Good evening, I have a few questions with the current state of bitcoin, whether in 2019 bitcoin will rise again or decrease, the question I made is based on the number of ico and selfdrops starting to develop, ??? ??? ???



in this case whether the altcoin will follow the movement of Bitcoin or even bitcoin will lose,

people will still choose Bitcoin as a coin investment or choose altcoin as a short-term investment ..

Bitcoin on each year undergo development into its growth which generates more profit.
so Bitcoin on changing this year because of the progress of the year the previous year that foster a sense of trust with the presence of Bitcoin.

I think your thinking is reversed because most people use bitcoin for long-term investments and usually use altcoin for their short-term investments,

Common crowed will still invest in Bitcoin as compared to altcoins, Bitcoin is currently is sideways trend after downtrend so chances of decreasing its value much from here are very low, big whales will be entering in Bitcoin shortly and price will start to rise, people associated with blockchain or crypto projects will look for small altcoins with high chances of growth so that their money grows faster than Bitcoin, this is my personal analysis as per my experience in cryptocurrencies.

Yup, from some people who have played Bitcoin from last year surely will be waiting for this moment again, as we know, the turn of the year is a wonderful moment for Bitcoin players, we hope, hopefully like last year it will return green

Every year bitcoin struggles and in the every end it always wins ,rising and dropping of bitcoin is normal ,not even bitcoin alone but all other coins in general,it will rise and it will fall in price ,this is not a problem at all ,so far bitcoin has been stable and I'm intrigued about it ,the next rise will just be so huge than the ones we saw previously

Many ICO right now doesn't reach their hard and soft cap right now and worst because of the bearish markets it will still continue to plummets and many investors will think twice before engaging with ICO's, So bitcoin will highly unlikely going to lose to Altcoins,

But Bitcoins price this year will be very indecisive it may increase but to an extent of only $7000 mark only I really think we can not have any bull run this year just like what many in the community are expecting, I really like for the price of bitcoin to be on a more accurate movement even if it is at a slow pace but is a more accurate manner just like in the saying of slowly but surely, We can be sure with the current price bitcoin may land.

I think after all, bitcoin will still normalize because it remains the arrow head of all coins. 

2019 will be a key year for bitcoin and in many ways a turning point. Even the crazy pump that was in December 2017 may not seem so big compared to 2019. There are a few things that can pump bitcoin in 2019, one is an ETF approval but to be honest I wouldn't hold too much hope for that one. The other one is the bakkt which is more likely to happen, and will result in a nice bull run of sorts.

Bitcoin is different than any other coin in the market. Bitcoin is the base of all the coins. This year, however so many news to come in positive way but it is still in the range bound from the previous 3 to 4 months between $6000 - $6500. I think your question is difficult to answer, because no one can guarantee the answer whether bitcoin is increasing or decreasing in 2019, do not expect prices to only rise using predictions, predictions will not be as expected, bitcoin prices depend on the number of requests, now many are selling with panic, those who buy are still thinking of doing it, because they are afraid if the price doesn't rise.

The price of bitcoin still is huge compare to years ago. There are just disappointments that we expect bitcoin to continue to grow more than its ATH because after all the ETF is being talked. Altcoins we were holding fall terribly so its stressful to watch the markets in red. I think for the most part we're not used to see our altcoins fall this low after it hit more than 100X.

Bitcoin this year is silent for a long time. Anyway it is possible to increase before this year end. In 2019, bitcoin will still lead the market. Pump and dump is always possible at it is the common scenario of bitcoin.

Prices for bitcoins this year are still very low compared to before, and I'm still waiting until the end of 2018 or 2019 to be able to raise the bitcoin price compared to the current. I'm sure if bitcoin is reduced then other altcoin will be like that so I would still choose that bitcoin investment.

Hopefully at the end of this year price will be rising rapidly. We are near to see again a crypto year like past year. This year can be or not but the next year will be the crypto year again, it is almost sure. So use this opportunity and buy more.

In this year bitcoin is quite amazing because the rate is got control while supply was reached to 18M so now its controlled and they reduced to 15M those bitcoin is reserved this year which was not in use. In 2017, their is the huge raise in the price of bitcoin and potential cryptocurrency.But this year the price of bitcoin had reduced in continues manner.And the new investors in bitcoin also reduced simultaneously.If the price of bitcoin had regained last year value.The investors in bitcoin will get increase rapidly as like last year.

2019 is the most awaiting exciting  year for all, people continue to choose bitcoin as investment because they know and understand their importance, altcoins are also a good long term investment depends on the people strategy.

I think for this year it still remains stable and has not experienced a significant decline, because this is included at the end of the year ... But for the next year I still can't guess, because it is very difficult with the current condition of many altcoins that appear but not affecting the bit bitcoin ... !!

Bitcoin price is a bit low than we wanted it to be but the price is expected to pump up when the bull run starts. Altcoins price follows the price of bitcoin. So if bitcoin price goes up or down the others would follow too.

Stop comparing two completely different things. Yeah, I know that Bitcoin and alts are somewhat called the same - cryptocurrencies, but the cost needed to pay to buy each of them is different based on many factors. I don't believe alts are following the movement of Bitcoins, but yes, Bitcoin had a freefall due to investors taking out their money from such ICOs which failed to fulfill their promises they were launched for, and trust me, the number is really big. That's one of the major reasons why we saw a big drop in the total crypto market cap. Bitcoin is here (at its current price) due to many reasons, but it's good that it's not so volatile these days and following a stable trend except those tricky pumps happening to sweep innocent people's money and put it in the hands of exchanges itself.



As said, alts are losing significantly because the use case has never been met and due to the fear that crypto might go dead any time (government interference, money being swiped off, etc.), people (under the FUD influence) are selling their coins dirt cheap - the same scene as banks that if all of their customers suddenly stand up and ask for their money's withdrawal, even banks will pull their hands off and go bankrupt - a case of lower demand where speculation ends up harshly due to public interest diminishing. No doubt that if alts are here to stay and go bullish, Bitcoin needs to stand and remain bullish as well but to what I've observed, alts don't follow the exact same BTC pattern and either side needs to wait till one holds dominance.

In this year, Bitcoin will go down in end year. because of Chinese will buy Bitcoin in end year. Then price of Bitcoin will down trend again, hope i next year 2019, it's up trend. may increased up to 10000$. Hope so.

Well first of all, it didn't actually get to 5k usd at any point this year. Lowest i think bottomed around 5.8k and i don't really consider this situation as bad as many would seem. Being here when bitcoin was less than 1k, there have been many times when btc was stagnant for an even longer time.
