always learning and looking for opportunities to be able to create profits in any condition, be it the market is red or green. sometimes I also stop for a while in trading and focusing on other work.

It is very hard to see your portfolio decreasing every day on such a red market. But the red market is also an opportunity to learn a lot about strategies of how to earn on the falling market. Learn from your own mistakes and never repeat them and you will get rich.

Stay to youtube all day long so you can't think of the market for awhile. That's what I do when I see red all day long with the market. Try it and see on how effective it is if you want to avoid looking at your portfolio. Don't also check your portfolio tabs so you won't be forced to sell.

Indeed the current market movements are slow and boring but the value of bitcoin is practically stable. any market has ups and downs. so i think red market is a normal thing. you can still trade patiently and get profit. if there is too much bloodbath then we can do airdrops and promote them. bounty also a good way to earn during red market

my view to this situations still clear to buy into dip and sell when its already rising, it's hard to chase the movements from time to time so better
to have concrete plans and enjoy waiting with positive attitude towards investment.

I'm not an expert in trading but when I see the market go red
I often think about buying more than panic selling

I agree...we must look for coins that are not ico or bounty but people are too stupid for this....I regret I did not get bought coins like litecoin,vertcoin or viacoin when they were very very low in 2015...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3028302.0... people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers

For almost 2 years, cryptocurrency occupy most of my time, even if I am at worked. When the market started crashing which I can't accept from the very beginning because I expected to cash out my porftolio this year but it won't happen. However, because of this crash I look for another opportunity and I pursue other things that I keep on hold because I devote my time in crypto.

Yes, maybe watching youtube videos about comedy will be better. So as not to carry too heavy a burden on the head when looking at the red market situation. we shouldn't always think about difficult situations, because the storm must have passed. Since it's been many months of red market, I just can't allow myself to just sit in my chair doing nothing to improve my portfolio. So, I take chances by trading. I know I bought some of my coins at a very high price but still I sold some of it at a cheaper price but I assure myself to buyback at an even cheaper price. It is too risky but it really excites me.

I am just trying to always wait for the course. though I think the Red is not a problem because it will certainly arrive where green is coming. even to the present time there are prices fairly stable and should not be going red too made too frantic. thus may have to be ready to buy who knows the increase will arrive at any time.

In my opinion, it's been a while where bull market has not yet experienced again by the people and a very long time we undergo a bearish market. However, I had also observed that btc has been quite stable wherein it plays between $6K to $6.5k in the past several months. I believe that  it is still a good time in buying more  btc in the current market where there is a great possibility for a bull market in the coming months.

Well that's pretty hard to see the market now. In this forum we get lot of information about the market but no one knows the exact prediction of this last quarter. Sometimes it makes us happy with a good pump and mostly surprises with dump.

This year is a big lesson for every trader because we learn about how to have a big patient to wait for the market rise again. All of us tested because of the red price at the market and made all of us is sad to see the portfolio decrease too deep. We need to attract our mind to something else so you won't be sad to remember about the market. By doing anything else, at least we can entertain ourselves to not thinking about the down of the market, and we need to believe that the market will rise again.

Remember, that millionaires are not created by the bull market but the bear market creates the millionaires . George Soros and Warren Buffet became millionaires because they bought stocks for cheap at times of crisis. So, buy now, when price is cheap and sell when market will be again up.

Just try to pick more and more coins because i always try to create a decision to counter the possibility of market will be getting another bearish trend again. As far as i know that will become our responsibility to sell some coins when it was getting the bullish trend dude. This to gives you a chance to buy again when the price was getting dumped.

For me i treat it as a challenge on how to accumulate profit in this kind of situation. just take a little bit rest for a while to calm your mind and released stress of your body and then i'm sure when the next day arrive you'll  be ready for another round of challenge just stay positive always.

When the bloody market has come, I just take profit about 5%. While mapping chart and learn about that then research the news that has been impected the price. If I get stress and loss, I just close the chart then relax. I know that psychology have so much role in trade.

Well, it's true the bitcoin is kinda stable and the exchanges are not occurring as the expected manner. So the investors are losing the taste of adventure and the unpredictable risk is not available. I guess its not about the red but its about how we look at it as investor. I mean most of the people here are looking at the market as worst right now but its not really. Only few of the people are there who are actually looking at this situation as perfect one and an opportunity to invest more and more money into it. It would be good thing if we buy right now as it will give us more than 100% window right now if you consider the price hike to ATH of dec-2017. This hike will surely come up ahead and thus red zone right now is the opportunity for the future. just take it!

Well the crypto currency market is a very unpredictable place to work and to do business with so I guess with what had happen in the crypto currency market in the year 2018 I'm sure we had learned many things on it based on our personal experiences on it so I'm sure we already know what we will do every time when we have a certain crypto currency either we sell it right away or just hold it for a while.

Not really. this might be a misconception for other people. Trading must not only for those most experienced one. I myself started with a little knowledge with a little capital. Then, I was learning in the process. With a little capital (an amount that won't hurt you if lost), you can study trading. this should not be missed by everyone since in trading, there is the most chance of earning. Again, try with a very little amount. Just invest more when you feel you are better. You can start with what you holding right now, just to learn for now.

Just look positively the negative thing and accept what happen, and always put your faith unto God and pray that someday the price of crypto will goes up again and you can earn more in that way.

I'm still not an experienced trader, but a red market is a bit of good news, cause that could be the time to purchase as much as coins as possible. and then wait it for the price to rise and make some profit, but to be remember is that we can't just go blindly purchasing coins when it goes red, we still need to analyze the condition before we make a purchase.

Red market don't make me sad at all, I prefer hold almost all my crypto in ustd at exchanges, learn more and you'll be able to get profit even when market almost all red, it's a good oportunity for learn how to trade with no bullrun.

It's saturated, but for the red market problem, you have to be patient and wait, all that needs a process and patience so that the market will come back to life. I think it still needs a new breakthrough to have a good and increasing market.

When the market is red its the best time to invest in any coin that is in the top 10 list or a coin which has a price of 50$ above if you are a large trader as for small traders 20$ above is the price in my opinion

I am trying to feel happy during red markets beucase i know that is opportunity for us. So  because of that i feel happy.
If i really started to worry about prices generally i am opening coinmarketcap and i am lookig to past crypto prices.

When cryptocurrency market turns red its efficiently good for trading coins which the coin that you hold coming from buy low sell high will soon to be valuable. When the said rally of red is hard to recover then much prefer to hold in a moment. This might be the common strategy of market trading when it regards to market circulation is occuring.

Last year I couldn't believe when it crossed over 100 billion market cap. And now we are feeling like 200 billion is nothing and disaster. I would be happy if next year is just 400b, so let it be disasters like last year, and we would double our money!

The bear season isn't over yet,  it's obviously we saw declining prices around. Patience will work actually but we still need to move and makes profit rather than to kee in waiting all the time and still nothing happen. Anyways, it's up to us,  keep playing safe(holding) if you are afraid to risk your money.

How can I entertain. I think that kind of market is an entertainment. We can see red and green every time because it will be always changing. As the trader, we must not be panic or impatient or sad because of the red market. We must make certain plan to utilize the red market becomes the opportunity for us to gain profits. We can buy promising coin sin the low price, can't we?

The first thing to remember is when seeing the red market, NEVER BE PANIC. Panic will drive you decide the worst decision and sometime leads you to sell out all coins in the very low price.
What we must do is be patient and more patient. be wise to manage our coins. if the price is still low, why should we sell? Hold it and add the amount when the price is still low.
That is how I will entertain myself.

Im not sure what 'entertain' means but usually when dealing with the red market, i am trying to find a coin with a potential rising price because the good project. If i find them, i will sell some of my coin and buy them. Sometimes it not succeed, but i often got profit from doing that.
