...and you filled out survey with below IPO price at bottom so it has conflicting information
Grant - this is only a FireMine/Mineco buyback, AltSwap shares are still valid
Michael - could not find your FireMine shares at IPO price that you claim to have purchased - this is only a FireMine/Mineco buyback
Robertrex - you indicated that you purchased shares after the IPO yet did not tell us the price
Joao - your email was not found in the file from before or after IPO
Idan - will be happy to reimburse you, but shares bought after the IPO went for 0.00001 or less each so your offer is too high
Angel - could not find your email before the IPO ended, are you sure you didn't purchase post IPO (we will revisit your case)

**note: names will only be listed by first name

Just saw the notice on cryptostocks apologizing for the issue.  Just paid the 0.04 btc fee, my firemine shares disappeared and where indeed replaced with 4 mineco shares.

*So now that the value of mineco shares has virtually reached 0, i have in essence paid an additional 0.04 BTC for an asset worth practically nothing.

**Warning: this asset is still highly suspect

I dunno. This seems pretty interesting to me?

Launch IPO
Claim a few large payouts within days to attempt to get more buy-ins.
Less than 2 weeks later stop trading, blame it on the cryptostocks website and "offer" to buy-back shares at steeply discounted rates?
Da fuck?

I have looked at the info before on what it takes to be listed on Cryptostocks, and IMHO, they need to up their requirements. Too many scams have been on there. Ooooohhhhh...take the money and run....

At least it appears as though your paying people back what they have coming.  That's a check on the plus side.  I will go ahead and compile a list of all my shares and what I purchased at as well as the gentleman above did.

Hello,

I own 23.6% (3,850 shares) of this company, when will I get my buy back? I just filled in the survey ( Thomas ).

I am willing to accept less than 1.2% of what what you originally sold the shares for.

You are making a killing if you are only offering to pay out 0.00001 per share when you got 0.03 for each of them ( 300000% profit!!! )

Please confirm you received my submission and are sending out the BTC to buyback 23.6% of you company at < 1.2% what you were paid for it.

Until then, Bring on the big dividends since I get 23.6% of them!!

Thank you,

Thomas

Hello,

You ask in your "FireMine Share Buyback" form: "Would you sell your shares back at a lower price in order to be moved to the front of the reimbursement line?" While I answered yes 2 days ago, being that this line isn't moving nor even being updated, I'm tempted to withdraw my offer to sell back 23.6% of your company for less than 1.2% of what you were paid for it.  Instead of 1.3 BTC, I will be asking for 115.5 BTC as that is the value of the shares invested in your company.  I highly suggest you settle my request with 36 hours ( by midnight March 18th EST ) or my original offer will expire and I will then be expecting the full 115.5 BTC which was paid to your company for these shares.  I'm sure there will be plenty of room to cover lawyer fees out of the 115.5 BTC due to me if it comes to that.  BTW, have you filed with the SEC? I would like to see your Prospectus and current financial report(s) please.

Let's go ahead and put this out there... if you are interested in a Class Action Lawsuit against FireMine / Seth / etc. we can start discussing it right here in this thread or PM me.

Good Luck Everyone,

Thomas F.

how much should I expect for 289 FIREMINE shares? I set my price at .003 per share but as I read through the thread I am beginning to see that I will probably get nothing close to this.

What is the recommended price to get quick payout?

And also where do we fill out a form for MINECO shares? only have one but would like to be reimbursed.

Thanks.

Robert I'll take a look at yours first thing in the morning and ehalvers the people asking less for them are getting them fulfilled first. If you purchased after IPO we try to determine what price you did purchase at because some are around 0.0000001 and want 0.005 for them (obviously not happening).

Title: Re: [FireMine] Share Buyback Thread
Post by: ThomasF on March 17, 2014, 04:42:45 AM
Step 3: Wait patiently while we process your request. We will be handling these on a first-come, first-serve basis

the people asking less for them are getting them fulfilled first.

It should be first-come first served!  And where is all the BTC you took in at IPO???  It should be freely available to be sent out as soon as a claim is verified, which simply consists of matching an email address and the number of shares to the list provided by CryptoStocks.

First off, CryptoStocks only trades down to 0.000001 so it is impossible for someone to have gotten shares for 0.0000001 .

More importantly, it DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE STOCKHOLDER PAID!!!  You were paid 0.03 BTC per share, you should have 0.03 BTC to refund for EVERY SHARE!  If I paid more or less for my share from some other shareholder why do you care???  You received 0.03 for EVERY share at IPO which is what you should be paying back, you are CHEATING SHAREHOLDERS out of any difference between this and the amount you buyback their shares for!

The trade is NOT enabled. Once again, if things change from trading disabled to enabled, it is not my doing. I have no reason to continue trading and using their site. So if you are still trading AltSwap on Cryptostocks, it is merely for your own fun I suppose. Your shares have already been downloaded on multiple dates to a spreadsheet. They aren't going anywhere because we still have hard copies of them.

Also, you need to update your list to the most recent version from CryptoStocks.  If people do not own shares in the most recent version of the list, then they don't own them and you shouldn't be paying them for anything.  They already sold their shares to someone else trying to get it off their hands before you killed it; so they already received the BTC they sold their shares for.  You need to be paying back the actual current shareholders as FireMine is accountable to them, not those holding the shares a week or more before the Trade Stop.  It doesn't matter when or what you posted at bitcointalk, there was no way for CryptoStock users to be notified about what you posted here and no reason for anyone to stop trading until you initiated the Trade Stop.  In fact I was incredibly surprised to see a company which I own 23.6% all of a sudden stop trading ??? ?

The more you speak the more you reek of SCAMMER!

- Thomas F.

LOL, sorry about that.

Being that FireMine took in 488 BTC from Feb 17th till the Trade Stop this weekend it shouldn't be a problem for us all to get our money back!  Where are all these BTC ??? ?  I really want to know!  Where are the financial reports? Owning almost 1/4 of the company I have a right to know what you are doing with shareholder money!  FireMine should be registered with the SEC with a prospectus on file and just about to file their annual reports, but I bet it isn't even a legally registered company!

Well, enough ranting... time to find a good class action lawyer for us I guess.

Not all shares are equal for payback, but I assume - whether you bought it at 0.000001 or opening IPO; if ya got them from ALTSWAP, then there's a record pickledick can cross-reference and return your cheese.

Best of luck to us all, including altswap.

I do own some ALTSWAP, but I'm not really concerned over those 6 shares.  I am interested in FireMine as I own 23.6% ( 3,850 shares ) of this company.  ALTSWAP, MINECO, and DIGIMINE were all other "businesses" of Seth's which are now in the same predicament.  I didn't hear of any other selloffs below IPO other than for ALTSWAP.

Still no reply on any of my comments, questions, or requests iluveunc ( Seth ) ??  I still don't see my name on the list either.

Where are you hiding with the 488 BTC you stole from the shareholders of FireMine?? And that is just one of your so called "companies" which have yet to make any substantial returns or any measurable progress :o !!

RETURN OUR BTC !!!

You can't miss this one!

So seth, what is going on with altswap ?

Hi Seth, it's been a week and a half since I filled out the form, no money yet and my names not on the list. What's going on?

I watched your "Waste in America" video on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKLwA7wcuWc

I'd like to request that you rework your math...

okay, it is pretty simple, I bet my 8 year old could follow it...
16,282  FireMine shares sold @ 0.03 BTC  = 488.46 BTC YOU'VE STOLEN JUST FROM SHAREHOLDERS OF "FireMine"

For those of you who are patiently waiting, thank you :)

HAHA thanks for the laugh... you want everyone to sit around with their thumb up their butt waiting on a SCAMMER to return their funds??  HAHA HAHA HAHA

If you were really doing what you say, then no one would have to wait... you have 488 BTC from FireMine alone for refunds.  Well, had... I don't know what you have done with it now??

At least now I know who you are Seth Bollenbecker  https://www.facebook.com/sbollenbecker (https://www.facebook.com/sbollenbecker) .  Funny, I live less than 1 hour away... so it won't be much trouble to file this lawsuit against you for securities fraud.  Hopefully anyone searching your real name will run into this post and know what a SCAMMER you are.  Maybe UNC will be interested to know how their school is being represented by one of their students??

Thank you for at least responding to me finally... lol, too bad it wasn't actually of any assistance in resolving this matter!!

Please process my payment as 5BTC worths too much and every day i am loosing here cost me a lot. As you promised on sunday, please process this payment and let me confirm it here with my thanks.

ummm... what?? how did you get into UNC without being able to do a quick multiplication problem ( you are allowed to use a calculator for this )... 16,282 x 0.03 = 488.46... why do you insist this math is not correct??

Thomas, I'll be waiting on your response via PM to the question I asked.
you did not PM me... what question did you ask??

If you notice, share prices dropped significantly before the shares were all sold so I'd ask that you redo your math with that in mind :) Still working down the list, submit your stuff asap.
Are you saying YOU sold shares of FireMine below the IPO price of 0.03 BTC? If so, then how many and at what prices so that I may "redo your (my) math with that in mind".

iluveunc;  Is this thread for ONLY FIREMINE?
I have 14 shares now (had purchased fifteen but traded in one, because it said to, and it allowed it).

But it seems that you also ran the ALTSWAP, MINECO, and DIGIMINE..
Which are all now marked as DELISTED.

I didn't put any of those in my form submission.. but I have marked my account to allow you to view my email and search for my shares, to be refunded, if you are handling that currently.. and If not currently, I wonder what your plans are for these, if they are in fact your listings.

Everyone else aught to chill out. I agree he should be working faster and harder to make us whole, but He's like the ONLY Seth Bollenbecker on the planet and nearly everything about him is available online. Lets see what happens before things get out of control.

This has all been explained multiple times. The account was compromised and most of the shares were sold at prices near 0.0000001 BTC so your math misses the mark by miles.
Why did the shares of AltSwap plummet in price?

Our original plan was to keep the IPO active on Cryptostocks until the official launch date, however, our account was breeched on the 25th of February and the IPO was dropped. In addition to the IPO drop, the intruder also lowered the prices of the shares to very low numbers.

I saw this about ALTSWAP... you never mentioned that it was done with FireMine as well.  Exactly how many shares were sold off without your consent, when, and at what prices?  They COULD NOT BE sold at 0.0000001 because CryptoStocks only lists down to 0.000001 .

You may own 23.6% or whatever (not sure if I can trust your math there either since I've refunded many shares since then) but most of those shares you purchased at next to nothing.
How many shares have been refunded not including the meager payout you think should cover mine?  Actually it doesn't really matter... 16,282 shares were sold and I own 3,850 of them... if you bought some of them back from others, they still exist so it doesn't change my math.  Even if you think they are somehow non-existent after you buy them back, this would mean that my % ownership of the company would be larger than it was when there were more shares, so again you don't make much since.

P.S. I refunded you for the shares for which you submitted a form. That is all that I have on record so that is all that I can send you.
I submitted the form for 3850 shares and was originally asking for a bit over 1.3 BTC which was calculated using the lowest ask price just before the Trade Stop you issued.

You said it!  This is straight up outrageous!!  You all can see it here in the record... he avoids all the important points and questions like...

BTW, have you filed with the SEC? I would like to see your Prospectus and current financial report(s) please.

And where is all the BTC you took in at IPO???  It should be freely available to be sent out as soon as a claim is verified, which simply consists of matching an email address and the number of shares to the list provided by CryptoStocks.
...

Where are you hiding with the 488 BTC you stole from the shareholders of FireMine?? And that is just one of your so called "companies" which have yet to make any substantial returns or any measurable progress :o !!

Thank you for the remainder of the original 1.3 BTC I was asking for to "sell back" 3,850 shares or 23.6% of FireMine ( ONE OF YOUR SO CALLED MINING COMPANIES ) for what was valued at 155 BTC at the IPO price.  Since I don't have any way of knowing if in fact those shares were sold as lowered IPO holdings, or by investors just wanting to get out while they still could, you could have just profited 11923% on your "buy back" of those particular shares. ( you are welcome to check my math since you like to tell me how inept I am at it even when it is blatantly right )

I still fully believe you owe it to your investors to make your financial reports available as any other US company with shareholders is required to do.  If you don't want to do this, then you are most likely just scamming everyone or expecting to.  BTW, Lenny was nice enough to fill me in via PM on how to get back my BTC though the same means anyone else with your personal info could use themselves.  And I am sure there are plenty of creative people that you now owe money too.

Just sent the 1.2 btc - please confirm in the comments :)

I can't make you remove or alter any of your posts but if you feel so inclined to tone down some of them I won't be opposed to it. Either way, enjoy your evening.
I'll remove my trust alert from your profile, and I'll even make the font a bit smaller on those large fonts about you stealing everyone's BTC.  But, I won't change the textual content as everyone needs to know what was needed in order to get your attention.  Obviously you wouldn't be opposed to it HAHA.  I will, and you as well.  I hope you are able to repair your name and credibility, but you need to seriously consider what you are doing when you start a "business" where you want to risk other peoples' money!

First time i'm writing here.

I've sent you many email Seth, but haven't been answered so far.
Like many others I bought some of your shares. I actually owe 176 firemine shares!
I've spent more that 5 BTCs on your scam stock and I pretend to be refunded, at least partially.

It's been weeks now that my name (angel) is listed under the problematic shareholders list and I'm getting nervous.

As I explained previously in my email, my email wasn't set to public (for obvious reason) and that's why you didn't found it in the ipo-price shareholders list...
Now it's set to public and you should find it. Unfortunately old movements don't show up anymore in my cryptostocks account and I can't send you a screenshot.

I hope you'll take some time to answer me at least here.

The following people have been added to the processing list:
Stacy - 3 shares
CrazyLoaf - 2 shares
LittleJohn - 2 shares
Arild - 5 shares
Kevin - 5 shares

Angel, I've responded to you before by email (in the last one you said you'd be checking on something related to the issue). I'm a little frustrated that Cryptostocks has a limited purchase history. Is there any way you can contact them about being verified as a shareholder? I'd love to have their cooperation in this security issue on their site but if you eMail them you'll find that they are extremely unresponsive...

What do you plan to do with my case? I've been patient for a long time now... maybe I should have cried like thomas or called your parents or whatever.
Also, I see that you are just refunding people with small amounts of shares. Are you doing this just to keep us quiet?

Alright Jason you've been selected as the winner on the Price is Right! Just kidding, but you did get your refund so confirm it in the comments below :)

So far a total of 12,059 (woop woop!) shares have been refunded and the next one up (BitsBeats) will be getting their refund as well.

Airdrawndagger: have you filled out the form? I cannot simply PM you to get the details that I need - the survey form has been created for this purpose.

hercula: I'll be PMing you in a minute but you have to understand that Cryptostocks is not cooperating a single bit in this process (as I'm sure you've noticed from their lack of responsiveness). If I could get confirmation from them that you purchased those shares at a certain price you would have already received your refund as you did submit the form quite a while ago.

unq_s: This isn't an AltSwap thread...it clearly reads FireMine and it does extend to Mineco upgrades as well. AltSwap is an ongoing project and ineligible for a refund but you may sell your shares to a willing buyer if you wish to though Cryptostocks (I wish you all the best with their system).

does this still apply given that CS is now delisting all of your projects and there has been a trade stop on Altswap for a while now? what is the procedure for Altswap share holders?

I appreciate this is a Firemine thread but your views on this would be appreciated, especially as CS claim that you are not responding to their communications.

cheers

Seth, the form is for FIREMINE. I have filled it out now, but I suggest you take this matter very seriously from now on and create forms for all of your scam projects and pay each and everyone back their money as soon as you can. This is no light matter. At best you will up end in jail.

Now awaiting my bitcoins from you.

Sorry for my delay. My FIREMINE refund has been received.

I still require refund for MINECO & DIGIMINE

MINECO:  4526
DIGIMINE: 19364

What must I do to initiate those refunds?
My cryptostock history only goes back so far.
I was able to grab a screen shot for the majority of my share purchases.

Okay to address a few of you on the forums who are asking me stuff instead of sending it in a PM where I am properly notified by email:

The larger payments will be going out in parts as explained a few times - there is no set rotation on this but I will be randomly adding in your payments amongst others.

Remember, it has been clearly stated that anyone who selects the "No" option for a drop in sell-back price will be moved farther down the refund list. Please be aware of this when filling out the survey.

Thank you for those who have confirmed your payments - the list is getting much longer now but still keeping good organization because of you.

If you would like to contact me directly, I'd encourage you to use my real phone number: 1(424)286-3931 instead of some other number although I can't promise that I'll be able to get back to you any way other than by email so I'd prefer that you do that instead.

Please don't ask for refunds on any shares other than FireMine and MineCo - AltSwap is undergoing continued development and the others should be contacted on a per-owner basis.

New people being refunded...remember patience is key and patience WILL get you a faster refund.

Seems CryptoStocks removed all your scams from the lists of shares I own.
People wont be able to see how many shares they had now w/o personal records.
I have/had 4000 bought at 0.0001  HALF A BITCOIN.

4000 ALTSWAP Shares was worth nearly $350 when I bought into the project you failed to secure properly.

i scammed you all

I like how the refunded accs are 1-3 activity seth, they are real paybacks for sure.

Meanwhile, people are asking about the rest of the project you listed in Cryptostocks.
You know, the ones that you pretended that you were another person, and then allegedly hacked/

Pretendng you are not Firemine/Digimine/Mineco/Altswap, while you were the lister, manager and holder of the btc addresses receiving the money, will not fly.

Title: Re: [FireMine] Share Buyback Thread

Have you ever considered that maybe, just maybe, the people that hold shares on Cryptostocks don't necessarily have BitCoin Talk accounts and have created them just for a refund? Some people are just a little too close-minded.

I've asked plenty of times to keep this topic on the subject of two projects and time and time again they stray so I will be moderating it from now on and updating it when new refunds are available.

Looking forward to sending out the next batch of refunds this weekend :)

Best,
iluveunc

Angel, part 2 of 3 has been sent to your BTC wallet.

Callawey, part 2 of 5 has been sent to your BTC wallet.

Haven’t received any more submissions to the form but it will be closing soon. A date will be announced this week. Of course, if you have your submission in before the closing you will be refunded.

Confirmations are no longer necessary - I’ll be confirming them when I see they have been received.

Next batch of refunds will come later this week.

If you have contacted me recently, be looking for an update on the list on Monday.
